I was absolutely pleased working with Rena, she was so sweet and was able to get me more then expected. I will be working with her in future business.

They told me that they would match any buyers price and they didnt follow through with their word. I waisted 2 hours for something they could of told me on the phone. Bad Business!!! I provided the buyer name, business name and the number. Also, I was never asked to have a written quote until I spent two hours at the store. If I had known that I wouldnt had never stepped foot inside the store because I didnt have a written quote. Make sense right. Also, I noticed Everytime someone leaves a bad review GoldWiser dont see them in the system 🤔. Time is valuable in the busy city of Houston, thats why I was so upset. This is something that could have been easily avoided. Dont waste my time.

Highly recommend this place! Went to 2 pawn shops because I Inherited some silver and neither would take it. Vanessa at Goldwiser was very patient, went through the good and the bad, even though it took more than an hour, and I ended up leaving with almost $1000.This kind of patient customer service is so rare these days and was such a pleasant surprise. This place is rip off in my opinion.First of all they do not provide price over the phone for a reason, todays spot is $1944 and then offered $1575. So run away from this place.It was not jewelry. Canadian Mapple Leaf. You can never match with that much margin. A total rip off for emergency customers and that is the way i guess you are in business.

Do not visit this establishment! I visited this exchange today with the intent on purchasing several ounces of .999 silver bars! I asked the price per bar and she was a dollar over the price $16.73 was the price at that time she was charging $17.83 but here is the biggest issue is she was charging a $5 spot price! Either she is dishonest or she was confused by the current price but the $5 spot price is not worth it! I drove from there to Houston gold and silver in Humble not only was the price posted and updated on a digital marquee for all to see but spot price was about1.63% which was pretty close! If youre a noob I suggest you dont go to this establishment you will get ripped off!

Called to get an approximate quote on price per gram on 14k gold, according to the market as of today, person on phone, refused to quote anything told me to go there, were open til 7, seemed worried to give a quote but cant waste my time with this company, you would think they would give you that information. Seemed shes trained that way to get you in, hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Not a good experience, would not recommend.

I didnt know until I walked in that they sell resale designer purses. Sold my gold and bought a purse haha! Overall a great experience. The lady there was very nice.

Awful prices. I walked in there prepared to pick up some silver. The lady working the desk had to text her manager to find out what they wanted for generic 1oz rounds and American Eagles. $22 for generics and $24 for eagles. Spot for silver is currently $17.14! That is an insane premium - nearly $7 over spot for an eagle!

We worked with Susan who was professional and pleasant. After shopping my silver rounds, coins and ‘junk’ silver Susan gave us by far a fair market value.

I do not recommend this business.They performed sloppy work on my watch repair, installing a leaky battery. Watch stopped functioning one week after repair.Estimated time of repair of dropped of items: 1 week.I received my items after 8 weeks!!! and multiple phone calls to check on the status of my repairs.The place looks run down and dirty and the male staff had an inappropriate rude and entitled attitude

GoldWiser near old town spring is a pirate shop !Took over two ounces of 14 karat gold . They offered me 452.00 . Melted down the gold is worth over 1800.00 . Seems they cater to folks who are desperate or need a fix.
