Need products in the store! It was a boring visit. Gave it 2 because the staff was nice. Should be called notebooks are us and we have a few binders.

I paid extra for my personalized stamp to be ready May 9th by 3pm. Was told I’d get an email when it’s ready. I get the email at 6:05pm. They close at 6pm. Real smooth. Let’s hope a refund is waiting for me 9am tomorrow.
Good variety of products. More expensive than Best Buy. Customer service could be better. If you need help finding a item they don’t help to much and if they can it takes a while for them to page someone to help.

Workers are lazy!!! They closes early and the manager is nonchalant and don’t care!!! Why say you stop doing things at a certain time & when I get there say I can’t be helped?! This is inconvenient!

I bought a new office chair yesterday at this location, and I am very happy with the level of customer service that I received. Alfonso was very professional in his demeanor and knowledge. He even helped me get my purchase loaded up into my vehicle. I will be returning to this location in the future and thank you for a positive experience.
This store is wonderful! I had some issues with installing an Office 365 product on a new computer along with computer hacker issues. Omied did a wonderful job of getting the issue resolved. I would recommend their store and services.
I had an order I needed quickly. Emily in printing and her Manager Omeid were absolutely fantastcal !So patient and helpful. They have been helping me for three days. Some of the other staff were helpful as well and so polite and kind. They know what great customer service looks like !! KUDOS TO THIS TEAM !!
Don’t buy anything of Staples. They have a 14 day return policy no matter what. I did not even use or open a printer. And they won’t take it. On back of receipt it says without proof of purchase we can get in store credit. So i did that and still nope. Has not even been 30 days
Purchased two office chairs after having been assisted by knowledgeable, friendly - and available salesperson. Much better experience than typical visit to Office Depot.
Horrible customer service! I ordered a poster for $11. Their printer left a black streak through the upper half of the print. The sales associate was nice apologized and said their machine isnt working to print another but they can send it to another store. I didnt have time to go to the other store so he got a manager to come over and give me a discount. She tried to refund me a dollar and some change and acted like she was doing me a favor. She said all she could do is 10% off. She asked me what I thought was fair, I said 50% or free really because its not the quality of what it should be its a messed up print. With attitude she said, maam I cant give it to you for free. I then said can I return the print and not take it with me? Yes, we can do that she said. I really cant believe she wanted me to pay $10 for a poster with a black streak running through it LOL

Felt like I was walking into CiCis pizza, Welcome to Staples from several of the staff. That was nice!Wow, so dysfunctional, staff is friendly but they could not order out of stock items to the store. Working with three of their staff and they could not get it figured out. Systems not working, Staples iPad apps not responding to their staff, completely a waste of time. Avoid this place, order online if you can.Front desk area is a complete mess, what an impression of disorganization and inefficiency. Their own staff called other Staples in the area and no one would answer the call so they hung up. Certainly a problem here... what a waste of 30 min. of my life!
This review is about IdentoGo, TSA office located inside Staples. Im extremely disappointed for how I was treated. I arrive 5 min early for my 3:20 apt. The IdentoGo employee steps out of her cubicle at 3:18pm and asks another person waiting when her apt is. The person responds with 3:30pm, so the employee proceeds to begin with her. Never bothered to speak to me! I politely interrupt, apologizing for being rude and let them know that I have a 3:20 apt. Employee responds, Ok. Well, Im going to take her first because she arrived before you. Employee followed up with, thats why we ask people to arrive early. Seriously? An appointment is an appointment regardless of who arrives first. I was early and its not my problem the other person was earlier. The purpose of an appointment is to hold your place! While walk-ins are allowed, neither one of us walked in. I certainly was never told to arrive early because IdentoGo employees have no understanding of the purpose behind an appointment. I will not be returning.
Highly recommend. The only thing I wish is the store would be closer to my house. Jabyree is a rock star!
I needed an item for same day pick up, but I was past the cut off time of 2pm. I originally ordered my item from Office Depot & they told me they could not expedite my order. I canceled with them & immediately called Staples. Emily in the Print Dept answered with such a postiive attitude & told me it would be no problem to get my item for the same day even though I was past the cut off for Staples, too. She saved me! Thank you Emily!! ❤❤❤
Printing: unhelpful, cant be bothered, cant do it attitude, only reason I give her 1 star is she recommended I try across the street at Office depot who got it done and produced beautiful quality art prints for me.
I went to the copy and photo center in staples and I wrote down specifically what I needed and emailed the photos to them. They said to give them 30 minutes and/or they will give me a call when they are finished. I never received a call and I showed up an hour later. The lady that helped me said she called me but she didnt and they said they couldnt make the pictures into the size I wanted because they would need to charge me an additional fee to make them the right size. I knew they were wrong because I have done this process a lot before and never been charged a separate fee. I asked if they had done any of them and they didnt even start them. I just told them I wanted to cancel my order and Ill go somewhere else. All they had to say was ok. No apologies or anything. Not impressed. Go to a different staples or office max (because I know they can do it since I have used them before).

*Edited ReviewAs I’ve done before, sometimes places need to be made aware of flaws. I left a review before that pointed those out and today everything was fixed. The lady at the printer was threatened by a customer, managed to hold it together and still print my copies. She deserves 10 stars.

Horrible experience with their manager, Kelli. Long story short, over a period of 3 days, and 4 layout revisions for business cards, we came in to pick them up Saturday evening. 9 sets of employee business cards were printed with parts of lettering cut off and white strips showing, bottom line, unacceptable. The clerk was willing to rework them and trim them properly. She made a sample, and it was fine. After leaving the store, we get a call from the Manager tell me it cannot be done. Of course we saw that it could be. I was told that they had to trim them on the laser cutter, and that many cards would dull the machine. After some discussion and only getting the answer it Cannot be done. This was hard to accept since we were to leave town in the morning with cards, and no other options on a Saturday night. Of course I asked for her supervisor. That would be their regional manager. I could only get the 800 customer service number, and a first name. She was not allowed to tell me Baltazars first name. The fact is, weve had these same cards printed before successfully. If they were unable to fill the order properly we should have been informed literally days before, while we still had other options. And I feel I was lied to a couple of times. I have not had this type of experience ever at a Staples, but its making me consider making their competator my first choice next time.
The lady at the printing department was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE. I have been to this location more than once for items on sale. The employees blatantly lie and claim they do not have the items. Take your time and go elsewhere to receive REAL customer service.

The ONLY thing I like about this Staples is that I can print from a machine and never again have to speak to the RUDE and unhelpful woman in the print center that likes to yell at people, as if printing 1 page from an email is too difficult.
