Convenient neighborhood hardware store. They have just about everything in this compact store which is always clean and well organized. Pricey, but always friendly and helpful!

I always go to this ACE because of their costumer service! They are so helpful! On my trip today Micheal in particular went out of his way to solve a mystery for me and get the obscure product I needed. And he did it with a smile!

Called to verify product was in stock, they claimed yes they are looking at it and 8 were in stock since we live over an hour from them. No, the product was not in stock but an item we specifically called to make sure that it was not. 3v seconds to read the item and could have told us the truth to save hours of our time and 20 dollars to travel out to them. With customer service that lifetime relationship with ace hardware is over.

I didnt go inside BUTTTTT Im a cub Scout so I sold popcorn there last week! so during fall were selling popcorn till winter. You can also make donations to our packs and the military! ANNNNYWAYS back to da store I think it had a LOOOOOOOOtTTT of tools and stuff torepair houses, cars and almost EVERYTHING!!!

Super helpful! While you *may* pay less at the big box stores, this is the place to go when you need some quick, honest help with a project. The service is unparalleled; you dont have to look far for assistance. Everyone there is always kind, courteous, and professional. The selection might be somewhat limited, but they always seem to have that thing I have a hard time finding anywhere else.

This is the place I go when I need the right part the first time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

We were greeted at the door and pointed to the aisle we could locate most of our supplies in, they stocked practically everything we needed, and the employees really knew their stuff. This place is awesome.

The store hour is very convenience because it open until 8pm. Employees provide outstanding service to help customers in all aspect.

Dont bother coming here they close an hour or two early on a whim. Guess they didnt want to stay open near the end of the day. Better to drive to a bigger store unless you dont care about waisting your time just to see if they might be open.Hard to support small local businesses when they dont care about serving the community they are a part of. I will not be going back.

This Ace Hardware has a truly excellent gift shop in addition to home maintenance and repair necessities. The gift shop has all kinds of gifts from jewelry to candles to coffee cups to kitchen decorations. All kinds of gifty options for any gift-giving occasion. They are my go-to any time I need to purchase a gift.

The customer service here was less than expected. I was sent here from the Ace next to my house on Louetta and Grant. Every employee at my home store goes out of there way to help, including calling this store to help me find a part for my turkey fryer. Not only did they hold the wrong product (which happens) but I was told it was all they had. Until I looked around myself and found exactly what I was looking for. I probably encountered 4 employees and none of them smiled. Something weird going on at this store. I suspect this will be different for others at different times, but just in case, I don’t want you to think you are the only one.

Some of the friendliest folks around. I love the small town and neighborly feel of this store. I walk in and I’m greeted right away and asked how I can be helped. What a welcome change to other “big box” stores. I only needed three items but I left with 10 because they have so many great choices.

What can I say about Ace? They have it all! In such a compact store, there is almost nothing that you cant find in some form or fashion. The employees are knowledgeable and the best thing is that if one person doesnt have an answer, the individual they call to help will. Im very glad to have them close by for all of my hardware needs.

I can say with confidence that Ace IS the place with the helpful hardware folks.

I love this store not only is it a hardware store they also have local arts and crafts by local artists for sale theres always something unique to find and I always walk out of there spending more than I intended LOL

I shop here all the time and the people that work here are super friendly. Make sure to sign up for Ace Rewards as they send coupons all the time. The managers do a great job training the younger associates and everyone goes out of their way to help you find what you need.

Thank you to all the employees that worked during the winter storm. You let us all fix our homes and have running water. When the big box stores shut the door in my face you were there to help. This experience made a loyal customer.

This ACE hardware will not honor craftsman lifetime warranty replacement on my hand tools because they are not the same model number as they have in stock. Mind you it’s the exact same socket and ratchets as I have but since mine are older the model numbers have changed. They said there’s nothing they can do.So I suppose craftsmans new warranty should be changed to lifetime or model number change whichever is first.Sears hardware simply pulled one off the shelf and swapped it out and you were on your way. I miss the customer service there.

Two of the employees were wearing face shields and no particulate masks. I won’t go back until the coronavirus pandemic has passed. I don’t need to catch or distribute a virus!

Called to ask about stock on an item i found on the Ace website but needed a different size than i could find, so I called this location but the woman that answered the phone was extremely short with me. She said she couldnt tell me if they had it if i didnt have a part number, but i could come look myself... I offered the item number for the similar item but she said she needed the exact. Wow, poor customer service. Didnt offer to look for the item and call back or to find the part number. Not what i would expect from a place like Ace Hardware.

I went in to do a simple key fob battery replacement. Unfortunately the young man seemed to lack the knowledge or experience to complete the job. He asked for help and the older employee seemed to afraid of breaking the key fob. I ended up doing most the work at the store myself. This was a turn off for this store. Ive never had this bad of a experience with ace hardware store

I called and asked if they had a certain stain and the nice gentleman offered to hold it at the front register for me! When I got there I just had to tell them my name and pay! Love that store and their staff!!

Very neat and clean store. They have a little bit of everything. The prices are more expensive than the larger chains but they have a good selection and make for a quick shopping trip. I got a bird feeder with my lawn stuff because they were very pretty. I will be shopping there again

They dont offer any assistance. When they are approach with a question, they act as if you are bothering them.They watch you as if you are about to steal something. Not friendly at all.Try smiling sometimes, there are are millions of people out of jobs you all are blessed to still have employment.

This store has a little bit of everything you need for small home and lawn work. I like the convenience of the small size compared to larger home fixer stores. You may find lawn fertilizer, mulch, windchill, screws, nails, Pest repellents, paint (they actually have a paint shop), cleansers, plumbing items, etc. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and available. If youre lucky, there will be some free popcorn when you get there.
