Granite Depot in Springdale is awesome from sales to installation. Lacy is well-informed about her product and was very easy to deal with. Jason and his crew were an extraordinarily organized and they worked like a well-oiled machine. Over the years, I have had a lot of tradesmen work in my home, but this is a first - these guys left my kitchen cleaner than they found it! Their work is beautiful - I am still looking for the seam. As a homeowner and a real estate agent, they have my ongoing business and recommendation.

We are so happy with the quartz countertops we bought and had installed by Granite Depot in our kitchen, guest bathroom, and bar area during our remodel. Lacy and Heather were amazing and let me bring home several samples to get exactly what I had in mind and to match paint and lighting. Julio was nice to work with during the templates and the install team did a great job. They did an amazing job on the waterfall edge in our kitchen and took the time to make sure it was perfect.

House built in 2002; renovation almost complete. The Granite Depot provided superior salesmanship, customer service, communication, and availability. The price per square foot was reasonable. The final product after the template process is breathtaking (note:the vinyl flooring has not yet been installed, and I have to stain the cabinet addition). I absolutely recommend Granite Depot for your counter top needs. A few specifications: if you do not pay for the old counters to be removed, they will not take them for disposal; granite is a porous material and requires annual treatment for maximum longevity; all plumbing must be conducted by the homeowner or a hired hand; lastly, plan for a permeating (yet pleasant 🤷‍♂️) odor from the counter top sealant that penetrates the entire house. If we choose to build instead of purchase a new home, Granite Depot is my selection!

I love my beautiful quartz countertops! Everyone at Granite Depot did a wonderful job. Lacy helped me choose and then did a perfect layout with the veins matching to a tee. Then Julio came and measured precisely, and they crew who did the installation did an impeccable job as well. I am so pleased! Perfection!

I cant say enough good things about Granite Depot of Springdale! Lacy was phenomenal to work with and is very responsive. The entire process was seamless. Speaking of seams, Jason did our install and I had to ask him to show me the seam on our granite counter because I couldnt find it! Final product is absolutely beautiful and I couldnt be more pleased!

Working with Granite Depot was easy and enjoyable! They show up when they say they’re going to, and the work they did was high-quality and professional. They went the extra mile and installed my countertops without any seams, which made for a trickier install but a much better end-product. Awesome company. Easy to work with and thrilled with the results. Had one small issue after bathrooms were installed. Jason the warehouse manager literally dropped everything he was doing, drove almost an hour to our house and fixed it. Couldnt have asked for a better result.

Our counters went from 1992 to modern day gorgeous in an absolutely wonderful and welcoming experience. Lacy was so kind and knowledgeable. We had granite counters and backsplashes installed in our kitchen recently. Isaac, Junior, and George were great as was Jason who came to check on how things were going. Heather and Lacy handled the office details and answered all our questions. Julio did the templating soon after and very efficiently. This company has made this Granite install seamless. Fast answers to questions, easy to work with during COVID19 (installers came out with mask and stayed in their PPE the entire time), great pricing, no surprises at the end. My husband & I can’t say enough about this company! We rarely write reviews, but Granite Depot has been fantastic! Not only did they do this granite installation in amazing time, but the quality of the installation (& granite of course) is FANTASTIC! The office staff were beyond helpful & friendly, & Jason, our installer, has obvious skills not only in granite installation, but also with carpentry, cabinetry, etc. We highly recommend this company & now won’t use anyone else.

She answered all our questions, worked well withIn our budget, and allowed us to tour the fabrication center.Jason and his crew were remarkable! They didn’t have the easiest tear-out of the tile counters/ backsplash, but they done it in a very timely fashion and cleaned constantly during the entire process.
