Love this store. They are always sending out some great coupons! And they literally have everything!

Never ever will I ever purchase anything from this company! I have spent thousands of dollars from this store (vacuums, blenders, knives, cutting boards, bedding, coffee machines and pods and the list goes on. I just purchased a $230 dollar coffee maker with pods 2 months ago in this store, my coffee machine started leaking and making noises etc so today I went into the store to exchange it. I waited in line for 10 mins to let the employee know why I’m exchanging it. Then went to the coffee makers to find mine to exchange. I couldn’t find it so I went back up to the front and asked the employee to please have someone help me look for it. I waited 15mins over there and finally went back up to wait back inline to wait another 10mins then told her no one came over to help me and I don’t see it so I’m not sure how you guys want to do this. She paged the manager who informed me I need my receipt to exchange anything. I told him I don’t keep mine and he said they can’t do anything for me if I don’t have it. I left and called customer service and the lady gave me attitude and told me well you can’t decide to exchange coffee maker there is a time frame your allowed to. I informed her it was not working properly and I’ve only had it for 2 months and she said well there’s nothing they can do for me because I don’t have a receipt and I’m not in the time frame to exchange. I told her this was the worst customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve never ever been informed of this policy and that I will never ever shop with them again and I will inform all my family and friends!

Ooooh I do enjoy BB&B! They have every possible kitchen utensil a person could ever want! Vast assortment of towels in every color and sheets galore. Its my first go to for household things just because of the sheer selection. The staff is helpful, checkout is quick and that 20% coupon is greatly appreciated 👍

Pretty decent store. They take online order returns so that makes it nice too.

I went into the store to pick up an item listed on their website as pick-up only. It took me a while to find someone to ask after I had no luck finding it on my own. After he looked in their computer and it indicated they should have it, he finally decided he would go look in the back. After a decent wait, he returned with the item. At the checkout we stood in line while one person worked to help customers pay. If they hope to compete they simply must do a better job of staffing their store.

No one around to ask for help but I managed to find what I needed. Always love this store because Im a basic white girl.

Tervis selection is almost nonexistent. It makes me sad. The rest of the store is great. I went for Tervis.

Wrong item entered because of trash can to mach. The companies represented cancelling that order, like it easy nothing to it. All other for full order was corrected. Joked through about it as if there was never a problem as it was not. We both enjoyed joking about itHaving been in sales for 25 it is a lot easier for something like this. It was fun. Always find good stuff here.

I ordered Fiestaware dishes online. Two of the bowls came in an envelope. Surprisingly, they were not broken. The other two dishes came in a large box with no padding, so one of them broke. Returned item to this store, they insisted we wait in the super long line instead of just letting us go to customer service (even though the sign said returns and there was no line). After waiting 20 minutes the cashier that we ended up with had no idea how to generate a return on online orders and tried to credit 400 thousand dollars to our account. Ended up with all the people who refused to let us go to customer service trying to fix it, and then finally ending up at the customer service desk, where the girl who had been standing there doing nothing was able to get us refunded. Huge waste of time, incompetent and insensitive staff.

Have great selection for homes. I depend on coupons to get great value in store. Sometimes online. I prefer seeing what Im buying so walk in store and ask questions when I know what I want. Love seeing whats new. Over 4 stars and I want them to stay in business doing as they do offering name brand variety.

We will not be shopping at your establishment any longer I have never based any of my shopping preferences on political affiliation of the owners of a business and the fact that you dropped My Pillow based on that premise is unacceptable. In fact I’d like to have a refund for the thousands of dollars I have spent at your locations and you can bet I’ll let my friends know about your censorship.

Good picked up a few items I cant find in a small town.

Store just reopened, and all associates are wearing masks. Store was well-equipped for social distancing. I felt very safe.Also the customer service was exceptional. Had an item I ordered online to return, and one associate went above and beyond to help us return and reorder the same item.

Quickly found what I was looking for and checked out with ease as well.

