My first visit and I am quite pleased with the quality of food and service. Additionally, I appreciate good service venues that consider the little things. For example, they use real ice CUBES- 1.5”, pink Himalayan salt, cubes softened butter and the Costa Rican coffee was smooth yet bold - lower acidic.

A wonderful breakfast and coffee shop. It’s a perfect place for business meetings as well, or to get work done/ study.

Cool environment, bustling but quick friendly service.The choco late doesnt have coffee but the waitress told us.They do have table service or you can order at the register. There is a ton of seating so even when busy there seems to be room. The waitress brings water without even asking. Easy and plenty of parking.The coffee came after the breakfast sandwiches but it was fine, we already had water and it was worth the wait.We got the croissant and Kaiser roll breakfast sandwiches. Get the herb cream cheese, its amazing!The white chocolate moccacino is really good, if you get the premium you can put the syrup on the side and control how sweet it is.Really liked this place.

Had a great first visit here. Stopped by to get coffee and a treat (cherry strudel) to go. Staffers were courteous and the interior was pleasant and inviting. The coffee was excellent, and the strudel was very tasty. Worth going back to!

First time at this place and you better believe its great. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the coffee were phenomenal, and the sandwiches were great.

I ordered the Reuben Sandwich and was expecting a meal to look like the below first photo with lots of meat, pickles and chips. Instead, I got something that looked like the second photo minus the three (3) extra slices, no cheese, very littel sauerkraut and no chips or pickles. I also ordered their milkshake and was disappointed as well. I thought it would have the consistency of ice cream but they blend it with ice and it definitely did not have an ice cream consistency. Both items were just okay and edible but not what I expected for the price I paid.

We went for lunch 4 in the party. We got 2 fillet steak pita, 1 chickpea pita and one chicken Alfredo pizza.The pita sandwiches came with fries which were delicious! Crispy, seasoned and the perfect just fried temperature.Filet pita was the perfect temperature and the tzatziki sauce and feta cheese were just the right touch!My friend wanted to personalize her pizza she substituted spinach and tomatoes for olives and jalapeños. They were happy to do that which we greatly appreciated.I would totally give this place 5 stars but service was just a bit lacking. We seated ourselves as no one took notice when we entered. It took a while for someone to come greet us, give menus etc. I would let that slide too it’s no biggie. There was one girl and one guy working in the whole establishment and the rest of the crew seemed to be in the back/kitchen somewhere. The guy came after a bit and asked two of us for drinks and instead of going around and asking everyone just impatiently said ok so I’ll bring water all around and than take your order. Came back after a while and 4 waters with tray left them all on the table and hurries away somewhere again. The girl came and took our order after we flagged her down. The food didn’t take too long to come out. Our individual checks were left on the table stacked on top of each other just randomly without us asking for them. We distributed to each other ourselves.I found the service not matching the quality of food.I would definitely go back again to try the breakfast as well as salads.

This was a great spot for regular breakfast dates. Ate here around once a week for a couple years before we moved back in February. Coffee and breakfast was good and all of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. If you have any issues they will happily try to fix them and thats what kept us coming back.Edit: may be closed now?

Interesting place, well designed, kinda easy to find, it is on feeder road of I-45. But we didn’t like service. I’ll tell you why. We stopped there for the cup of coffee and for a desert. We got two different cakes. My cake was precut already and was a standard size. The other cake was cut by hand and turned a bit smaller. It was missing 1/3 of a standard size. We asked if they can fix it. The waiter told us cakes are kinda precut and they can’t do anything. But cake wasn’t precut. It was there as a whole piece. Take a look at picture, the second cake has vertical lines. You can see it was cut by hand because one of the line cut.Plus instead of decaf we got normal coffee.Point is, good place, nice coffee and cakes but wiggly service.

Our server Colin was great, he made sure we had everything, but gave us enough space and time to enjoy our food. The food was delicious. I liked that my husband could get breakfast and I could get lunch. Even our little one who is a bit picky enjoyed it! We will be going back soon.

Came here for brunch and ordered a Chickpea Pita Sandwich. It was amazing and very filling. If you are a vegetarian then I highly recommend it. It is very filling and it comes with a side of fries. The staff are friendly and our waiter was very attentive and answered our questions easily. The bathrooms are spacious, clean, and private, for one person. There are a good amount of booths alongside the wall with windows and typical tables elsewhere. Good food in a comfortable setting, I recommend it.

