Nice selection of lighting at their store and very helpful when you walk around and are overwhelmed by the choices. Friendly technicians and they stand behind their lights and work. I was able to communicate a problem I was having via texting and had someone out to help me soon after contacting them. Just super nice people and I will always use them and I definitely recommend them.

Completely overpriced and poor customer service. Steadfast Lighting provided the dining & bathroom lighting in my new home, and they knowingly installed defective lighting. I scheduled to have the fixtures replaced, and they installed a second set of defective lighting. I called to replace the second set of defective lighting, and their repair man never showed up. I called to schedule another appointment, and was told their lighting is manufactured overseas (China), and so all the lighting is going to have defects/flaws, so basically I just needed to get over it.Their customer service is horrible. I was told that I basically had to suck it up, even though I had paid extra to upgrade my lighting in hopes of getting something that wasnt defective. The only thing they care about is profit. Do yourself a favor and get your lighting somewhere else.
