We ordered a milk tea with boba and it was delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming on our first visit to the store. Will definitely be returning.

I come to satisfy my Coconut Creme Tea smoothie craving.Unfortunately they only have one size drinks. I wish they had large cups available.

We had a Strawberry and Banana Smoothie with Boba and it was excellent. We also tried the BBQ Pork sandwich and it came with Vietnamese style pork and veggies which was really good. This is one of our new favorite restaurants in the area. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining and friendly staff.

First they took off my drink off my order second they ran out of black boba third they gave my friend the wrong boba and then my dad came in a said my order and they still got it wrong I asked for a mocha ice cream coffee and I got mocha coffee and they spelt my name wrong

I ordered a charbroiled pork sandwich, I would accept and understand some speck of burn charcoalin the sandwich. But what I got was multiple of burn chucks in my sandwich 🤮. I wanted a sandwich to my stomach, not cancer for my future. No thank, no more.To other customers, check your charbroiled sandwich before you take a bite.

The lady was so helpful. She was very patient and helping me find something that was lower in sugar. I chose the black tea with coconut cream & 25% sugar. It was sooooooooo good. Didn’t need any more sweetness. It was just right. Now here is the slam. Diabetics should get to have these drinks too. Please place a nutritional count on the wall or on the website. We are the fattest city in the nation! Don’t play a part in that. Give people the option to choose a healthier choice if they want it. People will still get their Boba and not have to worry if they are going to need an insulin injection later. YES, most people are “prediabetic” and do not know it. These drinks shouldn’t be just for kids and teens. I’m a Gen-XEr and I love me some good boba! (Stepping off my soap box now).

The drinks are good. Super loud though, so loud that my wifes order theygot the jelly part but missed the Boba part in a drink. When I brought it up to the cashier she was rude. They did fix it but I should not have to yell over the blenders...

Not sure if other places have stevia and almond milk options but this place does! Thank goodness because some of us have to have those options. Youre not missing out on the classic Boba experience with the alterations. Not only that, they also have the best banh mi packed with meat and veggies in a thin long baggette. I’ve been to this place twice, I would say it’s no the best place where I’ve got a Smoothie w/ tapioca. But it’s acceptable. Friendly atmosphere, good customer service. I tried one of the Sandwiches they have and it was good. I would come back!

Their sandwiches are a good size and have a lot of flavor, their tea is not super sweet and taste natural.

We ordered a mango drink we saw on the paper menu taped on the counter and ended up getting a different mango tea than I was expecting. I told the girl I wanted the creamy one and she said thats not what I ordered and listed about 4 different options I wasnt given when I first ordered. She was super nice and asked management if I could exchange it but they said no and even showed me the sign that says no returns or exchanges. She politely asked me to try it to see if I liked it before buying another one. I tried it, didnt like and purchase the one I actually wanted. The cashier was super nice and polite, but management should be a little more understanding.If you order from here make sure you tell them EXACTLY what you want before paying, some of us are not that familiar with all the different variations on flavors, and if you only give us two options were going to assume those are the only ones.

I got to this location to buy boba tea WITH a Face covering, not a mask and the first thing they said is uh we cant serve you that isnt a mask note that there was NO ONE in the shop (no wonder why) although I was wearing a face covering they denied me service and gave me no option but to leave. As soon as I walked in it was extremely filthy and the kids working the counter were extremely rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone..

These guys used to be the best in the area but after the size reduction in the cups and the insane amount of ice they throw in, its surprising theyre still as highly rated.

My daughter absolutely loves coming here for her boba fix!!! We make it a mommy/daughter thing!! Teahouse is closer to us but I ❤️🧋 carries popping boba and teahouse does not, so we make the extra effort to come here! Friendly staff and great music playing!!

The best boba tea in my opinion. My only complaint is that the last time I was there, on Louetta, I ordered half boba and half blueberry popping boba and all of the popping came popped, so I got none of it. Please make sure the person prepping it, stops stirring it with a spoon. Very disappointed, especially since I live an hour away and probably wont be having any for a long while.

Tried it for the first time today....kids loved the smoothies. Boba was definitely fresh. My cream tea was more cream than tea so the tea flavor was lost. Id still try it again- maybe a one off situation.

It says fresh fruit and they use pure sirup, for 3 small glasses 14.99 so far I wonder why? if the price says 2.65 dollarpractically paid 4.5 for a glass of ice!!! So sad!!!!!

Not the cleanest Boba place I’ve been too. “New management” says $10 min for Credit Card purchase. Be prepared to pay cash if you only want one drink. Such a cheap ridiculous way to treat customers. Not too happy because I drove 10 minutes out of my way to stop by here. Wouldn’t recommend if you just want one drink And don’t have cash!

I’m sitting in the parking lot at I heart boba, drink untouched, because I couldn’t wait to write my review today! Isaiah (hope that’s spelt right) was helping me today. He remembered my name, which is a really nice feeling (I too work in customer service and it’s just nice okay?) and the whole team is always super friendly. They had my drink ready before I could even put my change back in my wallet and all smiled n waved as I left. Just genuinely a great experience. Also every drink I’ve tried in my time coming has been delicious. I can’t say enough nice things about these people and this business!!