VERY happy with this place! Service has always been amazing, food is good, and the coffee and teas are all great! Ive been here mostly for quick meetings with friends and colleagues and its been 5 star service each time. The times when the quick meetings turned in to a few hours of chit chat and catching up I have never felt rushed by the servers, they never hover or just leave and never come back.. its as if they know exactly what their clients need- and achieve that perfect balance every time. The atmosphere is light and happy, I will continue to come back.

Our second visit was as perfect as our first a few months ago. The food, atmosphere and service are excellent. Best omelette Ive had in I dont know how long. Healthy, high quality meal, reasonable prices. Our server Alissa was on every detail with friendliness and caring. Cant wait to get back.

The waiter (Michael) was awesome. He was very attentive. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I had the Shimp Alfredo and my husband had the Classic Burger. Food was great. Will definitely come again.

The ambiance is FANTASTIC. The coffee is as delicious as it is beautiful. We had the smoked salmon and egg croissant. It was by far the best breakfast item I have ever had. Not to mention, this 5 star restaurant has a drive thru! I will be returning.Smallest issue, the parking lot is honestly a disaster. So be prepared for that.

The waiter was very attentive and brought out everything very quickly. I ordered a classic omelette, and it was stuffed full of ham and mushrooms and cheese, very yummy. My fiance asked for an omelette with just cheese, and they had no problem accommodating his request. My only two complaints are its a bit pricey and the water tastes awful.

THIS IS NOW A PLACE FOR US. Large Specialty coffee was wonderful and in the largest coffee cup that I have ever seen in a restaurant. Collin our waiter was exceptional in his knowledge of the food and his service. Check out their menu.

We’ve been there twice in the last week and both times we left still hungry. Both times they served Luke warm coffee. The waiter was nice though. He said they have portion control. My chicken salad sandwich looked like two slices of bread with nothing inside and they made it with rye even though I asked for sour dough. They didn’t charge me for the sandwich which was a nice. There was a very very thin layer of chicken salad. For the price they charge for food you shouldn’t leave still hungry. There food tastes good just wish they weren’t so stingy with it. We won’t likely be going back.

My first time coming here I ordered a black bean burger and sweet potato waffle fries but the waitress didnt know they were out of black bean. I had already paid so she asked if I wanted something else. I chose the chicken burger instead. When I sat down to wait for my order, a man who Im guessing was the owner, if not the manager, asked if I wanted a tea or coffee while I waited and I asked if I could get the orange cranberry muffin instead. He gladly packaged it up for me and put it with my order. The SWEET POTATO WAFFLE FRIES were great and the chicken burger was perfect. The employees are all very nice and the food is good. The place itself is a nice size for a coffee shop and clean. It can definitely hold a party of 15, if need be, and still have space for others who choose to come sit. If youre looking for a quick bite thats still healthy, this is a good place to try.

I loved this place! It has a nice atmosphere inside. My friend and I went here for brunch. They have some healthy options, which is what we were looking for and they also have a gluten free menu so they are pretty accommodating for some specialty diets. Their staff was friendly and quick about clearing tables for others to choose. You walk up, order then sit down (at least at lunch time)

Love it... great atmosphere. The portions are perfect and a lot of the pastries are made from scratch, right there at the cafe. The coffee sizes are quite big. What is usually large elsewhere (when served in a ceramic cup) is medium here.

Really good food and great drink choices. Im always greeted by a very friendly drive up attendant! The indoor atmosphere is cozy and comfy. I see a lot of groups of people meeting here so it would be a great place for a small meeting.

The salmon breakfast meal was delicious. Very generous salmon portions, scrambled eggs cooked just right, and great flavor all around in the dish. So satisfied I ate here, great job to the people running the place.

I discovered this place over a year ago, and back then it was like a secret treasure trove. Great food, wonderful coffee, and friendly service.Recently, I have noticed changes in the overall atmosphere of the shop. After reading other reviews, I agree that the service has steeply declined. The shop is consistently understaffed, and servers are inconsistent and absent minded. During my last two visits we were completely ignored by servers who walked right by, stared at our empty table, and went to attend to people who arrived after us.I am giving 4/5 stars because I really want this establishment to succeed. When it first opened it was so wonderful, and I am still riding the nostalgia of early visits. Stick to the quality food and drinks, but please please please fix the issues with staff. I am still rooting for you little Coffeeshop Company!

I was in a hurry to get to work on time, but I REALLY wanted my coffee fix. I stopped in here and (I didnt get names!) a woman talked with me about my tie dye shirt, showed me pictures of her tie dye sheet, and rung me up all at the same time. The guy who made my coffee did it quickly and finished before I was even done being rung up. They were very welcoming, happy, and genuine. I will definitely stop in again!

