I had a long shift at work and left work late at night, only to find out I had a flat tire. I managed to use fix a flat and get it to hold air long enough to make it to Springboro Tire Choice which is down the street from my house. I parked it in the parking lot and had my husband pick me up. I was praying that the next day I would be able to get it looked at.In the morning I called and talked to Jason, who I later found out was the manager. Jason was so friendly and re-assuring. He told me to drop off the key and they would take care of it. The service was amazing! I was even able to get my oil changed along with all the complementary system checks and tire rotation! I cant express my gratitude enough.Jason even let me know that if I ever had another late night emergency of flat I could park there again and leave my key in the key drop so I wouldnt have to make a second trip to drop my keys off. THANK YOU JASON AND TEAM! I will definitely be returning for all my tire and routine maintenance needs!

The assistant manager was more than helpful. He kept us aware of what was happening, kept my kids entertained when he was coming in and out of the back and was just really great with hospitality. We were traveling on 75 back home and discovered a bad tire on the camper. Called the store and Michael was very courteous and helpful. The tire mechanic was quick and we were on our way. Great customer service.

Tire Choice has earned my trust. Jason happens to be an expert at keeping my old car (Saturn) alive. He gives sound advice for my wifes car and the family van as well. He understands how to make a good car better and how to keep an old car running. Service is prompt and as reliable as can be expected. Prices are relatively reasonable. Suggested repairs and prices are never forcible sold but discussed openly without sales pressure.

When I asked Jason about 4 p.m. today if they could find and fix slow leak in my wifes (Goodyear) tire before she drove to Columbus at 6 it was such a pleasure to hear, sure, we can do that. And they did, for very fair price, and she just left! Im an old man and four other tire companies couldnt or wouldnt help me, made me feel like I was a nuisance, only wanted to sell me new tire. Jason took me seriously, understood I needed to salvage this tire (lots of tread left). They were total professionals, courteous, respectful and did top quality job. I wont be going anywhere else for tire services.

Very happy with the service. I brought it my sons car to address possible cause for a squealing belt and the manager agreed to pull it into the bay to investigate right away. Discovered that there were many more concerns than just the belt (i.e. terribly rusted fuel line that had been previous repaired with hose clamp!). They recommended not investing more money in the vehicle given its street value verses the cost to repair. Truly appreciated the honest and no charge assessment. Thank you.

Took my Hummer in because the seals between the tires and rims were leaking... All repair shops that I had previously taken the car said that this was not repairable and I had to buy new tires. This place is amazing!!!! I am a single mom of 3 kids and only have one car. I was worried about getting car fixed because a lot of mechanic shops try to get as much money as they can out of especially females. Oil change coupon is a complete bait and switch. Claims $19.99 oil change, I just paid over $46 dollars. Which included new $6 oil cap.Additionally, When I explained to the store manager, Jason Davis, I was concerned the tire depth measurements do not seem correct, he response, “I did not take the measurements.” I was shocked and asked why as the store manager he does not take responsibility, his response, “the tech does not work for me. He’s a temp from another shop.”Bottom Line: if you want to get overcharged by a store manager who does not take responsibility for work in his shop, this place is for you!!!

A great experience! I had a bit of an emergency with a nail in the front tire with an upcoming replacement of all tires I didnt want to waste any money. They graciously fit me into their busy schedule and consulted with me on the plug and suggested just swapping with the full size spare. They had me in the door and completed in 10 minutes. Fast, courteous and top notch! I will return for any future tire needs or work done on my Jeep. Thank you!!!

