This place is borderline addicting. I get the very berry smoothie and it is to die for! My daughter is addicted to a custom smoothie she gets with strawberries bananas and honey. Seriously. This place makes smoothie king look like smoothie pauper. Must go to place! I haven’t been in the store per say, but I use doordash a lot with them and I must say, never have I ever been disappointed!

The guy who’s name on receipt is Giovanny (only person working) was son “unwelcoming”, never greeted, didn’t even make eye contact. Didn’t give a receipt, but was so quick to instruct to give him a tip. First time here, and last time. Never again.If you don’t want customers inside your store, then close it and don’t be in business. Bad service. Bad customer service.

Im sure this place has good smoothies, was hoping to enjoy the real fruit smoothies. I did not have a mask on me and they require one to enter the building. Maybe after all this blows over ill stop by again.

Walked in not a hi, hello, how are you nothing, not even what can i get you? Just starred at me until I ordered, horrible customer service definitely won’t be back. Not even your drink is ready just sat it on the counter and walked away assuming it was mine since no one else was in the building. What kid of service is this ?

HORRIBLE. TOOK TOO LONG TO GIVE ME MY ORDER AND THE AÇAÍ BOWL IS OK TBH. AND ITS TOO DARK. GIVES ME BAD VIBES. and no hand washing. placed my order and she started MOPPING. that ain’t my order. looked at tip jar like 👀 so she lowkey made us tip. don’t go here.

Typically, we go to this place and its great but my recent experience was not a good one. The African lady completely disregarded my friends allergy to banana and all the things I asked her to add to it. My friend later had a severe allergic reaction to the banana and had to be doped up on meds. I wont be back. So disappointed as this was one of my favorite spots but health is more important.

I got a carrot smoothie with ginger. Its very tasty and balanced. A little sweet but still really good. Loved the Christian music blasting and the friendly cashier and smoothie maker lol. They gave me the residual of the smoothie which you dont get anywhere. That could be nice if you have a child who is picky. Ive been paying for a lot of expensive smoothies my kids dont like and this place will be nice to take them to. Its hard to figure out what they like and smoothies are 6 bucks a piece it can be very frustrating. I wish I lived on this side of town, it looks like a family operation would love to to come in here when wanting a treat.

I ordered the Ginger Berry Greens and it was DELICIOUS! It was perfect! The lady even gave me the excess smoothie which was a pleasant surprise. This will be my new go to smoothie spot. I’ll try the juice next time.

It was my first visit. I didnt know what to expect however, I ordered a berry kale smoothie with ginger. It was medium sized bigger that what I expected for the price its nice. I would recommend this place. The lady did a great job making my smoothie and it tastes better than I thought it would.

Great service. I really enjoy the Ginger Berry Green smoothie. I ponder trying other flavors, but this one always calls me back.

Service was terrible, came in said hi to the employee and she didn’t say anything back. When it was my turn to order she didn’t ask what would I like, just stood there and stared at me. Then I asked her what green juice she recommends and she said it’s going to take me a long time, I have to go and chop it up, it’s going to take like 20 mins for the juice...... I was like okayyyyy..... and your job is to do what?..... then I see her walking to the back, saw her in slippers. This is the food/drink industry, I wouldn’t think slippers would be appropriate. Anyway. First and last time at this business. I still tipped her for making it, but bad service and attitude.

Untrained employees, does not speak clearly, does not know how to work the register or print receipts. Management is failing.

It was REALLY hot outside so I decided on getting something to cool off. The only thing around was Smoothe Factory. I ordered the Mango smoothie with added Fiber, and let me tell you...IT WAS PRETTY GOOD. No added sugar, all natural, and it was made right in front of me (not directly) so I knew what was being put in! The flavor was soo good, and it was smooth. I will be back!

This place serves 2 main things... juices and smoothies. I stopped by 2 days in a row and saw 2 different employees. Each time the employee told me she wasn’t trained on how to use the juicer. As a business owner, how do you not train your employees on 50% of your business. Absolute joke. Figured I’d try one more time. This time they are out of ginger and the wheatgrass machine doesn’t work. Joke

I used to come here daily for wheatgrass shots and was extremely disappointed when they were no longer offering wheatgrass considering thats all I wanted

Do your self a favor and skip this place. I walked into this place and I woke the attendant up from his nap. I asked for a after workout shake and to me it tasted like it had an aftertaste if ammonia. I paid 8$ and I didn’t want to force myself to drink it. He made me another one and i politely told him it tasted the same. I asked for a refund he said no, so I asked him for another drink instead and he said Take what I gave you and get out, the problem is with you not the drink. I called the owner about how I was treated and he never bothered to call me back. I called corporate office and they said they would take care of it and they didnt. Rude people and bad service. They will treat you like garbage here.UPDATE(9/25/18)-The owner is a liar, I reached out to him 3 times to cal me and he never did. I called corporate office and they promised he would call. He never did. This guy doesnt need to be in the customer service business

This place is a rip off w a bunch of 16 year old kids acting up, instead of giving proper service.$9 for a smoothie? And it tasted watered down?Nutrition Depot(Smoothie Factory inside) on Louetta was half price almost at $4.86 for great taste and service.Only 4 mile from here.

After the patiently waiting behind a customer who couldn’t remember what he used to get off the “old menu”, I put in my order for my $9 smoothie. And waited. Eeek I didn’t taste it until I got to my car. Big mistake. It was very watered down aka tasteless except for the unfiltered water with which it was watered. Pppbbbttt

Horrible, Horrible. My smoothie had no taste, it was like I was drinking dirty shaved ice. I trashed it after the 3rd sip. The 2 employees working there were wearing wrinkled and old stained clothing and looked like they just woke or were on drugs. The place was trashed and felt uncomfortable wondering if things were cleaned and fresh in the back. I would not recommend going there if those two are still employed. Waste of my money, I will not be going back.

Tried to stop in and get a smoothie and there was a sign on the door that said “be right back, in the restroom”.. are there not enough employees for someone to go to the restroom.
