Only one close by open year round and 7 days a week too..also has a drive through. The kids love DQ but our hometown one is only seasonal.

Drive thru can get long but the go through it super fast and are very friendly!

I always get Turtle pecan blizzards. They are very good!

The drive through is the only reason I give a 4 star. The curved exit to the drive through if your car doesnt have a good turn radius sucks and you can curb it.

Ordered a peanut butter malt, was thick and didnt have much flavor.

The queen is almost always good! Only had one bad treat there. I consider it a fluke... Been going for years and have enjoyed it but my waist line hasnt! Food is good as well!

Good evening! Our family are regular customers to the DQ Springboro, OH location and decided tonight was a great night for a visit. Unfortunately, our blizzards were SOUP, like milk that had not been mixed in. Even more disturbing, the young ladies that served me at the drive through were making our order without their masks on. I am the GM at ROLL ON IN & BUZZED BULL CREAMERY, Maineville. I would never have served the product I received, and I certainly would make certain my staff met all Covid 19 regulations when serving guests. I thought management/ownership would like to know our experience to take our feedback to improve your product and most importantly, service. Thank you.

Service was good! Had a strawberry milkshake and a grape misty freeze. Both were very good.

Ice cream was good. I got a blizzard with Reeses. My wife got a chocolate shake, my dad got a twist with girly rainbow sprinkles, and my sister-in-law and friend got other stuff. All of that was fine, but theyre just wasnt really any seeding except for one single bench out in front. Kind of important for a summer ice cream place. Hence, four stars.

Had a small but important alteration in a sundae so it got repeated 3 times and they still didnt do it-very frustrating after waiting so long in line

Not happy. My wife’s order was completely wrong and very skimpy on ingredients. My order was skimpy on ingredients and when I asked for a little more they said it would be an up charge. I got ice cream and a very little peanut butter for 3.39. They couldn’t spare a little more peanut butter? I will not be going back.

Fun day trips all the weeks long. Old World dress, entertainment, goods, contests, and entertainment. Great experience for the kiddies.

Ice cream is all the same so not bad but the kids here are very rude and the serving size is considerably smaller than other Dairy Queens. The large cone is like a small. Assuming.... the kids dont like refilling the machines. Miamisburg location is more friendly and servings in line with corporate standards.

The line was around into the parking lot and the service was fast once i ordered. My order was right.

Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard. Tge closest thing to heaven Ive EVER had in my lifetime of 39 years. By far the best icecream around. My other favorite is the classic cone dipped in chocolate. Its really good. They always give you plenty of napkins...Not cheap like McDonalds.

I love this Dairy Queens ice cream and food I just dont like the way the drive-through is arranged. The staff are friendly and fast but if youre in a pick up truck or a longer SUV its really hard to make the turn out of the drive-through and its very easy to hit the curb on either side. If Im in a small vehicle I will come back but if Im in a truck I will have to pass or go inside ( I usually dont have time to go inside).

Go to any Dairy Queen but this one. The owner is rude and they are so cheap. They dont hand out napkins unless you ask and then they give attitude. No lids on multiple ice creams unless you ask. They also skimp on toppings. I used to work at a DQ so I know a small blizzard gets two scoops of topping and the owner trains to give one. He trained someone to do that right in front of me. Anywhere else is better than here.

Very friendly, Workers HUSTLE, move quickly and efficiently! Ive NEVER had bad service or food in a DQ. EVER! This one and Carlisle are the 2 busiest Ive ever seen, for good reasons!

Ice cream as good as any other DQ, but the staff of young is girls were not friendly at all. I wanted to ask if they were angry at us for being there. At least the seemingly sad cashier said, have a good night. Maybe a bad day.

Its ok, not great. I think their prices are very high, the girls could be a little friendlier and welcoming; we go there when we want more of a treat than a fast shake and this location is very close.

Terrible customer service!! ....Do not go to this Franchise owned by Fred because he is thirsty for money. I ordered funnel cake w/ice cream for $4 and some change, but I wanted an extra funnel cake w/out the ice cream. Fred wanted to charge me another $4 for just the funnel cake. All other Dairy Queens sell the funnel cake separately for $2 but I guess Freddie boy was thirsty today and I was not the one to quinch that thirst!!!!

I ordered a Reese outrageous blizzard that was $5.20 and all I got was vanilla ice cream with like two Reesie species in it. Went in to discuss it and wouldn’t do anything for me so I got a refund and that’ll be the last time I visit this location.

Never had a problem here with service or quality of their offerings. Staff is generally friendly aside from the general malaise of teenagers.
