I am dumbfounded with my pharmacy experience.The refill says five, you have given me inly the first one. it has only been 30 days from the initial prescription . Why are you trying to get authorization from the doctor. the original prescription was called into to you. Total stupidity. Lines are ridiculously long. staff incompetent.

I worked at this pharmacy back in 2018 and everyone saying long lines are true. During my time working there a lot of nights I would be the only technician working as well as the pharmacist. There has been a pharmacy technician shortage for a few years now. Not only that but this is also the busiest pharmacy in the entire district for quantity of scripts. All the people saying that they are gonna go to another pharmacy all the cvss are linked so you arent hurting this cvs by going somewhere else you are only hurting yourself. Also if you dont like waiting they do deliver prescriptions. Also the safe is on a time delay and only the pharmacist has access so if you are receiving long waits and you have a controlled substance that is probably the reason for your wait. Pharmacists are very busy people. They dont only fill scripts they also have other tasks they must do as well

This pharmacy is horrible, just to speak to a pharmacist I was put on hold for an hour the prescription it’s ready to be picked up and when I got there I have to wait for another 30 minutes because the prescription is not ready when it’s supposed to be ready. I don’t understand why the pharmacy hire staff that don’t even like to do their job.

I love cvs in Springboro front store. I can not say enough good things about their customer service. Regina Susie shyanne tyler are awesome and go above and beyond to help customers. Matt the manager is wonderful and always helps you find what you need. People who review this store bad have obviously not been to other store because this one performs the best. Thank you for your wonderful service.

My biggest complaint is that when I want to drive thru to pick up a prescription instead of going in and being exposed to illness or anyone sitting in the waiting area for the Minute Clinic..there is a huge line of people waiting to get the Covid test. There should be a SEPARATE line for testing and a separate line for people picking up prescriptions. Too much waiting in line. Not nearly as friendly as it used to be. But there arent any other pharmacies really available in the area.

Terrible pharmacy. Prescriptions not filled. Sometimes wrong when they are long lines. Don’t care. I am forced to use CVS by company. Do NOT use this one......drive the extra distance.

I see negative reviews but my interaction with store was 100%. I purchased items that should have yielded extra care bucks but did not print. Called manager William explained issue was told they would fix issue. I came in to store. William assisted me and fixed issue. He did exactly as stated he would to fix issue. He was nice, polite, and professional. Can not find fault for something out of the stores control but the store did correct issue so 5 stars for them! I prefer this store over my closest because they have a huge range of selection on items and have ALWAYS been nice a d courteous.

They never have your prescription ready at the time they say. If they tell you an hour, that means itll be ready in 2-3 hours(if your lucky)!! The one on Whipp rd and Alex-bell are much more efficient. This one never has the same staff twice, the change over is ridiculous! Extremely disappointed!!!!

I have used CVS pharmacy for 30 years over 4 locations. We recently moved to the area This is the worst managed pharmacy I’ve ever seen. No one has any idea how to manage time. Very disappointing. We live within walking distance and are switching pharmacies.

First of all, the staff is very friendly. However, our newborn was prescribed medication on Tuesday. It’s now Saturday and they just prepared his prescription after the third time I called and spoke with a representative. They stated that they are 5 days behind! This isn’t the first time it has taken them multiple days to prepare a prescription, either.

Its not a hometown store by any means. I just dont get a pharmacy that is meant to sell you drugs to help you leave a healthier life. Full of junk food, cosmetics, and other junk.

Giving this pharmacy one star is being generous ... zero communication was given to me that they changed the quantity of a prescription after It was purchased and I left the store. Plus you can overhear the counseling of the customers ... there’s no confidentiality or being discrete whatsoever.

Un-Organized. Making mistakes and miscounts with my prescriptions. This pharmacy used to reach out to its customers if there was any issues with RX. They stopped doing that.What happened?? I know there was a huge changeover, but this is ridiculous. Its been long enuf for things to settle down, so Im not going to accept that excuse. Some of the staff are very friendly and take time with you, but it seems higher ups just dont want to deal with anything.

I went to cvs Springboro location to get passport photos. Tabitha helped me. As soon as I walked in she greeted me and asked if I needed any help. She was very nice and polite and gave exceptional customer service.

Friendly staff, but terribly busy pharmacy that takes forever to fill prescriptions and misses commitments. Fine for regular refills, but go elsewhere if you need something in a timely manner.

If you want your prescriptions to not be filled when they say they will, want only a portion of your prescriptions to be filled so you can make another trip for the remaining ones, and love long waits...then by all means use them for all your pharmaceutical needs. If none of that appeals to you, then you may want to try someplace else.

1. Doctor ordered prescription2. Went to pick up and CVS said 20 minutes3. Came back 45 minutes later and CVS said 45-60 more minutes4. Came back 75 minutes later and CVS said they never received that order5. Called doctor to have them send prescription to a different pharmacy6. Insurance declined coverage because two pharmacies have same prescription7. New pharmacy demands CVS transfer the order to new pharmacy8. At first, CVS rejects request but eventually transfers prescription to other pharmacyThis place is a joke for a business. Please dont waste your valuable time dealing with these clowns.

Going here is a complete waste of time. I try to use the drive thru window for picking up my scripts. Inevitably I have to sit and wait for 15 minutes or longer just to get the cars ahead of me through. My most recent visit, I was 6 cars back and after 20 minutes 4 of us pulled out and either left or finally walked into the store. I went in and had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for any service. I was at the front of the line. The only reason why I go here is because my wifes insurance mandates it. Pathetic.

Always takes forever to do anything. Called in a script at 10am. Said it would be ready by 2. Had to call and bug them wasnt ready till 6 and had to wait in line till almost 7. It has become a constant wait there.

I unfortunately was forced to use this CVS when my CVS (target in Beavercreek) did not have the prescription I needed. The Beavercreek CVS called to make sure this CVS had the medicine in stock before I drove all the way to Springboro to get it. When I got there, I was told the prescription hadn’t even been filled yet and that I’d have to wait 15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I had an incredibly snarky employee come up to me and tell me they didn’t have it in stock. I told her that I had driven 30 minutes down here because Beavercreek CVS called to make sure they had it in stock. She gave me an exasperated “I’ll check again” and checked with the pharmacist. After another five minutes I walked back up to the counter to check on the status and the same employee gave me a nasty “they were able to find it.” After another five minutes I was able to finally get the prescription. I give this two stars because I was ultimately able to get what I needed, but the whole experience was awful. The guy next to me waited for 15-20 minutes for his script and when he finally went up to the counter to let them know he’d just come back for it, they said “Oh it’s ready.” He gave me an exasperated look as he walked up to get his prescription.The pharmacy at this CVS needs a lot of help. That being said, the front staff seemed very nice and helpful and greeted me on my way in the store.

The pharmacy there is horrible! I have went there 3 times to pick up prescriptions prior to calling them in and every time there were prescriptions missing and they made me drive back out there 2 hours later to pick up the prescriptions that they didnt fill even though I definitely called them in ahead of time. Every time I call this pharmacy I get put on hold for ever. And there is a blonde woman that works in the pharmacy and she is one of the rudest people that Ive ever met,I highly suggest to get your prescriptions at a different cvs because this cvs has pharmacy issues for sure!