Well I went there I tried to lay on one of the demo beds to see how the sheets felt and I told me to wake up and get up no sleeping in the store like Im homeless or something its kind of crazy so I would not shop there Id rather go to Walmart

Love coming here with the wife for redecorating our home. Great selections and good prices. They have large variety of sections to shop for. Really nice staff. If your planning on updating any room this is a great place to start. Hardly ever crowded and easy to find items.

They do false advertisements. I made a purchase while they had promotion if you spend $200.00 you will receive $50.00 to my funds that you can apply towards future purchase. Never received it. They keep telling me promotion is over and there is nothing we can do your funds expired. Hmmmm....how something that I never received could have expired. Way to go Bed Bath and beyond! I spent thousands at your store but now will have to shop elsewhere. You should deliver what you advertise. That was totally false advertisement.

Took the time to help me know what cleaning procedures are

Went in to look at a nice pot and pan set and wasnt really expecting to find anything. However, we ended up finding just what my wife wanted at 1/3 of the price we were willing to spend. So we ended up with a new knife block and cooking utensils, as well.The employee that helped us was super helpful and stayed with us until he was sure we were taken care of. Great service!

I used to work at the College Station, TX Bed, Bath & Beyond at the customer service desk we had exceptional costumer service but thats not the case at every Bed,Bath, & Beyond.....I tried to exchange something with a receipt (which is rare because I know how it goes working there) but the manager wouldnt even Exchange it for me, yes it was seasonal but I got it as a gift & havent been able to get up there because of my work schedule since I work nights. I used to refer many friends there for registries & just general shopping but I will be sure to recommend them somewhere else.

Didnt find bedding I was looking for.

Good selection of Yankee Candles and lots of decorative items for the home. Other than the woman at checkout giving my wife and I the odd looks we recommend checking out the great selections. Also if you buy something and end up finding a discount coupon you can return with your receipt and the coupon and the will give you the difference back.

Got some really nice baby things to choose from.

Its a Bed Bath and Beyond? Cashiers are normally nice. Employees working throughout the store normally are good about asking if you need assistance. They always seem to have a good selection of items.But as with all Bed, Bath and Beyond stores, be sure you arent going to return anything, as their return policies are VERY strict.

Kitchen gadget every where. Most of your time you are looking at the immense quantity of selection to find what you are looking for. Sometimes it is overwhelming. But the unique gadgets are fun to look at and try. Great place to register for bridal gifts. Always worth a trip through the aisles.

Leann and Jeanette were so helpful today. Extremely friendly and very professional. We have loved the last 10 months of preparation for our wedding then after our wedding with bed bath and beyond in Springfield, MO. All of the employees there have been great. This site packs more product in a smaller place than Ive ever seen. Great selection of everything, but we never go without a20% off coupon as they are overpriced. Sign up for the emails and get the coupons monthly.

If I know something specific Im looking for... This is a quick place to go. However, I find it to be a little pricey, unless you have your pile of coupons to stack and bring the price down. As big as they are, I dont usually find the items I would like or want there.

My friend and I came in here several days ago after searching three different stores for a specific type of bad sheet. We found what we were looking for but could only find one of the product. We went up front where Wyatt Loethen helped us. He was so friendly and very helpful! Literally wrote this review just to praise his customer service capabilities.

It literally has everything. I loved going in there. I found it to be a little expensive, but I but if given the opportunity I would definitely start shopping there.

I gave them my e-mail address in exchange for a 20% off a single item coupon. When I went to purchase the only item I wanted, I learned that nearly every brand they have is excluded. It was misleading. I came here to warn others that the 20% off coupon was more of an e-mail collection scheme than a legitimate way for customers to save 20% off a single item.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dont be afraid to ask if something is in stock, theyre more than happy to assist! Wife and I went there recently in search of a pillow. Found one on display but wasnt on the shelves, asked a worker and they went on a mission to find us one! Well definitely be back! ...mainly because my wife wants a different pillow now.

