Even though most of the places around here look old and run down, this make have been one of the nicest Wal-Marts Ive ever been in. Everything was well stocked, the staff was SUPER nice and personable. It is a very well kept store.

Find another Walmart if you are disabled or elderly…..not enough handicapped parking and 6 of the scooters are not working, My 95 year old father almost collapsed waiting for me to find a scooter….I finally had to follow a scooter customer to the parking lot and bring it back for my Dad to use. This is a regular thing at this particular store. This location got about 5 new scooters early this year….apparently no one is maintaining them on a regular basis.

Automation and modern technology has made service in this Walmart even worse, if thats possible. With little or no clerks, never anyone to help if u need it. More managers loafing about, doing absolutely nothing instead of clerks, and they seem to know very little when u ask...sad cause me and family still have to come here cause it is closest to us.

I dont go to Walmart. A few times a year. Seriously has gotten so much better.

I have to be honest, every time I go to Walmart lately, looking for things that their app says they have 1, 2, or 3 items in stock, they are always out of those items. Walmart needs to get their teams on board.... Ive switched to online shopping for the most part because I know I can order something and it will be fulfilled. There is no way I want to keep driving to a physical store, walking around for sometimes close to an hour searching for things that Ive been led to believe exist, then leaving empty handed with the staff typically telling me sorry, if you didnt see it we dont have it.

Never have cashiers and never have employees around to help you with anything. When you do find someone 9 times out of 10 they dont know or they dont want to help you. With the cashiers it could be 3 cashier lines open with 15 different families in each line and they still want open more lines. They want you go to self check out to make there job easier and have 1 person in charge of about 15 0r 30 of those machines to make her job harder watching to make sure no one skips out on her while theyre still back there taking there time checking out maybe there 2 or still on there 1st person out. Its ridiculous. Its not because of the Pandemic because it was like this beforehand. Its a crying shame!

Came for a quick pick up (drive up). I love that they have shaded spots. The employees were attentive and very nice.

I know theres a somewhat overall negative impression of Wal-Mart, but to me, theyre base 3 stars. This one is 4 because it stays clean and in order most of the time. No complaints.

This is the absolute worst walmart. The associates are rude and the manager TREY is disrespectful, rude and a horrible human being. This walmart will make you feel uncomfortable while they degrade you and make you feel as if you have done something wrong while shopping and spending your hard earned money in their store. My daughter and I watched them make a 45 minute ordeal about a TV a young man was returning because it was to big for his entertainment center... they had 8 people inspect the TV and his receipt ... I felt so badly for the man... he simple made an impulse buy and the was treated like a common theif because of it.... and the manager TREY was the cause of the uncomfortable situation... I strongly suggest avoiding this horrible walmart ....***There is an amazing walmart at 45 and Louetta..... They know how to treat their customers and always go the extra mile for you!!!***

Usually a great store of 4 stars for me but it lost a star b/c restocking was incredibly slow in grocery. Otherwise, clean, friendly staff, great restrooms & plenty of parking.

Worst experience ever had price was listed $2.68 when I went to the cashier was $5.88 talk to manager assistant and told will call supervisor i was for almost 45 minutes to prove them that they were misleading customers

This walmart is pretty good. One of the better ones in a better part of town. The lines are usually long but go quick. Parents choice diapers are usually out of stock or close to it. The costumer service line was really fast and there was no wait.

Every Walmart store I have ever visted anywhere in the country have all appeared understaffed or substantially understaffed to me... as well as poorly lit inside (especially late at night), too. This store location is no different.

I dont like going in Walmart, but the self checkout goes quickly.

The staff is always semi dismissive, customer service has new and different policies every time I try to return something on top of their bad attitudes. There are companies who will more graciously take your money.

I easily found what I came for and it was in stock. The self checkout machines were actually working, so I was able to get checked out quickly without spending a lot of time in the store.

Store #00703 has some good car such as Mrs. Linda, Ms. Joy, Ms. Ann, Ms. Ebony, Ms. Rosa, Ms. Marie, Ms. Thelma, Mr. Donovan, Mr. Joshua Mr. Robert and Mr. Eric BUT CSR MGR MS. BONNIE, AND MS. HOLLY have very poor customer service skills. THIER attitude is they hate being on their jobs. Walmart has always lost a lot of profit from their high turn over rate in employees until they realize most employee issues are just a retraining issue. They will continue to loss profit in this area. In addition to the fact, when a customer attempts on multiple times to speak to the store manager to resolve an issue yet he or she never appears. I have been trading at this location since 2015.One big issue corporate office brushed off as well as Store Manager was my report card as a disability advocate/activist THIER rest/ smoking area is one of the best Ive seen in all the Walmarts I have shopped. As you can see in the pictures on this post, it does not have ramp access. This means if a person who is on crutches, has vertigo, or uses a non- electronic wheelchair it could have the potential for great liability. The red brick steps are uneven which lead down from the disability parking and law enforcement parking, the access to the wooden seatting area, has no modification per ADAA TITLE 111, THE OTHER ENTRANCE neatest from the grocery entrance/exit has no rails to protect from veering off the sidewalk onto the slopped grassing area or to protect from falls from this sidewalk entrance. My most recent report to corporate report to corporate was the 17th. It was responded by an email back to corporate and not me the customer as well as the payee of the managers as well as his employees paychecks. This store has lost as well as others since Corona Nada, due to amended hours of not being open 24 hours.

