AMAZING! We stopped in randomly while heading out of Houston and it was AMAZING. Paul welcomed us and have us great recommendations on the best burgers to get! Hueco Tanks sub for grill onions add bacon and mushrooms, you will thank me later. This was a real burger, not that frozen mystery patty. Oh the staff was super polite and friendly. Ill definitely be back!!!

Food was good but saw an older gentleman in his 70s get belittled by the female worker. then she and her Co workers proceeded to poke fun at him after he left, but we all were sitting there listening to a highly unprofessional conversation about a paying customer. The food are staff are both great. I ordered the farmhouse burger and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. I asked for the pork belly to be removed and they did so. They then hold me that the pork and beef were cooked on the same grill and I asked if they could clean it, which they did. When my food was brought, they brought mine specifically to me and it was excellent. Great food & GREATER STAFF!

I found 5 Ate Cafe on an online list of the best pizza place in every state or something like that. Im glad it was near me now that I live in Houston.They are located in Spring right off of I-45 in a rock climbing place (I intend to go back for the wall)On the way back from Dallas I stopped to see if it is infact the best pizza in Texas. (They close at 9 so I drove with purpose)I ordered the Italian supreme on the phone and when I arrived there staff was very friendly.I took the pizza home with me (I live near downtown) so it was not hot anymore however I was impressed on the taste of the pizza and texture/ taste of crust.Great pizza!Great Customer service!

Tonight, I finally tried a local favorite hamburger. I built my own with an English muffin bun, a fried egg, bacon, and fresh mozzarella. The only thing I missed was the avocado butter. It was really quite good! I tasted the pizza my mom got and that was high quality has well. I’ll come back again.

The experience starts with the egg and the other side of the perfectly toasted english muffin bread. You then put the top on the rest of the masterpiece gently pushing down so it adheres to the rest of the mountain but gently pressing so the egg starts to drip down the sides into the meat, cheese and sweet potato tots. Once you pick it up you realize how big of a masterpiece you now have to somehow fit in your mouth... you somehow force it in and immediately your mouth and body are transferred to flavor paradise.The tomato, cheese, perfectly flavored meat and saracha sauce all work in harmony to create this moment. The experience is soon over but the memories will stay with the brain and tongue forever! Until next time 5.ate...adios and keep up the good work!!

3rd time eating there and I had stomach problems within an hour every time. I gave it 3 chances. Idk what’s going on in the kitchen, but I haven’t done anything different in my regular daily life and every visit to this place I’ve tried something different, but I end up with the same result, so that’s it for me.

Best burger in the area! I got the avocado butter bacon burger but exchanged the bacon for pork belly and my husband had the farmhouse burger. The bun is amazing, its soft but stands up to all the juices from the burger. The staff was all super sweet and attentive. My only slight change would be a tad more seasoning on the party, salt in particular. But still overall fantastic!

Who would have thought a rock gym would have a five star burger and pizza made fresh with a lot of fresh ingredients. Nice retired chef and you can eat and get fat while watching people rock climb. Whats not to like? I also rented this place out for a rock climbing once. Very fun

Great food! Make sure you get there early since they run out of the fatty brisket quick. Wasnt too crowded either. The seats SUCK though. Man are they bad. The tables in the middle are good, but the tables on the side...oh my goodness Ive never sat on a worse chair.

Great variety of toppings and the burger was well made. Got a veggie patty in the sweet and smokey. Veg patty was a Morningstar black bean patty. So, it was good, but for a $15 (!!!) burger, Id expect a homemade patty. Unique surrounds, being in an open air rock gym. A lot of kids, too.

Great place for a quick bite to eat in a fun rock climbing environment. A nice variety of hamburgers, sandwiches and pizzas. Smoothies and different coffees available. This cafe is not great for very large parties, minimal seating area.

Ordered pizza sausage and peppers crust had burnt. Spots on it. It was okay . I wont die for it. Should have gotten one of their burgers . My daughter got the Italian sub she said it was very good. I just dont like the burnt taste.

