Walmart has the same problems that Other chain stores have. Merchant delivery and empty shelves.

Nice concept, and using it is a breeze. Highly recommend.

Simple but has everything a big Walmart would have food wise

This was a neighborhood market Walmart and it was the reason I gave it a five-star is because it was very clean very friendly staff and I mean very friendly they would help you with anything the store was super clean shells were fully stocked and theyre constantly watching all these girls go out and pick up everything for customers was really really nice to see and theyre all doing their job exactly like theyre supposed to but like I said the place is super clean very nice little store I like it a lot Id go back again and again

Clean and well organized. Easy parking and lots of self check registers. This a great place for getting in and out quickly.

Pickup at the Jennifer Terrace Neighborhood Market is always a breeze for me. I have never had to wait very long. The clerks always make sure I am good with any substitutions to my order and a friendly and efficient.

Like the grocery pickup! Most of the employees are really friendly and helpful..Some are not but 90% good overall experience!

I never have used it because, every time I wanted a pickup none were available the day and time I needed calling two neighbor hood Marts and three Supercenters in my area . So after a few tries I gave up ! If I need food and want to eat today, why would I want a pickup tomorrow? Either hire more employees for this service or if you are relying on my use of the service as is. I would discontinue this service . The reason I gave you two stars is, the people who are collecting items for customer pickups are a great source at locating items I cant find in the store and very Helpful . Also hire more employees over the age of 21. This waiting around for someone to check ages for tobacco and alcohol sales is getting very old. Sometimes Ive waited as long as 10 minutes. I dont want to seem like a whiner, but my time is valuable to me and my beer is getting warm .You need an elderly floater . Not one from Service Desk that is taking a payment or making a money order. You need a maned register with an over 21 year old employee for these situations and not maned with someone who has to call someone with authority (age restriction ) to sell these items. When you have underage cash register employees, you put us back at square one.

It was nice having someone do my shopping when I was so sick for a few days. Was able to schedule it for a couple days later pick up so I would feel somewhat human. The employees were awesome.

Im not sure her name but she always gives my kids gummies and is very sweet and thoughtful. She always makes sure to ask about bread so it didnt get squished.

I appreciate having Walmart grocery pick up so much. Its a great option to have wgen youre not well or on bad weather days!

REALLY dislike the experience with Wal-Mart. Have to scan items yourself and when price is not correct, you have to get the attention of the people standing around to change price to correct amount. What ever happened to customer service?
