Austin, Dana and Marie were ALL extremely helpful and nice while helping me switch over from Sprint to T mobile. They were dealing with a lot of snags with switching between systems in the computer, but took the time to figure things out to make sure I got ALL the benefits possible with my transition. It took quite a bit of time but I was always tended to and they made sure I was comfortable during my visit so I did not mind the wait at all. They even got me a drink while I was waiting. I felt super informed about all the amazing things T mobile will offer me and about my current plan. They are an AMAZING team and all deserve the upmost praise for their dedication to their jobs and to helping their customers.

I had a great time working with the staff in this store. They assisted me in working through the merger and helped me greatly with my new Sim card. I had went to another store to get the update and was told that I had to purchase this and do it myself. Victoria and her team has been there to help me through every step of the way!

Marie was fantastic. My wife and I had been to two other TMobile stores before ending up in springboro. She made our migration from Sprint to T-Mobile seamless, in an otherwise frustrating situation where two other corporate stores had no idea or were preoccupied with other issues. If you are a TMobile customer I highly recommend this location. Great and friendly staff.

Honestly can’t say enough about how good our service was with Sawyer! I have been to MANY sprint stores 9/10 times leaving with out resolution! Not here Sawyer did everything he could to resolve our issues while being friendly and fun! He was the only one working and handled everyone like it was nothing! I will definitely be going to this store from now on! Seriously if you want GREAT service or your issues resolved the first time GO HERE!

I went into this store yesterday not knowing which phone to try. Not only did I switch to sprint for the first time but after Cody and Sawyers knowledge and help I made the jump from iPhone to Android. So far so good. These guys are really great and patient for sure to say the least.

Our experience here was GREAT, thanks to Cody. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We were switching from Verizon and our new plan is less than Verizon and we got a tablet and watch added to that! Thank you Cody for your wonderful customer service. You made us feel like friends, not just a customer! 👍