Super good burgers. Very juicy, rich and full of flavor. I was actually stuffed after eating my burger and barely had room for my salad. The salad was very nice though and I like the flavored teas. I tried my friends fries and they were very tasty as well. All the food is fresh and takes a little while to prepare so if youre starving start with some hummus or a salad. The cafe area itself is pretty small and nothing fancy, but the food is solid. Id definitely go back.

Omg this was the best burger I have had since moving down here to Texas and let me tell you the fries were just as good. Everything was hot and fresh and had unbelievable flavor. So glad we found this place. It was a little strange watching everyone rock climbing while you are eating and the food is a little pricey but well worth the money spent. All I have to say is I found my new burger place! YUM!!!!!

Absolutely amazing food. I work near by so I eat here quite often. Each time I try to get something different and I am always impressed! Quality ingredients, everything is always cooked to perfection, and the owners and employees are always super friendly! Well worth every penny!

Awesome fast casual that shares a space with a rock climbing gym. Perfect place to take a low key date, you can grab a good bite & watch people rock climbing.The farmhouse burger is retarded good. Impossible to get through without 5-7 napkins. Make sure to sub regular fries for the sweet potato fries and throw some in your farmhouse burger if you want to get transcendent on kids

Love this little cafe. Initially I was surprised it was available to the public. Employees are upbeat and friendly. Food is Interesting, not run of the mill...they have healthy options. Looking forward to our next visit.

What a surprise this place is. Located inside the Inspire Rock climbing gym, it serves a variety of burgers, sandwiches and pizzas, all of which are divine. Turkey patties and house-made veggie patties are available on the burgers which is great. Its not unusual to see folks who arent climbing, who are just here to eat, which I think is a testament to the quality of the food.

Yes, this is a cafe inside a rock climbing gym - Dont let that deter you though. I was weary but trusted the reviews and they did not fail me! The Farmhouse burger was delicious. I was craving a good burger and it definitely hit the spot. It comes with your choice of fries or salad. My husband got the salad and I got the fries so we could try both. After such a big burger its hard to have space for more food. The fries are regular, salad was good. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious also! Come here if you want a great burger!

The hubby isnt easily impressed when it comes to burgers, but the Farmhouse burger is out of this world. Its huge, its beautiful, its messy and all around amazing. The house made sourdough English muffin is spectacular and the garlic French fries are delicious! Who would ever imagine that this place sits inside a rock climbing gym. Will def be back for some more of their food.

Inspire Rock, a rock-climbing gym that houses 5.ATE, is a great environment for kids birthday parties and millennial exercise. But its a strange setting for a restaurant. A basic snack bar would be expected, but what you get at 5.ATE is a gourmet offering. The fresh-made english muffins they use for buns are fantastic. Ive tried several burgers and all are terrific. Their pizza is really good. Eventually, this place should get its own freestanding location outside of a gym, but for now its worth the off-the-beaten path trek. Limited seating, so not great for large groups.

Awesome burgers. They can sometimes be a little salty, so be sure to ask for less salt if you need to lower your sodium intake. Love the restaurant name too! Took me a while to figure out (climbers should know).

This place is a hidden gem! A true five star cafe hidden inside a rock climbing gym. Do yourself a favor, order a pork belly and jalapeno sandwich and be prepared to have your taste buds tap dancing for joy over the treat you just have them.

He burgers here are orgasmic.The quality rivals some of the top dishes in the area, mainly because of the obvious attention to detail, homemade sauces, and culinary expertise of the staff.I had the tender and juicy Buffalo Bacon Burger, which left me with a sense of satisfaction that only the best burgers leave you. It reminded me of a spicy lover who was too good for me leaving me wishing to take things to the next level when it was already over. Or a long lost friend who reconnects with you after her wedding, and you realized you were meant for each other, but it was too late because they were really happy with each other, and you didnt want to make things more complicated then they already were.The fries were good too.

