Its a nice spot for a meet and greet or maybe nice place to nestle in a big green chair and enjoy a good book while sipping your favorite brew... oh and it has a new name... TRILOGY BREW!

First, my husband posted a 1 star review because we didnt find the cafe at the address on Google Maps about 9 months ago. And months later, the owner responded to the review which was defensive and unprofessional. Were not locals and have little knowledge, so I wish the owner didnt critisize us.Despite the bad feeling, I decided to check this place out because I went to the area today. Although Blue Buffalo, the gift shop, is a nice place, they only sell Blue Giraffes coffee beans and they dont serve drinks. I was disappointed.

Was in a group of 6, we all got lattes of various flavors. Flavor is decent, brew strength is decent. All in all decent, but nothing mind-blowing. Great prices. Most of the staff isnt all that helpful or friendly, or at least not with new customers, but it may have been just a bad day for them or something; not counting that into the stars. Nice cozy small-town feel and environment both inside and out. Good-sized seating area. Includes a small shop hosting various mugs, and local sports gift/decor items.All in all, cozy little place, with average lattes. Cant judge the regular coffees as none of us tried it, but they had a vast array of flavors available.Edit:Went a second time sometime later, tried one of their regular coffees - blueberry crumble, I think it was called? - that was the BEST coffee Ive ever had. Their lattes may be lacking but that coffee was the bomb. Could drink it straight black.

The Blue Giraffe is an amazing place that has it all! From great coffee, delicious foods/deserts, and not to mention a huge selection of beers and wine. Plus the staff here is some of the best Ive ever seen in action. Best of all, you wouldnt think it at first sight, but this place has great live music shows! From chilling acoustic sets, rocking Rock shows, and funky jams you could dance all night to. You cant go wrong here!

I love this place! Very nice and cozy! Friendly staff and a happy little dog named Lilly greets you at the door! They have a great selection of beers and wines available! They have many lattes, coffee, and smoothies to choose from. They have desserts and goodies that are great to munch on for their live music and open mics they have available for Wednesday- Fridays! Open later those nights for those events! They sell comfy shirts and home decor as well great for weekend activities with the family! Definitely a place I come back too!

This is a funky little shop in Old Town Spring. They feature coffee, as well as other drinks including beer, and great sandwiches and dessert items. Have been there many times. They have an open microphone to allow local musicians to have a venue to perform or practice, or just show off. You never know what kind of music you will get, but its usually very good. I recommend the chicken salad sandwich, or the turkey Bacon and avocado sandwich.

I just moved nearby and thought I would try this place out being I love Chinese! I decided to go in to order take out just to check it out. The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. My food came out very quickly. When I for home to eat the food was very hot and delicious! I ordered the veg lo mein and veg fried rice. I will definitely be back.

They have the most interesting coffee flavors I have ever come accross. The boys that work there are so sweet and down to earth. The owner is very friendly, and quick to help. The music played is fun and unique as well. Love it every time I go in there. Couldnt be a better place to hang out in, in Old Town Spring.

My kid and I love coming here, especially since the entire layout has changed. Open mic nights are a ton of fun in the evenings and I like to bring my kid up to do her homework. However, the religious music blasting through the speakers is something we could really do without.

Visited for the first time from Rosenberg. Nice shop and decent coffee. There was a corner with guitars, mics, and an open mic sign inviting people to perform. My oldest son is a musician. He took a guitar and turned on an amp. An employee came quickly and said hey! loudly. He asked my son not to touch the amp in a very rude/aggressive tone. My son said he read the sign and he only wanted to play something. The guy told him he could play the guitar (acoustic), but without the amp which didnt make much sense since they were playing recorded music in their speaker system. As we were leaving, the guy apologized for being a jerk (his own words). I understand not wanting people to touch their equipment, but I suggest taking the open mic sign down, or adding a dont touch sign on the amp, or at least kindly speaking to customers instead of reprimanding them in front of everybody in the shop.

They have a beautiful little dog named Lily that will greet you, she’s a sweetheart. They have large selection of coffee and the Italian cream cake is delish! It’s hard to find a good one and theirs is home made and the bomb!

If you want a place where you can drink coffee and relax, without having to deal with an overcrowded place, this is it.Great drinks, a HUGE selection of coffee beans, and multiple board games around the tables lend a comforting atmosphere that invites you to stay for a while.We have yet to stay less than an hour here, and thats just because its so relaxing.The only issue we have with this place is the parking, but that is understandable for old town Spring. Not a negative at all in our book, just something to note.————-Update for the new look and feel.Description of changes. The coffee bean selection has been taken out. The TV with video games is gone. The stage has moved from the northeast corner to the southwest. Decorations and Knick-knacks have been removed. Some of the games removed.My take on the changes.The feel is different. It seems more of a modern coffee shop now with a bigger focus on evening life and beer. It is still a nice place to hang out but more so geared towards a later crowd than an afternoon chill coffee shop.I would still recommend the place for the great coffee, amazing customer service. If you are looking for a hip coffee shop, this is definitely it.

I love this quaint Old Town Spring coffee house. We normally visit here late in the evening after dinner and a show. Theyre open late. The coffee here, rivals if not surpasses that of Starbucks.

Has really gone downhill. Very limited menu, not what is listed online. No desserts were available and I couldnt see the coffee bean selection anywhere. Also very little seating. Stark atmosphere. Wont be going back.

This is a great little coffee house. Live local music, relaxing atmosphere, early lunch menus, very friendly and inviting staff and they have games you can play (Ie Jenga, puzzles...etc) to pass the time. Highly recommend.

Honestly this place has been going downhill. After Blue giraffe has gotten new management it has sucked. My dad ordered a sandwich and it ended up being rotten. Maybe it is time to try out some of the other restraunt in OTS.

I ordered 2 french vanilla iced coffee and the barista didnt put any vanilla in either of my coffees. The coffee was still ok but it was not what I ordered or paid for.

Let me start by saying my visit was during the week, no special event....at 25 min to closing we were excited to make it in plenty of time to try coffee and check it out (never been before). Cute eclectic vibe upon entering, another patron sipping on coffee at nearby table. I was eyeballing 4 muffins in the case on way to counter. Asked what kind of muffins were available, counter person replied whatever is in the case. I stated one was obviously chocolate but not sure on other three- reply was a series of I dont knows and ummmms until finally asking me if I wanted them to go look at the box. I said no thank you Ill pass. Quickly following was a statement letting me know that because they were slow that day the Esspresso machine was already cleaned so we couldnt order any hot drinks, but cold would be fine. So needless to say we left with nothing and an obvious bad taste in our mouths for customer service. Not the end of the world, may try one more visit on a weekend.....well see.
