Great parking. Weird to have a guard by the front door. Ok selection, not extensive. No real registers. You have to check yourself out. Not cool. How many peopleLoss their jobs? Will not come back.

Rude as b*tc I spoke with on the phone 5 mins ago. Put me on hold for idk how long and then hangs up on me while I was mid sentence. Need better people working at this pharmacy.

The only problem I have at this Walmart is the ladies who usually run the evening shifts shutdown the customer service area when they get overwhelmed and are kind of rude. One time she told my wife and I we couldn’t even stand near the customer service counter because no one was there to work it. If she a manager shouldn’t she be able to run all aspects of the job and help customers? Walmart “managers” and employees seem to be getting lazy no wonder they’re being replaced with self checkout only.

Came to return some strawberries I had purchased this morning (they were molded and slimey in the middle of the container), and 4 different employees walked right past me as I was waiting in the customer service line and no one said anything. There was an employee in front of me the entire time, looked at me a few times, and said absolutely nothing as I continued to wait. Joseph, the lead (thats what his vest said, but clearly he shouldnt be a lead), walked past me TWICE, both times within less than 5 feet and did not acknowledge me at all. Finally, one of the employees told me customer service was temporarily closed because the person working was doing something with cash and wouldnt be out until shes finished. Its after 9:30AM so it should be open, but I guess not.

This Walmart has no actual cashiers. It is entirely self checkout, even if you have a large cart.Please do not make this a thing at all Walmarts. I enjoy the human interaction and I am not for the big business penny pinching. Walmart is not that great a deal anyway. If you do not support this please go down the road to Foodtown. They have many friendly cashiers on staff.Vote with your feet and wallet.

They now force you to use Self-Scan, no other option available, and the attendant was irate with me for wanting to use the larger stall instead of the single bag tray. I had six gallon jugs of water and three bags worth of groceries. How does that fit on a single bag tray?? And no they were not busy there were three other large stalls open.

As far as being nice and stocked Id give 10 stars... But... Walmart does not pay me to work there, therefore I should not have to check myself out and bag my own groceries. (All self checkouts) Now take away tax, lower cost if we have to do our own checkout, we do not work there!!!

I love this neighborhood market. Lots of parking spaces, gasoline good prices, inside store clean and always fully stocked shelves and freezers, and crisp, fresh produce. And easy check-out with really nice attendants.All-in-All 👍🏽👍🏽

If you need to pick up a few items quickly or prefer shopping here its cool. Their selection isnt that great, but that could be due to Covid going on. Only self checkout is available here.

My first visit. I was pleased. It was cleaner and more organized than a standard Walmart. I will return.

Employees wouldn’t help at all specially the main ones at the register just looking at some certain people, they even feel bothered if you try to ask for help. Today 3 employees stand right by my checkout thinking probably I was gonna steal something. I usually get my groceries delivered at home every week, but after today Im no longer ordering from this location.

Great prices on gas. Seldom go in the store. They changed their checkout and I get very frustrated trying to get the machine and young ladies to get things completed

Couldnt answer the phone when I got there, The employee was too busy talking to another employee.Then when it was time to pay, they finally saw me and ask cash or card then pointed me to the register that didnt even take cash when they told me to go there. Then I ask for help and they were too busy talking that I had to get a little mad for them to Actually help me. Worst Customer service.

The money center is always down not some of the people are not helpful the pharmacy is caring and very nice

I dont like how they have changed to all self check out. It causes a long wait when someone comes in and has a full basket of groceries. They should have kept some lanes open for customers who are getting more then a few items.

Great gas price. Probably the lowest in town. Getting gas is easy and convenient. Pumps are open for credit card use after hours too.

Close by and lots of check out areas, dont have to wait in line.

This store has gone self check only. I refuse to self check and bag $150 or more worth weekly groceries. I get no extra discount for doing their job. Theres no room for checking that many items. They have employees just standing around chatting and laughing. I guess Wal-Mart doesnt want people to buy more than a few items at time because theyve made it extremely difficult to do it. Theyve lost my business. The mom and pop stores will get a chance to survive after all.

