My experience with this place is awesome and Chris, the sales manager, is nothing but professional. The price is better than other big stores and delivery service was within a few days. From ordering process to delivery/installing, everything went smooth and I never had this feel good experience from big stores. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know and thanks to Chris!

Had a wonderful, fast, easy experience with Now Appliances. Price for oven was better than the big box stores (I had to do a 24, so limited options). Delivery guys were great and leveled the oven really well on my terribly wavy floor. Would choose Now Appliance again.

What a wonderful experience. After a failed delivery attempt by a big box store that was initially delayed for four days because of a broken delivery truck and ultimately resulted in a failed delivery, I decided to go local. My initial search result revealed Now Appliance. With only 8 reviews at the time, of which all were positive, I gave them a call. They asked me to simply text the make and model number of the appliance I was looking for to their phone number, and they would tell me if they had it available. Within 20 minutes, they confirmed the had what I wanted, beat the sales price of the big box store, made delivery arrangements within 5 days, and settled the payment...all over the phone. Of note, the delivery could have been in two days, but the manager advised me to wait a few more days to reap the benefit of a sale. The delivery and set up was fast and professional. They tested both machines, which worked well, and did not leave a mess in their wake. This is the place to do business with if you know what you are looking for.

Chris the sales manager was awesome. He saved me time and money. The installers were fast and efficient. Worth every penny. I would not hesitate to do business here again. Everybodys happy. This place is a win win. So much nicer than a chain store where the just want you in and out.

They are a small local Shop so no where near as fancy as big stores but the advantage to that is awesome prices and straight forward service. Ive purchased 2 sets of kitchen appliances from them for 2 different kitchens and were delivered on time and in great care and new. After more than 2 years the appliances are still working as expected. Rebates and all incentives were applied as promised and will highly recommend them for future appliances. In fact, my neighbor purchased from them as well due to recommendation and they have been happy ever since. I live in Hyattsville MD so they are flexible with distance which is a plus!

This is a very small appliance store with really no showroom. You must know what you want by going to their website. They have better prices than the big box stores. Dont expect salesmen to greet you, there are none. Update... my washer and dryer was delivered, installed, and rebate applied for as promised. Excellent!

I and s few friends have ordered our appliance from Nowappliance and have loved the service and the appliances. They are selling he same stuff they have in the stores for less. And they give great delivery service.

Drove over here to buy some appliances during open hours to buy a washer/ dryer. No one was here. Called the number listed and the guy said he was eating lunch and we should just order over the phone because he doesnt keep anything in stock anyway.
