Prices are not reasonable for the service provided. Left a crease on my water loop and have worse cable management than a first timer . Didn’t even tie it back down with zip ties to keep it tight and hidden. If you need a monitor screen repair don’t do it they’ll just charge 65 and call you later say they don’t sell them. Labor cost for this work is just ridiculous and to add on did not even add the exhaust fan even after agreeing to put it on.Update : For first impressions they have failed me but after Carlos the owner reached out to me to make things right was phenomenal. Brought it in on my only day off and fixed the mistakes under a few hours. Thank you

Patrick was incredibly helpful, and completely transparent with all pricing. They gave me exactly what I wanted and more, all for a very fair price and quickly. I so appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to oversell me. I would recommend them to anyone for computer repairs or custom building!

My laptop was very slow, the screen freezing after about a minute of use then shutting down. I had it sitting at home for almost a year after buying a new cheap one. I finally decided if i could get it repaired, rather than pay $$$$ for a better new one. Turned out the hard drive was bad, which was cloned, upgraded and replaced. Everything on my computer was saved and now my laptop is running faster than before and I am very happy with the overall service I received. Carlos the owner done the work needed in just a couple of days. I had been told by another well known local computer repair company that they were booked for 2 weeks, so I was happy he could get it done so quickly. I saw other reviews complaining of the cost, so I was hesitant to go there at first, especially cause I know zero about computers. Anyway, the cost was very reasonable, turning out to be just a fraction of what I would of had to pay for a new one and now I know where to go if I run into any tech trouble. Thanks Carlos!!

I started out my company around 4 years ago with an existing custom built OS which I purchased from Carlos @ Rhino. The Computer I had purchased managed to completely fulfill all of my requirements and easy allowed me to run multiple heavy programs as desired.Just this past year, I decided to have Rhino upgrade me by building a complete custom and more powerful OS from from the ground up and tailored directly to my needs. Currently, this is the system I operate my company on and I couldnt be more pleased! Carlos and the team at Rhino have delivered on every single promise they have given me and therefore I have come to count on them for all of my hardware needs.

I brought my large custom PC into the main office. I was having major problems with my PC. They rebuilt everything and ever since I have had no problems! They have saved me thousands in productivity!!!

They charge out the wazzoo for a simple fix. I couldnt get my custom PC to boot and left it with them overnight. When I got the PC they got it working but they didnt tell me what was wrong with it. If it was a simple plug or connection I missed, I basically paid them $100 to connect a cable.

These guys have a definite passion and knowledge for their craft. I have taken a private server and a gaming computer to them and both times the service has been fast and fair. The gaming computer had a baffling issue that their competitor was unable to diagnose, but Tyree at Rhino had a solution and a repair quote ready for me within a half hour. He also went out of his way to help me choose a new part to buy to replace the broken one. Cant recommend these guys enough.

I purchased a home security system from Rhino Custom Computers and during the installation a worker damaged my ceiling. They repaired and painted the crack that they produced, but left the rest of my ceiling unmatched and needing to be painted. While on the phone discussing the issue, the business owner became angry and told me dont call me He called me foul and profane names, and told me that he would not honor the year long tech support and warranty that I already had paid for. I do not recommend using this company. They were very unprofessional. Im not sure if they even have a state license for security system business hereThe owners response is not true. I dont recommend doing business here.

Great service, built a nice computer for a good price, and when a part was defective they gave me a sound card to replace it until the replacement arrived.
