The new building is open and looks nice. I thought it would be bigger, actually, so its not too intimidating as far as size difference from the old location. It was VERY busy, which generally will cause me to choose another location. Im hoping thats only due to it being the grand opening. Time will tell.

Its a grocery store.The new location Opened about a week ago. Im a bit disappointed because I was hoping for a wine bar, Bistro, and a meat department that will cook your meat for you like they do at the Austin Landing location. #FirstWorldProblems

This is our favorite Kroger! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The store is clean. And the people who work there usually seem to be having a great time. That makes a difference! Makes customers like us want to come back.

Forgot wallet at home....no problem, will pay with check. They say they need my license. I said I can recite my license number, they say no, need to identify you are who you list on check. No problem, my check and my Kroger plus card match. Nope, not good enough they say. Store offers to hold groceries while I go home and come back. I say Im not doing they. Store says they will put groceries back on shelf. Wow, so everything i just touched they will put back on shelf.....Never shopping Kroger again!!!!!!

With that huge old Kmart building sitting so close, Kroger needs to buy a portion of that store, and place 5/3 bank inside. With a bank, means more customers coming into shop. Wasn’t into having to pay Kroger to get cash back on a 1.29 item.

Your hours still say that youre open till 1am which clearly isnt true. Perhaps you should update your information.

I do all my grocery shopping here. I love the sales and I love to save money and I do so by shopping at Kroger. Staff is very nice and helpful and the store is always very clean.

Kroger is always progressive in the grocery industry. This one is older but delivers a good shopping experience. Good for quick visits to pick up everything thing you need at the usual Kroger good prices. Sometimes the bigger ones are good, but for groceries this one is my pick.

This location is my favorite Kroger store. The staff is always friendly, polite and helpful. Since its not a Marketplace store the building isnt overly large and the parking is manageable. This location offers a good balance between size and selection.

As a long time Kroger customer, I have gotten increasingly disappointed in Kroger overall. Over the years I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars in your stores and recently have noticed a decline in your customer service. Forcing people to check out their own groceries when the prices of the labor are built into the prices of the groceries on your shelves has reached a boiling point for me. I watched as a 70+ year-old man had to check out his own basket-full of groceries this morning because there were no open lanes manned by a human being. Furthermore, I am constantly infuriated by the number of click list employees clogging up the isles at my local store and they have little regard for the people shopping for their own groceries. My concern is not your profit margin or your stockholders share prices, it is my shopping experience and the value you place on me as a consumer. Welcome Valued Customer is what it says when I enter my Kroger card. I sure dont feel valued as I wait on click list shoppers to get out of the way and as I am checking out my own groceries in a store that gets plenty of volume, even at 7:00 a.m. to have a lane open for people who would like to feel valued. I will gladly drive by 10 Kroger location to shop at a grocery store that still values their customers and appreciates their business because right now it does not feel that way.

I got the Click List, snd I thought I had ordered Kroger Potatoe chips and they werent with everything. They said I didnt order them. I called in and talked, though I was sounding irritated, and they gave me a bag of chips. Im sorry for being irritable.

Always a great experience at Springboro Kroger. Everyone is helpful and door is clean and organized. This is not a super big Kroger but its perfect for grabbing things on the way home from work.

I have not been to a Kroger that I didnt like, but this one does stand out as exceptional when it comes to efficiency. Everytime I visit during rush hour, the staff are not only keeping up with the foot traffic but they also continue to remain helpful and friendly.

If youre considering using Clicklist, and picking up your groceries beware! We have been using the service for several months now. At first it seemed like such a great idea, but that is only if you dont pay attention and like paying for things you dont get. It would be nice to order what you want, get everything you order and pay for, and just go home and put it away. CHECK YOUR ORDER, when you get home, they have told us things are there and they have not been, and we payed for them. When you have to examine your order it voids a lot of the convenience of using the service in the first place. As if that isnt bad enough, theyll also tell you they were out of things and couldnt fill that item. On several occasions, including again just tonight, my wife got out of the car went inside the store and found the items they said they were out of and couldnt fill. This service is a good idea but if you pay for things you dont get, and still have to go in for things you need, what is the point!? This has us very frustrated with Kroger, and questioning their honesty in charging for items not given.

Always come to this Kroger because it is close to my house. Usually get checked out very fast, but the cashiers are generally unfriendly. I dont expect them to have a full on conversation with me but I have been through some lines and they didnt say two words to me. Other than that its a nice little store, clean and organized and the people at the pharmacy are always nice.

Sometimes when I go to customer service.. workers seem to take too long to notice me waiting there for 5 minutes or more or until I say something.. even after they see me standing there, they just turn their head and keep working idk.. kinda rude

This is a great Kroger. Its not as overwhelming as some of the other, larger locations. Staff is always super friendly.

This particular location is small and I didnt find several items, their prices seem high, but the employees there are so nice. My cashier i believe was a manager of some sort, she was very fast and efficient. A greeting and a smile wouldve been nice, but she was very focused lol.

Employees are not polite at all, but I do enjoy having a cashier at the check out

I love my local Kroger - however - during the holidays they are always out of the things we need. Like beef for the cheeseball, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy whipping cream.

Normally I love Kroger. I drive for a living, and when I see a Kroger, I usually stop for their fresh selection. While I was traveling, I bought some bulk pistachios at a Kroger at another location. They are horrible! They are supposed to be spiced, but they have a grit like dirt. This Kroger refuses to refund my money, even though the price and label is on the bag. Even Walmart lets you exchange at different locations, and I assumed that Kroger was a bit classier....WRONG!!!!

Good location. The aisles are a little tight. This is an older store that could use some updating.

Good clean Kroger with fresher produce than most. A bit small and doesnt carry all the specialty stuff, but are surprisingly well-stocked in other areas.

The pharmacy was fast and clean. The pharmacist was handsome, too.

About average on price with Walmart on food products. But have better staff if you need help with anything or need to get in and out. Good luck finding someone who wants to help you at Walmart.

I like this Krogers its a smaller one and hasnt expanded into a super Krogers aleast not yet. Had everything i needed. Employees are friendly what else could you ask for from a grocery store!!!

This is a nice store and easy to navigate around. Since this is not a marketplace, I find it is less crowded than the other ones. This store has everything in stock and still has a Redbox.

Clean store. Good selection of foods,fresh and frozen. Not too big a store to navigate.

Very disorganized, few employee just seemed like they didnt care. Watched one by the meat department banging his ring against every glass door he passed, two other were dragging some cart behind them laughing banging into stuff. Not a good first visit to this store. Checkout was even a bigger mess. Sadly I will not be coming back.

This place is chaos! Aisles are too close, to where there is basically 2 lanes of traffic walking, but only room for one person, so you constantly have to be on your toes,weaving in and out. Id say way past time for an upgrade.

Bev kept giving me a hard time when she wouldnt listen to how I wanted my meat sliced very poor attitude. Carts full of trash down some of the isles and expired product on shelves. Thats why I go to Austin landing from now on.