I was raised to not trust mechanics and I gotta say that Bill and his team go above and beyond for their customers. In the last year I’ve been to them a number of times with issues ranging from oil changes to wheel barrings being replaced. They take the time to explain any problems they see/fix and are reasonably priced. I’ll keep coming to them as long as they keep up with the honesty, quality work, and good customer service.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you check these guys out for your auto needs! Ernie and his staff are wonderful! He took care of my vehicle and ensured it was working properly for me. He even took the time to give it a check over before they completed my alignment and actually found another issue. He walked me in to see for myself, explained how the problem would effect my car and its driving, and explained what options there were to fix it. I never once felt pressured into a service I was unsure or confused about. He answered all my questions and left me with the only experience I’ve had at an auto service center that I could say I appreciated and enjoyed. Thought I would drop in and leave a good review for these guys since they did outstanding service for me today. I do work on my own cars but won’t touch the brakes and suspension. They are too critical for safety.My wife’s car needed a brake job so I called Munro this morning and they said they could see me this afternoon and possibly complete the work today. I told them I had taken the car to another shop in town and what they had recommended be replaced; warped rotors, brake fluid change, and adjust the rear drums.Munro gave the car a look-over and showed me that the brake fluid was actually fine, and reached the same conclusions on the other points. The result was that this saved me money had I taken the other shop’s word and gone ahead with the brake fluid change.The person I spoke with on the phone and the two individuals I met at the shop (unsure if either of them I spoke with this morning) were world-class: polite, honest, and easy going. They were very attentive to detail, even asking me questions about how the car drives and if certain sounds/performance seemed normal to me (they did).After the service was complete in less than an hour, I took the car out and it drives amazingly well once more. Thank you Munro for giving me peace of mind for my wife’s safety.

Had my wipers replaced because they were squeaking and I was told it was because the windshield was dirty. The next time it rained, my wipers still squeaked. Went in and Jason took my car immediately, replaced the wipers and spent about 30 minutes cleaning the windshield. Worked great, no squeaking and Im a very satisfied customer.

I was visiting family for Thanksgiving when I started having trouble starting my vehicle. I am very grateful that the Monro team was able to look at my vehicle given it was the day after Thanksgiving and many auto repair locations were booked or closed. Monro ran a multitude of tests on my vehicle, but were not able to determine the issue I was encountering. My main concern was being able to drive the vehicle home the next day, and they assured me it was okay to drive. They did not charge me at all for their work. I was able to get home safely the next day, and am very grateful for the services they provided. The staff was very friendly, courteous and informative.

I had an issue with the exhaust system on my truck while in the area of this Monro shop. The guys offered to address the problem with a temporary fix and did so very quickly just before closing time. I was able to get back home to get the complete repair done at my local Monro shop at a later time. The three guys working were all very professional, polite, friendly, and efficient and definitely were there to take great care of their customers. I watched two other customers leave after service was complete and they were very pleased as well.

Very helpful staff. Despite being late in the day they managed to squeeze me in to get work done. An unforeseen problem came up which caused a delay but they worked well past closing to get the job done.

Bill Burns the new manager and his team did a great job on my 1966 Mustang. Other shops did not want to work on it because of its age. They are very professional and give great customer service. They have done three brake jobs on other cars for me in the last 6 months. All were done very well

They are great! I got a nail in my tire on my way home from work and went straight there. They were able to get my tire fixed in less than 2 hours with no appointment. They were very professional and very friendly.

This place is awesome. About a year ago, my wife went stopped by to look for new tires about an hour before closing. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, they also offered to try to get it done that day which wasnt needed but still nice that they offered. I came in today because of grinding brakes. I have had really good experiences with Bill, my favorite mechanic. I was broke down in Pittsburgh, PA and he talked me through getting my car back on the rode and home safely. Today I was able to get a price match and take care of my problem. I appreciate Bill, and Ty does a great job in the office. They seem to be fair and honest, being able to have a place I feel confident is not trying to get one over on me is a great thing. Took 2 cars here for oil change. Quick service. Definitely will use again! Bill was very nice and explained what we would be needing for each car.

This place is awful. Took my car there to have it repaired, after getting it back it ran terrible.when I took it to a different shop to find out what was wrong they told me this place put my car back together so poorly that the engine mount wasnt even tightened back up, and its missing bolts and pieces. They didnt clean the oil off the underside of my car like they said they would. The manager was also really unprofessional. It seems to me that after he said i needed something else done for additional money and i declined he just sloppily put my car back together, took my money, yelled at me in the lobby and sent me on my way in a car thats falling apart. The customer service line isnt much better. They will tell you to take it back and have it fixed. But who wants to take it back to the same people who obviously dont know what they are doing. Or the other option is to pay for the repair and they may or not reimburse you.

We have always gotten courteous, quick service at Monro. We initially chose it because its close, but we keep going because they take care of us. We are grateful for the way they take care of military personnel. They dont just say they support us, they do it. We are now loyal Monro customers.

This place is awesome. Got a hole in my 98 grand prix tire. They had it patched up in 15 min. Bill is great to talk to and very knowledgeable.

