They have lots of selections when it comes to produce and packaged items. The store was very clean and not very busy. The associates were friendly and helpful. When I went many shoppers werent wearing masks, but the team members were. Ive also done curbside pickup and they were very polite and quick.

This Hebs service is absolutely amazing. I ordered a curbside and a half hour before I picked up my order, realized I was desperately craving honey oats (being pregnant, this is no joke 😆) so I called curbside to see if they could squeeze it in my order. I laughed with Emily saying I am pregnant and this baby is demanding. When I went to pick up, bibs a loofa and pickles is what I received on top of my order, along with 2 choices of honey oats. And this wonderful card.. kindness goes such a long way. So grateful people like this exist.

Everyone is always so nice at HEB! Just was missing the the Starbucks cold brew. Thats okay, cause there were lots of other options!

This is an awsome place to grocery shop. The employees are friendly and helpful. The fresh food( any where from meat, seafood,produce, deli,sushi bar,etc) is quality items.

The stores always smell like seafood which is yuck but Hill Country orange juice is good and you can get a bottle of peppermint oil for five bucks

Front manager Gilbert harassed my wife and I tonight. We had too many items (15 or so) in the self checkout at 8pm with multiple self checkout machines open. We choose to self checkout to minimize exposure during this pandemic. He gave us an earful and upset my wife. I believe it was racially motivated because he didnt harass the Latin lady who had more items then we did. He also was spitting mad and very vocal. Someone needs to reign this guy in before he crosses a line. Very unprofessional.

All the time. Im not complaining for nothing but this time the cashier in the register 14... was to rude whit my sister and me... have 2 different transaction and she refuses take us. Because she say its a express register. She not asking if have 2 different orders or transactions she only say its express and I only have 8 items...I hope same one take care about this issue. Grrr. Pretty upset! Did my online shopping in earlier morning, seculded pickup for 5-6pm. I arrived at 5:30 and was told only 2 workers, it would be an hour wait... Wait? I could of went inside and done my own shopping. And I love H. E. B.

I ordered a plain white 6” cake with a flat top and spatula indention design on the side the day before I needed it and they just didn’t make it. I had placed the order with the manager because everyone behind the bakery counter ignored me. They offered to use a cake that was already made by making adjustments like taking the roses off the top but left dollops on top. Asked the guy to take those off too and when he did it was very sloppily done leaving a big smear on top. Bad service from the get go and no desire to make up for it and get me a decent cake.

By far, the BEST HEB supermarket. The staff are amazing and helpful. The place is always kept clean and stocked. The managers are always seen around helping their stuff and guiding them as well as having a laugh with them as they should. It seems like the employees enjoy working there and that reflects on their customer service. I pick up curbside Atleast once every week and its always on point! Thanks guys for being so on to it! So glad to have y’all as our local market!

This H-E-B is spacious, has just about everything at low or reasonably low prices, and is visually very attractive inside and out. My only negative issue is the parking.... while theres plenty of room in the large parking lot, at times it is necessary to park way in the back due to the sheer number of shoppers at times. But all in all, its actually a *pleasure* shopping at this location.

Never use curbside pickup at this location. I have used this service at multiple locations with no problem. It took 30 minutes to get my groceries. This was after I checked in twice and made 2 phone calls. Apparently, the system in San Antonio is having issues and “multiple people” have had problems. Not comforting to hear when you ask the “manager” where your order is. I finally make it home to realize half my items never made it to my trunk. “They shop 12 orders at one time.” This was the excuse for my order being incorrectly pulled. Do better, John. Super inconvenient for the convenience of curbside. Do yourself a favor, shop any one of the other locations and save yourself the headache.

I’ve been shopping that this location since it opened. My wife and I have also been raving fans and mavens for this brand and specifically this location since it opened. However, my recent experience there was extremely uncomfortable. We have taken every precaution as a family to prevent bringing home COVID-19 where we have pre-existing conditions with several family members. One of the safest places to go should be your local grocery store. On Friday my wife and I went to the store together with our hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and our KN 95 mask’s in an effort to be extra cautious. My wife and I counted at least 10 people that were not wearing masks inside the store and purchasing produce, meat, and walking all up and down the isles. On some isles we had to avoid because they were crowded and there was at least four people on the same aisle not wearing a mask. We I asked one of the employees if masks were required inside the store and he replied with the local police are not enforcing it so they can’t either. They have signs up and they encourage people to wear them but they cannot enforce it. After my wife and I did a little more research we discovered that several employees at this location that tested positive for COVID-19 yet the protocol for enforcing mask is not being enforced at all it’s more of a request. This is plain and simple not OK. We will not be going back to this H-E-B and thought all of our neighbors should know about the lose rules and lack of action to keep the masses safe as advertised. I hope this review gets to the executive management team at H-E-B so they have an opportunity to correct this, keep their commitments, and protect the public.

Great shopping experience. Clean and comfortable environment to shop in with family. Everything you need in one grocery shopping spot. Look around and find all the great deal there are to find. Stop by all the taste testing stations to find out the excellent flavors available throughout the store. Fresh produce is always available. HEB brand products are always available and reasonably priced.

Two minutes after walking in, l started hating Walmart. HEB has a huge selection of fresh produce, meat, and seafood. Also, their bakery fills the store with delicious smells of bread and cakes. The only thing I didnt like was they dont have a store in Florida.

Since Covid I have used their Curbside pick up quite a few times and they have not disappointed me once! They are super friendly and accurate!!

I love H‑E‑B, and I have always found their service to be outstanding. However, by accident, I bought some high-end brand hair conditioner that is packaged exactly like the shampoo which is what I wanted. The only difference is the color of the cap. They refused to exchange it—no store credit, no anything. Just no. Yes, my fault for not reading the label carefully, but no reason for the rudeness—-disappointed with the customer service.

Always has what I need at a great price. And the best freshest produce around.

Glad to have a HEB close by that I can go to. Every since Harvey and what they had done for the community, HEB is our place to go grocery shopping. Their store brand is better than most name brand items. The butcher counter is nice and helpful.

This store is really clean. Its almost as large as the one in the Heights,but no covered parking. This store is well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Keep it up HEB stores carry a larger variety than Kroger.

HEB on Rayford Rd is my favorite store! The place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they do an amazing job of keeping the checkout lanes open so there is very little wait time! Also, Spencer and Matthew in the meat department, are so very nice, extremely knowledgable, and make the best suggestions for me every week!🥰 The meat, seafood, deli, bakery, and produce departments are always well stocked and staffed with friendly smiling faces🥰Its really nice to shop in a place where the staff makes the effort to remember your face and name, and gives you a personal experience! The management is also very friendly and accommodating, always willing to listen to suggestions and help you find products, and they actually walk you TO the product, not just give directions🤩

Pros: Quick picking out items (once you know the aisles distribution of stuff ) plus it is easy to find allergens on items from the pricing labels that are color coded with icons indicating gluten, vegan, whole grain, organic carb aware etc.

I get all my meat and fruit and vegetables at HEB Kroger really sucks and theyre expensive on their meats and their fruit is just nasty

We just shopped here. This grocery store has a very large selection of local foods. All of the produce appears fresh as well. Large household section, drinks, sushi, bakery. Very nice in comparison to some of the Krogers.

They have a wide variety of selections across all the departments. Their produce and meats are always fresh. They typically have many lanes open so the lines dont get ridiculously long (besides holidays crowds) compared to other grocery stores.
