I cant emphasize enough how much I appreciate the quality of customer service provided as well as the quality of the food! The people are super friendly and the food demonstrates that love as well. You can taste the love in the food like your mamas cooking! Im so happy we have Merkato within driving distance! Ive been coming here for over 7 years! Shout outs to all my Habeshas!

This place is nice and clean. The staff is always very friendly. we go there to buy Injera all the time and have picked up other things while we are there for convenience.

Good! When first looking at the dish, you would think it wouldnt fill you, but trust me when I say otherwise. Portions are good as the injera will take most of the room. Had one of the spicy dishes, but still isnt spicy for my experience spice eaters. Definitely a place to try if you havent had Ethiopian food and the place stands out in the Ethiopian block.

The owner with her long time experience provides what we call homie food. Fresh served beef tibs and kitfo was delicious during our latest visit. Organic spices used in cooking them. That is the secret of tasty and spicy Ethiopian food. Try also home take food and non-food items. ++

Food always good here. Call ahead and order, it usually takes 25 mins. If you’re shopping for injera only, get the Sheger injera brand, its always fresh.

I came here to buy injera But they have a stupid rule if you buy anything lower than 10 dollars you have to pay cash you CANNOT use a credit card. Idk it seems like a lazy tactic but overall its pretty nice

The food was extremly good. What i had was fresh tebes and Veggi. And the next day i went back and bought diffrent kind of organic spice too. love it!!