They recommended I flush my power steering fluid during a full service check a month after they replaced my power steering pump. When I ask why when I had just been in there for that reason the response was that they hadnt actually checked and only recommended it as a necessary flush due to the mileage of my vehicle. They did my brakes and rotors during a prior visit and had to bring it back in as they were improperly installed.

Went in for brakes and in alignment. Left my truck overnight the next day they called and said it was done unfortunately I was unable to pick it up then. Bill then asked me for payment over the phone said his boss gets upset if theres parts out overnight seemed odd but I paid. Picked up the truck the next day steering wheel was at a 90ﾟ angle and amazingly my truck at 8 miles put on. Bill said he would take care of it took it backup their My wheel is still at an angle. Called customer service as I dont wanna go back asked for a refund they could not do it. My advice make sure you drive it before you pay.

They get the stuff done fast and for a low price and seem to have some knowledge but my last visit was a deal breaker and i will not be coming back.Had them rotate the tires and replace a steering stabilizer. When i went to replace a part on my car the next week I noticed they had stripped a lug-nut on my back tire and just left it on not even tightened. They had also stripped the new steering stabilizer screw. None of this was told to me they just left it hoping i wouldnt notice.I ended up having to buy a new steering stabilizer. I asked an auto store for the cheapest one since all i needed was the screw that wasnt sold separately. turns out the cheapest one was the same thing they had put on my car which is not what the guy at monro had said to me earlier. In fact he had said it was higher grade part. Not to mention they charged me 75$ for it, when its real price is 32$.Would not recommend to others.

I have been to this location twice now.The first time I was turned away because my appointment that I had clearly on my phone was not recognized in their system. The second time, I was told they were overbooked and wouldnt be able to take my car in for another week or so. Im disappointed. Id like to experience their services but with the attitude from the mechanic who was obviously showing that he just didnt care, I will not be making a third attempt at this facility.

The entire crew bent over backwards to make sure the job was done correctly, and even spent extra time to fix somthing that was because of a ill-fitting piece that was discovered days after the car had been serviced. Definately have earned more buisness.

I had a bad experience in purchasing our car from the rotten dealer i had chosen. The oil change came due and i did not want them touching the car again.By chance i ended up going to Monro. I was able to request an appointment online and was notified immediately that the time I had chosen was to be my appointment .Friendly service, they were able to fix in moments what my dealer could not fix in months, and the oil change was reasonably priced. If you are looking for someplace you can trust to do a good job then I can at least tell you this:I went to Monro once and had a great experience at this location. They branded a mechanic as a bad mechanic from their regional office that worked on my car that did an oil change and he did not put my oil filter on right that caused my car to loose oil which caused a loud knocking noise in my engine so like anyone else on a Labor Day weekend took my car to closest place to get oil in my car to try to salvage anything which I had explained to the manager at Monroe that the place I went to which was take 5 oil change shop noticed my engine oil was DRY AND FILTER WASnt on right so bill the manager at Monroe asked me to bring car to them so I did so when I took I asked Ernie what was my mileage on my vehicle when we brought it for an oil change to prove the car hasn’t been driven because we was out the country for 2 and half months and we find out that that branded bad mechanic didn’t enter my mileage correct he entered 456 which throws out the window me proving the car hasn’t been driven so they kept for 5 days knowing I had taken it somewhere else to get oil in my car so 5 days later they tell me I have two bolts rusted out that connect the manifold which has nothing to do with the issue because the manifold pushes air out the engine towards the exhaust and after telling Ernie that can not be the reason his second excuse was well because you took it to another location it voids anything they did so they try to give any excuse to get out of their mistake even if it isn’t related because they think you might know nothing about parts or cars and after showing them your no idiot they have a backup excuse to weasel out of their branded bad mechanics mistake which is you voided our work after going to another location to put oil in a car that needed oil and it was in a Labor Day weekend and all this wouldn’t have happened if they had real mechanics working on people’s cars now I need 3k in engine work due to their mistake that they will not own up to and honor their workSo why wasn’t I told from the beginning that since I went somewhere else to get oil in my engine voided everything Monroe did the reason why is because they try wiggle their way out of their mistakesSo they reply to my review to call them back at my earliest convenience to make sure the public reads their response showing that they are concerned about the issue but they don’t answer nor do they return the phone call so what is the point of responding if your not going resolve the issue at hand