I love this place. The dark moccacino is delicious! I have also tried the smoked salmon sandwich, which is awesome as well. Perfect place to come to do schoolwork as the booths have several plug outlets. Very courteous staff. I dont understand why someone posted not to confuse this place with quality. Everything is fresh and the quality of everything is far superior to that of Starbucks. It is very modern and everything that is served has a great presentation.

Coffeeshop Company has a great selection of drinks and foods, super friendly and helpful staff and a nice relaxed and spacious atmosphere. After living away from the Spring/The Woodlands area for 11 years around Seattle, I became used to unique coffee shops that werent the big brands. When I came back to this area I was disappointed that it was hard to find a nice coffee place. When I finally found Coffeeshop Company, I was very pleased! I will be frequenting them often!

Came for a brief visit to get a coffee and pastry. Chose an iced caramel macchiato and a cinnamon roll. I understand a macchiato has distinct layers but the sauce at the bottom should not be one of those. I plunged my straw deep and was rewarded with caramel sauce that had an odd texture. The cinnamon roll was dry. Maybe their drip coffee and hot breakfast is better.

I love the food and service (I got the smoked salmon breakfast bagel), but I will say it was a little more on the pricey end. Great place to meet for small professional meetings...at least it seemed that many people were there for that, in addition to a yummy bite.

I have been there a number of times now. My wife and I love it. My sons love the sandwiches. The coffee is way way better than others out there. I found the staff friendly and attentive, unlike some other reviewers. I guess the only drawback is that it is right on I-45, so if you want to enjoy traffic on I-45 and its feeder then that bit of extra is yours for free!!!

Very good food and coffee. Only thing that I dont like is that when you order a drink like most places they would usually ask for your food order. So a person should order food and drink at the same time otherwise youll wait long time before they return. I like the atmosphere.

We enjoyed a great breakfast here this morning in a quiet cozy corner.We tried this shop a couple of weeks ago after driving past several times in our travels.I love the decor and calm atmosphere very relaxing. I have not been disappointed in any of the half dozen or so times that i have been here. We have stopped in at various times of day. Service has been a refreshing difference from performance at that Seattle based coffee stand. The staff here had been exceptional in their customer service.Michael

Great place for meetings over coffee, but dont rule out getting something to eat there as well. Surprisingly full menu with items you wouldnt expect (crepes!). Its nice to be able to order coffee from your table, rather than standing in line.....

Great location to suggest for meetings with people who are not residence of The Woodlands. The final steps of creating a custom beverage is a conversation in itself. The large table is inviting for singles to mix. In my experience the server Byron was very welcoming and personable. I can hardly wait to return with any one of a long list of people I know would enjoy spending time together there.

One of the most delightful things that was nice when they first opened was the glasses, mugs platters and serving presentation. Now you feel like youre in a dine in fast food restaurant. Disappointing. Servicing is losing its edge too. Food maintains selection and quality and has added items. However because the atmosphere has degraded I find myself visiting less often.

This place could have a lot of potential. The food is very good, and the place itself is very inviting. However, there seems to be no management organizing the staff in a logical and efficient way. The staff are rude to each other because there seems to be no structure which makes them seem very frustrated. I would suggest a skilled Manager that is working along with theirTeam.

Stopped by to pick up a drink on the drive back to Dallas. I dont come to Houston very often, but Ive seen this place the couple of times that I have, and was finally able to stop by and give it a try. I got the Melange, which came off the Viennese specials menu. Its an Austrian cappuccino, and it was decent. Not the best cappuccino that Ive had, but not bad either. The employees were really nice, I think about 3 different people asked us if we needed help while we waited for the drinks to-go. They definitely have a lot of drink options, and a lot of flavor choices. They do also sell beer and wine. Seems like a popular place to catch up with friends so it isnt exactly quiet but its certainly a good atmosphere and a good place to work on a computer. I would come here again but I would probably try something else.

Poor customer service, just another place in the woodlands that will close pretty soon. I used to go to the previous business in the same location. They were more welcoming, and the quality of their products was better. All this place has to offer is funny ego from their employees, and poor quality coofee. I hope the owner’s use this as a an opportunity to train their waiters. I give them less than a year to stay in business.

I go here for meetings with B2B ministry every now and then. I love the place. Awesome customer service and very clean place. If someone gave it a low rating it has to be personal because there is no way this place should have any bad reviews. THUMBS UP!!