**BEWARE** Do you like having to ask What? after everything the clerk says because the music is too loud? Do you like becoming too frustrated at this inane process that you give up and a small business looses a sale? Do you like listening to your ten year old daughter complain 90 min after leaving school of stomach pains and diarrhea from the Boba strawberry slushy? Second time, and one too many chances. This place is unsanitary and staffed with a crew who are clueless. Never returning.

Pretty cute little boba shop. They do have a buy one get one half off deal if you check in on yelp which is nice. Its pretty small inside so seating is limited but they have some games and the employees are friendly. We only tried the Mango Cream Tea and Thai Tea. Id probably go back and try other teas

It was a horrible experience. The manager wasnt paying attention and got my drink order wrong. He kept looking around everywhere. I went back later and ordered food to go. I asked him some questions about what happened earlier and he was rude. Instead of a polite apology,he was very argumentative. I told him I dont want my order and I want my money returned and he pointed to a sign that said no refunds. I called another store and spoke to the manager there and she was nice and said she would talk to him. She called back and said that he was not going to change his mind. I wont go back there. Ann was the nice manager at a different location.

We had their charbroiled chicken banhmi sandwich, it was spicy and amazing! Also had their peach banana smoothie which was very tasty. Also had their pina colada smoothie with rainbow jelly, it is my favorite drink!

Best tea in town. Try the lemon black tea and passion green tea.

Really wonderful staff, great drink selection, great prices, and the drinks and sandwiches are delicious. Im docking one star, only because theyve put jalepenos on my sandwich twice despite explaining I cant eat jalapenos. And thats not really the type of thing you can just pick off if its accidentally included. Otherwise, they do a great job, and I eat here routinely.

So I do not usually get tapioca beverages but my husband does. I wanted to try something new however and we went to this location. I got the coconut black tea with tapioca balls and he got a fruit mix. They were both really, really good. The inside was clean and I will definitely return in the future.

From the outside it looked MUCH bigger. Its small, like a cafe. Drinks take a while to get made. Somewhat clean. Bathrooms need deep cleaning. Chill areas to sit are nice. Good boba tho!

I like local places but I cant recommend this place when the boba shop across the street is 10x as good. My bahn mi was just dry...I think more pickling/flavoring out of the veggies or something might help., and I asked for tapioca in my smoothie but got jellies instead which kind of ruined my drink as I dislike them. I was confused how the reviews are so good and we did go in at like 3pm. Might give them another shot in a few weeks to see if the bread is a little less dry/sandwich tastes better closer to lunch time

Great service, everyone enjoyed their drink. I had a big order and they trackled it no problem. I ordered the taro cream with a scoop of ice cream. That was my jam from the West coast. It was good, seemed maybe a little off, but it was a pretty specific order. Overall will definitely be going back.

Ahhh! Finally tried this place out, after having moved down the street almost 5 months ago, and regret not going here sooner! Great selection, delicious drinks, and imported snacks available. October had a tasty Witchs Brew on special (Thai Cream Tea) that Im in love with! Also, they have a rewards program, that doesnt involve carrying as card/key fob :)

When to get boba, right when they opened and the boba for my thai tea wasn’t ready. It was a 20 minute wait. No other options were expressed to me. SAD!

My first time at this location was great. Todays service lacked patience with making the order. Both my drink and my husbands drink was not sweet at all and did not have the correct flavors. I will give this location one more try before I do away with it.

It was okay I ordered a pina colada smoothie. My daughter loved her strawberry slushie.

1st time going there and it was amazing!! Ive had many different smoothies before at other places and this one blew the others out the water. Taro with coffee jelly is the jam! If I lived closer I would be there at least 3 times a week. For those that live close I highly recommend, and sign up for their YELP check in to join their rewards program. Oh, they also sell Vietnamese sandwiches!!! ;D

I dunno what to say about this place thats positive. my personal experience ended up not great. My first time in here never tried it b4 and i asked to try sample they were nice enough to give me sample and let me try any flavor of Boba or jelly which was nice why i gave 2 star. But inbetween every question & sample, i had the service guy turn around and make a tea or something. They had a lot of orders to make so i was ok with this but it took awhile felt like 10 min to try 2 flavors & ask 2 questions. Then some people came in & instead of asking if we were finished tasting or ready for order the serviceman took the orders of new people tho i was there waiting for 5-10 min. So at that point i didnt care anymore & left.I tried an herbal jelly wasnt huge fan. the yogurt was a bit sweet & popped with juice but it a little. & my bro tried Boba or honey Boba and it was good. Flavors werent too bad but didnt try drinks.Hope this helps

I really like this little Boba tea house. They are quick and always friendly. I have tried a lot of boba teas before, but these are the best! Im confused about the sandwiches (they include jalapenos for some reason so I havent been brave enough to try one), but hope they offer more food items like soups, salads later on. Any which way, Ill be getting teas every week!

Nice place for healthy food if is your choice, good prices and they are open until 9:00 pm what else can you ask the service is fast and good. Recommended for refreshment and fast food.

They have good drinks and the interior sofas are very comfortable, its a good place to go for a nice drink and/or food when you dont wanna spend your entire life savings on starbucks. Its also got some games so you can sit around a have a good time while you wait or just chill with your friends.

They are awesome! The girls are always sweet, and never rush me when I get indecisive. Try your drink with their egg pudding and boba mixed.