Food was great! Monthly burger was awesome and the portions are large. However the Thai tea and Chai was okay. Couldnt drink it all.

The farmhouse burger is the best burger Ive had anywhere. Fresh ground angus patty cooked to perfection with sharp cheddar, roasted pork belly, a fried egg, lettuce and tomato all on a fresh baked English muffin. Add a salad or some garlic fries and it doesnt get much better than that. Awesome pizzas too!

One of the best Burgers in Houston! Dont like burgers. Everything Ive tried here is delicious. The only thing not to like is that its inside a rock climbing business and it can get a little cramped. However, no matter how busy or crowded its been Ive never been disappointed in the food or service.

THE FOOD IS AWESOME, BUT ITS KINDA OVERPRICE

I was a bit disappointed I must say. The pizza was super greasy, like 3 napkins soaked later (per piece) and it was still pretty greasy. And it wasnt really amazing above normal pizza. My boyfriends burger he said was pretty good, not the best ever, but still really good. The iced peach tea was interesting, but in a good way. The tea was probably my favorite part. Ill have to try a burger next time...

Just go their burgers are amazing, amazing. They have GREAT healthy options, that are just as good too! And a coffee bar. They are inside Inspire Rock climbing, so the kids will have a blast too

Great pizza.

I had pepperoni pizza. It was pretty good. The dough was this but spongy. Toppings fresh. Flavor good. And I ate in a rock climbing gym... Which made me feel guilty for eating a pepperoni pizza...

This visit was for lunch. Could not get the dinner menu so I had chicken salad sandwich and gumbo. Both excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meals as always. Ive cream and fudge after the meal always a bonus.

Taking my wife to a couple different times on dates and family gatherings. Definitely one of the best hamburgers in the greater spring area. They also have homemade bread thats definitely fantastic. Not to mention that they also have a full cafe with great coffee.

The garlic butter kale burger was the best burger Ive ever eaten. The service was top-notch, and the smoothies were flavorful and healthy. Laid-back atmosphere kept us there over 2 hours. Great find!!

I have always loved subway. I went for the first time in a couple of years last week and my sandwich was good. I ordered a turkey original on rye. Today I placed my order online. I ordered a smoked turkey on rye. 4.99. I have to say for a $5 sandwich there wasnt much meat on it and the rye bread was pretty tough and didnt seem freshly baked. There were not options on the online ordering to add olives as a vegetable and I had to wait in the drive thru for people who just ordered or I could have gone inside. Overall, there is to much sandwich competition out there so this wont be a regular lunch spot for me.

The food was very good, much better than you would expect from seeing it. The prices are also very reasonable. I particularly enjoyed the coffee. There is also a good kids menu.

Looking for a place to eat on a Monday in old town Spring is not easy, :-) most restaurants are closed that day. I just so happened to search for restaurants and found this one, and I have to say I was shocked. I do not know if Ive ever had a better hamburger in my life. They are absolutely delicious, juicy, and wonderful! Do not be thrown off by the fact that this restaurant is inside of a rock climbing gym. I would travel over here just for the hamburgers alone.. very highly recommended! :-)

Excellent food - we had the Heuco Tanks burger, the classic burger, the Vietnamese bang mi wrap and 2 kids meals - all very good, great taste and fresh. They ran out of pork belly unfortunately but it was 1.30 and if it was a BBQ place nobody would complain, so I wont. Didnt try the coffee but looks like a setup that could make good espresso.

Love this place. Been coming here off and on since opened and Charlie was the Head Chef. Charlie has moved up and out a while back, but his influence still shines through the food they make here. Im a HUGE FAN of the wood fired pizzas they make here, and for a 14 pizza with pepperoni costing $11. Also, there burgers are awesome as well. They won an award from National Geographic in 2016 as one of the best burgers in America. They actually where # 7 out of 10 across the whole U.S. Check them out if you get a chance, you wont be disappointed.One side note ... they are located inside of an indoor Rock Climbing place in case you cant find them.