This is a clean Wal mart in a good part of town. For the most part the staff is friendly, but its retail so there is an ever rotating cast so your experience may vary.

I am so over WALMART!!!! I am extremely disappointed with them ... They built their business by being covenant friendly and having a fully stocked warehouse full of inventory....well thats not the case anymore. case and dont bother checking their website for the stores inventory before you go on to the store... Its misleading and never accurate... And trying to find a sales associate to help you is like pulling teeth... The store is dirty, unorganized, poorly stocked shelves, sales associates are rude, few items are in their correct place and even fewer are priced correctly...This Walmart is an absolute mess and is horrible

Poor Customer Service.My wife went in to buy some backpacks for my kids for school this morning (8/23) and one of the associates (overweight white woman wearing a grey shirt) said And it begins! in a highly sarcastic voice, and was extremely rude and condescending, which was completely unmerited considering my wife was just asking where the backpacks were.Traditionally had a good experience here, but the poor experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Dirty, shelves in a disarray. No cashiers all self service which made for longer lines. So now I work for Walmart for free as a cashier go figure.

I ordered a mini refrigerator to be delivered to my home. Unfortunately the delivery did not happen when I was notified that it had. I promptly called the Walmart Help Center which came to the same conclusion that I had when pulling up the delivery photo. I was told due to policy I would have to wait 48 hours to either get a new refrigerator or ask for refund. The next afternoon I had a representative from this Walmart Store call to inquire about my delivery. When I told her what happened she expressed how sorry she was and that she would talk to her manager and see if they couldnt get a new refrigerator out to me immediately. I was away from the house at the time and when I got back home there was the refrigerator waiting for me. If this wasnt already my Walmart of choice it would be now. Thank you very much to the representative and the manager that took such good care of me.

This walmart is very clean and every time I go there are no lines your in and out. I definitely worth the extra 10 minute drive.

Need more cashiers. I dont want to bag groceries or stand in long self checkout lines. Walmart is ridiculous, I prefer HEB. THEY HAVE CASHIERS AND BAGGERS..IT WONDERFUL.

What can you say, Walmart is Walmart. You get decent prices, shortages in stock, long lines and many rude people both staff and customers. There is no such thing as social distancing. I suggest going very early or late if this is an issue.

Walmart curbside is the absolute worst. They will forget about you, ignore phone calls, and have an attitude when you try to remind them you have been waiting for over 45 mins for your items. This is one star too many.

Walmart ordering food delivered to your house is actually pretty good cuz you know they deliver it when they say they do and you almost get everything that you order but if you dont get it though I actually send you a text and see if you want to change it out for something else so thats actually pretty cool

No cashiers most of the time, still there are always employees walking around. No one seems to care if you have a pleasant experience or not.

Okay is the best I can say there were a lot of people waiting in line but there were more self-service lines open then people there to help you check out. I personally like the personal attention with dealing with a cashier.

The Walmart @ Kuykendahl and 2920 is now off our list for shopping. The older woman and young girl working the self check out area this evening thought it was funny when we asked for bags and took the bags we asked for to another register that no one was checking out at. Cute! This is the same woman with the bad grey hair that was horrible to us on another occasion. Shes still working that area. As we stood there waiting for her to make her way to our register she kept going around us back to the older woman and ignoring us when we asked again. They were laughing. Not understanding how it was funny we continued to check out with the few bags that were available. Corporate needs to do better with this issue that seems to go unchecked over the YEARS! Maybe put them somewhere they might want to do their job. Apparently training and customer service are not requirements when hiring. My daughter and son said they will not be returning to this location either. Absolutely Horrible!

Never any registers open in the late evening, lazy employees goofing off on their phones and walking around talking. The line is wrapping around the frozen food section because you can only use self checkout with only 1 very overwhelmed employee trying to assist all the customers. I never leave a full basket and walk out, but I did after waiting for 20 minutes with at least 25 people ahead of me. I got sick of watching all these unphased employees not doing anything. But whats new its walmart.
