Paid $2000+ for a piece of granite that has chipped multiple times by as little as a small cup bumping against it. When we called they kept saying it was the installers problem and the installers were saying it’s a stone quality issue. It makes the most sense to me that the stone is poor quality but this company doesn’t seem to care and will not help us in any way. Don’t buy from them their stones are poor material but they charge as if they are high quality

Their inventory is smaller than Id expected, decent material options just not a lot. The young blonde at the front desk was very nice but the older brunette was a little snappy. The blonde was nice enough Id go back, Id just avoid the other woman.

The people here were knowledgeable about what they sell, and were able to tell me what they had on stock and and answer questions. Slabs here were cheaper than what they are priced at other places.

Only one worker when we went. I think her name was Bre(?) not sure. But she was so so extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of slabs too. Don’t sell to individuals, only your fabricator if I remember correctly

We just got our new countertops installed that we purchased at Pacific Stone. Bre was really helpful in helping us make a selection. All the guys that work there are professionals. Thanks again for making my kitchen great again 😀

We have enjoyed our trips to PacShore! The slabs are great to see in person. Far easier than looking at a picture or a small sample.Hattie has been lovely, helpful, and kind. She helped us narrow down our decisions and talked with us about our options for finding particulars that we liked. Weve brought our children both times and she has made us feel comfortable and encouraged them getting to watch the guys move the stone around.We highly recommend anyone interested in a bathroom or kitchem remodel looking there first!

Love this place! The best prices in the area! We are in the middle of a reno on our house and we started with our kitchen. Went and saw Hattie at Pacific Shore and was very impressed. She was so helpful and we found great slabs at a great price!!! They look amazing in our kitchen!! We will definitely be back when we reno our bathrooms!!!
