Travis the store manager is absolutely amazing. Any time I am needing a color match for my company he goes above and beyond to make sure what I have is perfect not just close. My company truly relies on color matches and will drive a extra 30 mins to have Travis mix my products and his team. Ive been a long timer customer. But lately when Ive come in to buy paintI am waiting and waiting. Finally they saw me and when the sales guy asked me what I wanted, was interrupted by another sales guy asking him to show him how to look up a color. My sales guy actually left me to teach this guy how to run the paint computer. Im just standing there in disbelief.Well, stand no more.I will not longer be taking my business to this store.

Spectrum Paint offered me a ton of tips and insight as a DIY homeowner painter. I bought my paint for kitchen cabinets from them and some supplies from them. I highly recommend them.

Spectrum Paint in Springdale is great! I had a project to complete - refinish my front door. Joe and Dennis gave me great customer service! I was curious about about finish options. They recommended a couple and had me bring in a piece of scrap wood of the same species to mock up. They ended up putting on all the options I wanted and multiple coats over the course of a week so I could get an idea of the actual finished look before I made my purchase. What a great experience! Ill be going to spectrum in springdale for all my paint and stain needs from now on. Thanks guys!

Hands down the greatest staff at a paint store, knowledgeable, friendly, did a awesome color match, and they carry my favorite paint Benjamin Moore.

Literally looked around for 30min before even being acknowledged. When we were, the guy just looked at me like I was an idiot. Didnt offer to help told me to pick a different color to make it “easier on everyone” because i had accidentally grabbed a sample from wrong display. Sat around for another 15min waiting to see if anyone acknowledged us again nothing till my painter showed up were we even helped. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ive had in a while. Unless you are a contractor,painter or someone who even knows a little about painting i would not suggest coming in this location for help!!! The store was empty and we were the only ones in there might I add.
