This place is a hidden gem. Stocked full of specialty hardware items not found at your local box stores. They provide various services especially for yard maintenance equipment. Turn around time is fantastic.

Awesome experience. I had not been here until recently as I usually frequented the larger box stores. This store is fantastic. Staff are very helpful. They might not be the largest store you have been in, but they probably have what you need or can get it in quickly and at a great price.

I have been a regular customer of Spring True Value Hardware for many years. The store is very well stocked to cater a very wide range of products and equipment. Its staff are all skilled in finding solutions and offering good suggestions. It had a major roll to play during the Houston ice storm in 2021 by providing repair equipment to the many destroyed homes. I thank Vip who is the manager for keeping his shop open so long to help customers in need.

Went by today for a plumbing repair I wasn’t sure how to handle. I knew the big box home improvement stores would be useless to me. After a quick search for plumbing parts, Ace came up. I have driven by this place about a million times and never noticed it.If you don’t want to wander around aimlessly trying to find someone to help you, go to this place. Everyone was so helpful! I was in and out within 10 minutes. The staff took me all over the store personally to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He even tried to help me save money on my purchase by suggesting a less expensive alternative.I feel like this is the best kept hardware secret in Spring. All this time, I have been torturing myself at the big stores. So glad to find this hidden gem. Will be back!

Love this place I have been coming here for over 10 years,always have what Im looking for. I have used there repair service several times on lawn equipment they always come though for me.

This store has just about anything you could want for your home, as far as maintenance or yard is concerned, and then even more. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and they know where everything is located. This is the best hardware store around, and I truly believe if they dont have it, then it wont be found anywhere else.

Love Spring True Value Hardware... If you dont have it... they do! In the very rare instance where they dont have it in stock, they can get it! Plus they have Ice Cream! Did I mention they have ice cream?

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Great people, with an immense wealth of knowledge concerning their business. The employees spent time actively trying to help me solve a problem and didnt stop until they did. It wasnt just for me either, they did this with every customer that needed advice on how to build or fix something. Sadly, places like this are few and far between now days. This is the only hardware store that I will ever go to from now on.

Helpful, friendly they have the odd items not carried @ lowes/home depot. A few more pennies but well worth not looking 20 min for help and locating items in larger store.

In fourteen years of doing business with this store, they have ALWAYS had what I needed for home repair. They seem to know what will solve the problem, especially the gentleman from India. If he lacks charm as has been suggested, he more than makes up for it in knowledge and helpfulness.

Went on 6/18/2018 Had a Echo weed eater issue and needed them to fix it; So after a a few days weeks get a call it was the carburetor and it need to be changed. Thought it strange that after a few months of wOrkiNg lt suddenly started acting up again.I let my friend look at it this time and he stated they lied and didn’t change anything The carburetor was the same and the business ripped me off for $90. 00. The owner is from overseas so this is typical behaviorGot me once but wont twice Beware of this business !

Ive been shopping there since 1991. Great service and knowledge. Theyve had exactly what Ive needed 99.99% of the time. They even have those adapters for wasp spray cans to mount on a long pole.
