I did not buy my home from Springfield Mobil Home, they installed my AC unit. I upgraded to a heat pump. With in about a month I was having trouble with it. I gave them a call and with in a couple of days they came and looked at it and ordered parts. They came back with in a couple more days with the parts and fixed it. It has worked flawlessly since. They were very concerned and professional. My unit was still working some so the extra day or two to order parts was no issue. I would recommend them. Makes me wonder if I should have purchased my home from them instead of where I did.

Super place to shop when you need parts for your mobile home. We were unaware of this store until today as yesterday we had ordered these parts from a mobile home parts place out of NC. The website said the parts were in stock then the next day we received an email saying the parts were on back order for over 3 weeks. How disheartening and also I believe false advertising. Thank goodness for this parts store. We will always get our parts here. No more ordering on line!! Craig helped us out on the phone by sending pictures of parts for us to look at then when we got there Tthad help us with our purchase. So thankful for these gentlemen and this business. We will be back for sure 100%!!