Im changing my 2 star to a 4 star. After coming here 20+ times the first year they opened, the food and service went from a 5 star to MAYBE a 2 star. I stopped going after messaging the owner privately about the last 2 AWFUL experiences I had there, with no response. He/she choose not to respond so I left a 2 star review on Google. I saw they changed to the Hub Cafe and Bistro....I prayed they were revamping, staffing and training. HAPPY to say all three of those things happened, great job guys! Food is back to delicious, to go packaging is great (before food was thrown in boxes, thats not an exaggeration at all) and customer service is fantastic. Keep it up!!

Great little place with a relaxing European feel to it. They have a nice selection of breakfast and lunch foods. A bit off the beaten path, so its never crowded. Coffee is served in mugs, and you dont even have to ask. I love that. Tables are good size, so you have room for your laptop if you come there to work which a lot of people seem to do. I have no experience with the drive through window, so I cant speak for that.

Went to this place for the first time last week and food was great. We had the chicken pitas and ceasar salad and both were very fresh and well made. We also had coffee and it was very well made. All in all a great experience in a nice place.

Stay away from the waffles. A single waffle, a little larger than an ego, cut into quarters, should not cost nine dollars.Other than that, service was great, and the sandwiches my wife and her friend got were fantastic.

I love the coffee, food, and service is as good as the servers are capable. Management is nonexistent. We go once a week and management is hardly ever there. This morning there was only one server scheduled and she was slammed. She did a really good job considering. I asked to speak with a manager but there wasnt one present at the store. Everything took a long time because there wasnt enough staff scheduled. I tried to email or reach out to management but there is no contact info available. I worked in the industry for over a decade and this place needs a serious service makeover starting at management. Your servers, cooks, and barista are all amazing and hard workers but they cannot be successful without management present to provide guidance and support. It all starts at management and I give 1 star for management here.

I love their variety of coffee, from iced coffee to mocha to strong and full bodied hot coffee. Even a coffee smoothie with ice cream and whipped topping. Their breakfast dishes are delightful, lots of choices. I will keep returning.

Really friendly, upbeat staff. Quick service. There was a bit of a mix up but it was taken care of. The prices are reasonable, the drinks and snacks were delicious. Love the atmosphere and overall design of the place. The only thing is, we didnt realize it was a restaurant setting. Had we known, we wouldve brought a tip or included one on the card. I felt bad but we intend to hang out here more so well definitely be leaving one from now on.

One of the best Chai Tea Lattes I have ever had. They didnt water it down. Light dusting of cinnamon. Very good.

I enjoy the laid back atmosphere. The service is great, with each waiter being speedy and cheerful to talk to. And the baristas make up wonderful seasonal drinks.

V European taste and environment . My coffee was superb and cranberry chicken salad was so delicious that I can only find in a very upscale Resturant in Houston. It’s not one of the best place but it’s the best . Server Colin and other staff members were very polite and attentive and above all very welcoming. Saw this place whilst driving past and decided to give it a try. Im a coffee guys....I roast and brew my own at home so my standards are pretty high. I had a large American and the savory Viennese breakfast...everything was excellent. The place feels comfortable and Ill certainly be using this place a lot. The waiting staff seem a little inexperienced and dont give out the friendliest vibe, but Im sure this place will settle down. I hate the default Starbucks experience so this is a very welcome alternative.

The caramel macchiato was fantastic, and the large size was juuuust enough. Went with my sister and toddler to have lunch. She had a chicken pita, with season fries, which my little boy ate, and it looked like she enjoyed the sandwich. My sandwich was delicious, too...the smoked salmon. I really DID enjoy it; however, and I didnt feel like giving the server a hard time, he was very nice, and attentive, but I asked for the smoked ham and Gouda. Smoked hamand must have been all he heard. So, gives me a reason to go back...I looove me some Gouda, gotta try that sandwich. A bit pricey for my budget, but it was a treat for my sister, whom I hadnt sat down with in a while, and they didnt kick us out when we took up a booth for an hour after our meal *cringe* ...sorry guys, and you rock.

Café latte was on point. The warn Danish was awesome . My dad loved it. We will return. All the staff was very attentive . My papa wanted more foam after he had already drank his and we asked for more and they were so sweet to make him more foam. Love this place.

Im a big fan of Starbucks but this is completely different and unique. The selection of beverages is outstanding and ranges from hot to frozen and adult to fizzy sweet. I hope this catches on and spreads across the US.

I really liked it and it reminded me of coffee shops I went to in Korea and Germany. Very comfortable to sit in. while Starbucks is okay most are very crowded and you cant really enjoy the experience. The coffee shop fills the gap between that and a diner. The staff was also great.

Ordered hot white chocolate, medium. Its more warm but I wont split hairs. The pic shows exactly how good it was. Was. Love this place and I wish the had more. I hate going to Starbucks, since they politize everything. Open more places please.