Maddening! Finally found a great deal on a duvet and are returning the curtain panels I finally broke down and settled on at Lowes yesterday. @ $9.99 & just what I had been looking for the entire time is a deal! But they didnt have 3 different things I needed and no one to help or reach anything for you. Ultimately a satisfying but extremely frustrating during the experience . . .

The stores shelves were packed full, several choices that were organized in sections. An large amount of items on sale (even before black friday sales). The sales people on the floor were all smiles and asked if there was anything they could do to help me, even as they are pushing an huge cart full of merchandise down the isle. So, I asked about an specific item that I was searching for. The young man lead me straight to the item, picked it up and handed it to me personally. On my way out I noticed another section to check out, and I ended up with 3 more items in my cart that I could not live without. (3 of 4 of my items on sale!) Once in the check out lane, the cashiers personal came over and got me from the line to tell me which register that they can check me out of. My Checker was very nice and personable, she chatted with me as she is processing my order. The 4th item not already on sale, I was able to use my 20% off coupon that was mailed to me and, plus I received an reminder via text message that it was going to expire in a few days. The entire customer service, from technical (computerized) to personal was very professional and personable all wrapped in to ONE big package. Thank you!

However, it is imperative for customers at Bed Bath & Beyond to know what to expect when purchasing products from this store.Be aware, your new purchased item might not be new at all! Yuck!If you happen to purchase a bridal gift, or a baby shower gift, be prepared to scrutinize your own reputation as the party receiving the gift might think you provided them (on purpose) an old/used item...In the past, I happened to purchase items from Bed Bath & Beyond, that later I was disappointed, yet did not mention to anyone, anything. Therefore, I wont mention it here, except the very last purchase experience.Among other products, I have purchased a kitchen item and days later I have opened it to find out it was not only used before, yet it was all dirty and greasy. Disappointed, I have called in and spoke with the manager. While the manager was very polite and profesional, he asked to bring the item in, so he will refund me the money I paid for it... As if that in itself should solve the problem. Well it doesnt!The frightening idea is that item could have been a gift for someone and I would have embarrassed myself and insult the person receiving that gift.Days later, I had to make a special trip just to bring the item back. Also I had to stay 20+ minutes in line at customer service as many people returned their items. Which brings the idea that there are many unsatisfied customers...In the mean time another manager came and with an attitude of superiority started bashing me. I left the product there and told her exactly what I told the polite manager over the phone: I DONT NEED A REFUND! I only brought it back so the associates become aware and do a better check when they accept returns from other customers.I just cant get over the thought:What if I would have given that product to someone as a gift?Half of the other items purchased during my last purchase, ended up in trash as they were very poor quality. I will no longer purchase any items from this store. Period!

I normally love BB&B...but was disappointed by the selection and prices. Specifically on the Keurigs. Even though I had a coupon, I ended up going elsewhere and saving $30 and seeing more colors etc...which is more than I would have saved with the coupon. The only saving grace is that everyone is so friendly and they do have a lot of things to look at.

I love the selection at Bed Bath & Beyond. They have a lot of great household stuff for kitchen,bath,bedroom etc. All good quality and if you get on their mailer list they send you 20% off or more.

We viewed an item online on the bed bath and beyond website. Went in store to purchase item and it was higher than shown online. Spoke to a manger and she would match the online price but not allow any coupons to be used. We found the same item on Amazon at a price cheaper than if we matched their price and used a coupon. They matched the Amazon price and ended up costing themselves money in the end. Shouldnt have made me jump through hoops to shop at their store. Next time I might just stay home and shop at Amazon

The store in Springfield, MO, is smaller than my local BB&B, but is laid out similarly. It was terribly frustrating trying to get Wi-Fi so that I could you a coupon app there. There was only one spot near a wall in a far rear corner where I could get it. When I asked about it, they were a bit flippant. Perhaps the store doesnt increase it in order to keep their employees off their phones.