I shop at this one only. What I cant get here i shop online. These are the friendliest people. I enjoy coming here. Clean store and they follow the pandemic guidelines. High Five to the management staff and 5 Stars to all the smiling employees. You should charge people to take training from the staff here. The world would be so much happier ❤

I had a pickup order for 7:00 pm and did not get my order until 9:45 pm and other cars that got there after me got their orders sooner than I did

No cash registers at all!!!!! Only self check out. Doing a lot of shopping and dont feel like bagging your own groceries dont go here. Elderly or handicap please beware!!!!

Giving 3 stars because of employee rudeness. Had an issue on 5th April 2021 at around 6:00 PM with employee named LISA over a shopping cart. There was an empty, unattended cart on the aisle and I grabbed it to put my groceries on it...the employee named Lisa still in uniform approached me and rudely indicated “thats my car...” I said, oh I am sorry, here is your cart,, I did not assume it belong to anyone, let along an employee as this cart is just here on the aisle with no groceries and unattended...” So very very rudely Lisa said “ just because I work here, doesnt mean I do not shop here” and proceded to go the to the back of the store (warehouse?) area, with another push cart. So I left “her” empty cart on the aisle and I then proceded to go the front of the store to grabbed another cart...” I thought what a rude employee, lacking of customer service...” I walked to the deli section and asked another employee for her name and Lisa came back and confronted me and said “are you looking for me...” at this point I am thinking this is too much for an empty cart that belongs to Walmart and not the employee...an exchange of words ensued and I made it clear to LISA her position was wrong In many ways...LISA went her way and continue talking and indicating she did not care about anything and so on... Eventually, I got to the checkout line and checked out and spoked to an MOD and let her know the situation...I will be contacting store manager MELISSA as the rudeness from the part of this employee was truly uncalled for.

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS AT SELF CHECK OUT. Now that they have gone to self check out only, you have to go to Customer service to purchase.I went in to purchased a $150 visa gift card. I asked the associate if I could do it at self check out and was told yes and even helped with it. Only to have to return an hour later when the card wouldnt work. And was told customer service is closed today. And you cant purchase gift cards at self check out..they wont work.. We cant help you.. I called the number on the card, I went to the website directed. I couldnt get help because the card number wasnt recognized. Just praying the full Walmart on louetta can fix this.

Walmart pretends to be woke by writing happy holidays over their building instead of writing Merry Christmas. yet they use the United States Constitution that has a judeo-christian background to conduct business in the United States. But then selectively removes Merry Christmas from any of their Christmas postings. Same great fresh food and even better customer experience when looking for items on the shelves, but I am not a fan the self checkout stands.

This is my favorite place to grocery shop! Its always clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful! Its always well stocked and the produce is fresh and beautiful! They also enforce all the new safety procedures. I use grocery pickup often as well and the process is easy and such a life saver!

Every single week night there are lines into the aisles. Two registers open if you are lucky and long lines even for self check. Convenient location but understaffed and they dont care... At all.UPDATE:In the weeks following this post, the service has become much better. There have been more people working the registers and more help in the aisles. I very much appreciate the change, and have updated my review from 2 to 4 stars. Thank you for listening .

Not a fan. I have multiple food allergies, and found no sustenance that i could consume- and was told otherwise.. small; and good for quick trips of daily needs- if you have no allergies with food.. i was just hungry and when i was here

Really nice Walmart, but low on green onions

I appreciated the convenience of this location until they removed all regular registers and replaced them with self scanners (and fired a ton of people). I really hate that they fired so many in a pandemic and that elderly people, people with large carts, and people with small children are having a really hard time shopping here. Because of this move Im not coming back to Walmart.