The mechanics here are very helpful they are not pushy trying to get you to fix something you didnt come for but will recommend whats your car is in need of I have recommended them to some of my friends

I had a really great experience recently (on Feb. 2nd, I think). When I was leaving work I had trouble starting my car due to the serious cold. All of my warning lights came on and when I managed to finally start the car, it just shut off on me. Thankfully, I was able to get it started and moving but I was worried it would happen again so I called Monro and they got me in the same day! They ran some tests to determine what was wrong with the car, topped off my tire pressure, and reconnected a hose that had come lose somewhere under the hood for a grand total of zero dollars! $0! I learned that day how well they take care of there customers and, if all of the other 4 and 5 star reviews on here dont convince you, let my testimonial. Take your car in and youll leave happy!

I am normally pretty easy to please when it comes to service related businesses. However, my experience at Monro is hard to ignore. I received an Oil Change coupon in my email and decided to use it on our SUV. Upon arrival, I told the tech that the brakes were making some noise and the last oil change tech suggested getting them check at the next visit. I sat and waited for over an hour (with an appointment) before being told that I needed new rotors and pads. The existing ones were shot and not safe to drive.I was given an estimate of just over $1000 which seemed a bit high, but the manager assured me that it was a great deal. He then proceeded to try to convince me to sign up for financing. I politely refused and said I was waiting for a clients check to come in and I would call back to schedule. They finished my oil change and I left.When I got home, I called my normal shop for a price on rotors and pads. This came out at $680. I was stunned that the great price I got from Monro was so high. I scheduled an appointment at my shop for the next day and told them to do the rotors/pads but call if anything else looked bad. I did receive a call a couple hours later saying that my brakes were fine and wouldnt need replaced for awhile. I was LIVID! Not only did Monro try to convince me that their high price was great, but the job was completely unnecessary!Stay away from Monro at all costs!

I went to this location in a panic the afternoon before a trip. I needed a wheel repair that was totally screwed up by another auto repair shop. Mr. Bill Burns listened to my story, understood my problem & took immediate action to assist me. He searched several part suppliers for my vehicle & finally found success with his 5th call. The part was rushed to his location & I was back on the road in under 90 minutes. Now THAT is Customer Service. I will be sure to return to Bill Burns & his crew in the future! Thank You!

Good customer service but prices are outrageous. Markup on brake parts is at least 100%. $80 for $40 break pads, $90 for $45 rotors. Labor at $105/hr.

I was evacuated from my home down south by the storm Florence. Got on the road with a vehicle that had an issue I was unable to fix prior to leaving. Got here and made attempts to fix but a part got stuck and I couldn’t remove it. I went to two other shops before Monro. Will helped a customer in front of me and as soon as I said I needed some help he dropped what he was doing and did everything he could to get my issue resolved. My total gratitude to this guy.

My wife took my father -in-law s car for est to repair rear exhaust muffler. then they called to let her know it cost $500 to replace rear exhaust muffler. my wife said she will let my father know when he wake up (he work 3rd shift). she did not call them yet. they called her and said they took the broken muffler off already. it was a wrong way to service.

Great service .came in at closing time with a leaking tire .they where more than happy to take the time to fix it.

I hit a box on the highway recently. I took it to the dealer and they quoted me $350 to fix damage under the car. They didnt show me the damage, just provided the quote. I took it to Monro in Springboro today and asked for a second opinion. Monro did a free inspection and showed me the damage while the car was on the lift. There was only cosmetic damage and Monro saved me $350 !!! Thanks guys !

I can honestly say I have never had worse car service. For my last oil change I took my car to this location and upon checking out the serviceman said nothing to me. Two days after leaving this horrible burnt smell came was wafting into my cabin and smoke was coming from the hood.I took it back and the serviceman looked at it. It was only then they informed me that when I had gone last time they spilt oil all over my motor. He didnt apologize but he did say the smell would be gone in a weekFast forward 2 months and its time for my new oil change. My motor is still smoking and the smell is not gone. Amazingly Im still giving these people my business. I explain the situation and the serviceman does not apologize AGAIN! He acts non-Chalant and says hell get to my car today if he can. And hell see what he can do about the smell. I am FED UP and posting this review and telling as many people as possible. This is unacceptable and I will never go to a Monroe again.

Bill was very friendly and professional. Theyre very transparent with what theyre doing, and will show and explain to you why and how theyre fixing your car
