Rice Equipment Service was fantastic to work with! Our AC unit flat out died and we all know that’s terrible for business any time of the year, let alone during June! They had a technician out not long after we called to diagnose our problem and was back to replace the unit within a few days after all necessary parts arrived. Mark, the technician who did our service work and installation, was communicative, efficient, and friendly. The company was quick with a quote and even quicker with great service. I can’t recommend this local, family-owned business more!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!Not our problem is what I was told by Neal when I got stuck with a bill because of their incompetency. Service tech wrote inaccurate description of his service to my business and it caused me to get stuck with a bill. He said nothing was wrong with the machine. It only took 2.5 hours to figure that out?? Complete joke this company is... Watch your billing!!!! They seem to like to pad hours for no work. Get a complete work description & bill BEFORE the tech leaves or you may find yourself paying for a service call on a warranted piece of equipment from these scam artists. Zero stars

Very sketchy people. Always thought they were professional and truthful until something would always happen after they repaired a unit. I would be weary calling them in for a service.
