Id have given NO STARS but I had to give one.I went next day to return some bunk creatine HCL I didnt like, to the same girl I bought it from. She remembered me, but couldnt refund the purchase because the email address I gave did not match the one on my account, and I couldnt find the receipt to save my life.We even had the manager on speaker phone to try and figure how I could return it and be refunded! He had no clue, and is probably out of his depth if he cant successfully satisfy a long time customer of GNC with regard to a $20 return.Ill never go back into a GNC again, especially this one.I cant believe they havent figured this out! People change email addresses all the time. I specifically have two. One for me, and one for people like GNC that send unwanted marketing emails twice daily.Buyer Beware!