Tried online ordering for the first time. I did it first thing in the morning and the only pick-up time was between 7-8 pm. Still, I was impressed with the ease and convenience. That is until I got a notice that it was delayed and wouldn’t be ready at the beginning of my window. The store closes at 8:30, so I tried calling to see if it would be available before closing. The call was disconnected 3 times. Curious how often you do not get your order on the day you place it? They said call customer care, which is a joke given that no one will answer the phone. I have so much empathy for the employees, but this is exactly the reason I gave up on Walmart years ago. The curbside delivery ALMOST lured me back, but I would rather deal with the inconvenience of having to go to a store even when it’s almost impossible than support a mega giant that cares little for their employees and even less for their customers.

I was totally flabbergasted to find the beef section of the meat department so depleted a first for me.

Were not stocked on a lot of things that I usually buy at the supercentersand even some things that I didnt normally buy there were a lot of empty spaces in teeth holes in merchandise thought you had a lot of gaps that needs to be filled with something. Overall the store look generally nicedidnt see any water on the floor and he messes that would be amazed other than normal freight being pulled out to restock some of the shelves.

My shopping experience at the Walmart Neighborhood store was exceptionally good. The check out was fast and accurate, the Associates were friendly. This was my first visit and I am sure I will go again.

ZERO STARS ....This used to be my favorite Walmart, but now Walmart has taken out all of the real people checkers. It is very cold and impersonal. There is not even the option to checkout with a real person unless you have WIC checks. Many of my friends especially older people are not shopping here anymore because of this. It is very stressful even though they have 5-6 six people walking around with yellow vests on willing to help you, it feels like you are working for them by checking out your own groceries.I really wished that Walmart had considered their customers before taking this drastic step by removing all of the checkers. It is ok though because I will be giving my money to other business now.

Just to let customers know! The changes that have come to this Walmart has caused some stress among customers and host. They are using all self checkout registers and is confusing for many of the patrons in the area. Forgive the rudeness or the arguments that arise during the peak hours if you have to stop for anything you need because it’s still in the process of change! And remember no one is trying to get ahead of you they may be signaled to a register that your payment is not accepted at!

Just as the name implies, great Neighborhood store. Avoid crowds and enjoy fast shopping. The best part is the low, low, price of gasoline ⛽.

Cant remember her name but theres a VERY NICE manager at the door. She saw patrons having car trouble and immediately offered to get her jumper cables. She definitely didnt have to help but she did. Very nice!

A little constructive critism for the store i frequent.1. Need to triple your order of jalapeños bc your always out2. Ive only bought lettuce twice but both times it was bad3. Less people need to be restocking during busy hours bc i find it very difficult to move around.

I just dont get it when u have a long line of people and the management will do nothing to help the people check out to eliminate the rush of people. It takes some one to just care and help the family woman or man get out of the store and back to their home with their purchases.

This store needs to address the recent covid cases that have hit the store. Several associates have recently caught this horrible virus and they remain open. Please do the right thing and get it under control. I dont think closing for a few weeks is going to hurt walmart. Love this store, but I am concerned for the welfare of the people.

This is a clean grocery store with a pharmacy and gasoline. Theres plenty of parking. Ive always found the staff helpful when needed. When exiting the parking lot, turn right. There are frequent accidents when people try to go straight or turn left. Its worth the effort to go right and then, if needed, make a safe U-turn where there is a break in the median with no intersection.

Please bring back cashiers! I hate the self checkouts.I will continue to avoid this walmart until they bring back our cashiers. They were so different than the supercenter Walmarts. I enjoyed coming here even during rush time because I always ended up conversing with them and never had a bad experience.

Attempted to go to this store after 7am in which they should have been opened. Store is still closed. Not one employee attempted to open the doors for customers or even notify people when the store would be open. I guess they didn’t feel like working on a Sunday. Been having problems with some of their rude, disrespectful employees. But this recent incident takes places after I decided to return after months of taking a hiatus. Too bad I can’t rate it lower than a 1.
