Food Usually comes pretty fresh but theyve always put too much ice in the drinks

Sonic is honestly a 5 star fast food experience. They arent gushing with self Righteous gusto. They have a job and they do it at a good price point. Their drink game is the best in fast food. Their employees are human and relatable and do their best under standard interactions, AND! if there is an issue, they work quickly to resolve it.

Not a lot of consistency, some locations have better tasting food than others. Only place you can get breakfast 24/7, though

Came around 8pm on a Wednesday. Waited at a stop for 10 minutes after pressing the button, no response. There were almost no cars there. Went to the drive thru, wait 3 minutes, no response. Finally drove to the window and they took my order. Got my order and it was missing pieces for my mozzarella sticks and there were no condiments for my sides. Will not come again for a while.

If I could give this sonic zero stars, I would. Every time I come here it is SO slow and the orders are always wrong. I literally just waited for 20 mins with the button pushed and nothing. Pushed it again and waited again even though it said “red button activated” both times. I finally went to the drive thru. Praying my order is right.

I got very good service here, cheese sticks were piping hot.

Sonic on Sunset Avenue in Springdale Ar is the perfect place to go. It is nice and clean, easy to get in and out. Nice bathrooms. Great customer service and excellent food. Right off of I 49 and Sunset Exit.

Wrap was good and warm. Double CB not so much. Took 20 minutes to get a wrap and a double CB. That was the wrap I am sure but still. Do better Sonic on 71 in Springdale.

The staff was friendly, but our drinks tasted awful. We were already back on the road before we figured it out, so we made another stop at a different sonic to get drinks that tasted right.

I waited 15 minutes after pressing the red button before leaving without ordering. People were honking, so I dont think it was just me. They also didnt look that busy, so Im confused.

Love Sonic, employees are fast and very efficient. Food is warm, always had a napkins, ketchup, salt, pepper and a mint with my meal. Prices are fair and totally according to the quality of the products.

Food is on par for Sonic. Service was extremely slow. From time of order being placed to delivery it took 30 minutes. Once the order was delivered we found a missing drink. Pushed the call button to get our missing drink, and waited 10 minutes for an answer. Call button turned off with no answer. Pressed again and took another 5 minutes to get an answer and our missing drink. I remembered why I stopped going to Sonic for fast food unless Im able to order ahead via the app.

One of the best Sonics Ive been to. A few times there it was super busy and they still got my order through quickly.

Its brand new, so a little slow, but all in all it was satisfying 😌

Great drinks but they always forget to put a real cherry in when you order cherry flavor in your drink. They are always supposed to put 1 real cherry when this flavor is ordered.

Honestly it would be more if they would answer the red button faster. We sat in the stall for 10 minutes waiting for them to respond. We had to relocate to another stall and the girl that answered sounded like she had an attitude problem. They were out of bandanas so we had to change our order and waited another 10 minutes for our food to come to us. The only reason why I didnt rank them with 1 star was I asked for no ice in my drink and they got that correct for a change.

I ordered the #2 Medium Combo. Arrived promptly, order was correct and the burger was delicious.

Sad when your the only one in the drive thru and 3 ppl inside standing there talking. I waited 10 mins for 3 drinks!:(

3rd time I’ve stopped on my way home from work and ended up leaving because I pushed the button to order and 30 minutes later my order still hasn’t been taken.Update: when pulling around to leave, there were 3 carhops leaning against someone’s truck giggling and laughing.

As an employee, I loved working there. But Jessica is a horrible a manger, she took everything we did in the kitchen personally. As a manager she should know/do better. It’s one thing to tell us to fix something, but it’s another to keep running your mouth. She is really immature, and as a 17 year old I can definitely say im more mature than her which is embarrassing. The owner and the general manger of this sonic should know what type of people they are hiring. She has one of the worst attitudes in that place, When no other manger is around. Talking about the cooks to people at drive through does not make this business look good. This is not the first time but the second time, sonic loses an employee because of her. Do better- Mariana😘😘

Ordered a diet cherry limeade, it took almost 15 minutes to get it and I couldnt taste the cherry and there was no cherry in it.

Literally have been waiting for my food since 11:30. It’s 12:05 now.

I went there to order a simple milkshake. After half an hour I still hadnt received my order. Checked on it. They hadnt taken my order. Dont waste your time. Go to Braums instead. Got my order there and it didnt take them half an hour to make it either!

They are very friendly and delivery your food in a timely manner.

We enjoy Sonic often. It is fast food, when we order hot good its hot and fresh. Ice cream treats are very good.

I mostly stop for the route 44, unsweetened tea I like it the best.

The people are rude and we waited over ten minutes and got no service when I called the person on the phone didnt care and was just completely rude about there equipment not working and being short staffed.

Sonic doesnt taste the same anymore. Service was great. Didnt have to wait long at all.

Definitely will not come back when this crew is working. If there was an option to make 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional by a manager. Even the manager on duty was playing around pretending to throw ketchup at the car. Check your cameras around 10:15pm. 3 drinks is all we ordered.

This was not a good experience. I dont expect gourmet food, but edible would be nice. Ordered the chicken strips and they were so hard that I couldnt even chew them..had to spit them out. The bread was burnt. The onion rings tasted like pure batter. Even the tots were not done all the way.. I dont think I will be back.

Seem to have issues with getting customers orders correct and according to Sonic Corporate, Sonic serves its full menu from opening to close. Not so here. If you order a chicken sandwich after 7pm you gonna have more than a 9 minute wait. Mark needs to really really correct this NOW.

The person who to my order was great! The carhop who brought my order was great but the person who answered the phone when I called about my ordered said everything in an extremely snide Tone that made me feel like I was bothering him.

This location takes a very long time to make my order even though I order ahead of time over the phone on their mobile app.

They are better than the one in Springdale.

This location has the best burgers and drinks! To top it off not only is the food amazing there service is phenomenal! Highly recommend this location and Sonic in general.

Usually dont really have a problem here. But tonight we went, got a half full order of chili chesee tots and they only put 4 tots in our chicken strip dinner. Everything was fresh but definitely not what we were expecting when we opened it up

I visit sonic every morning to get my sweet tea and cheese stix. Teto is usually the one that waits on me. He is super friendly and I get my food in a timely manner. I appreciate how hard he works at keeping the business afloat. SONIC IS BLESSED TO HAVE HIM!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. IT IS NOTICED.

They had a special going on about half price cheeseburgers. Which is great for me feeding 5. I asked if was just regular cheeseburgers or if it included double chbrs. The guy got pretty hateful at that point. Sorry buddy. Fast food is expensive these days. Gotta take the deals when we can. BTW it was only for regular cheeseburgers.

My family and I have been eating here for ten years, we love the recent remodel. Never received bad food, and it is fun to bump the speaker when the cool kids are hanging out

Have had a decent experience there. The Sonic on Robinson Street by the Springdale Airport is better though, in regard to service!

The shake was good but my burger patty was dry and the bun didnt seem too enthusiastic either. Not the quality Im accustomed to at a Sonic.First time eating at this particular Sonic.
