I brought a black 2007 Honda Civic to this shop. I had them do a respray of the first layer of paint and a coat of clear coat, 3 rust repairs, and repair of tons of deep scratches. The paint layer appears good, but not very good or excellent. There were a couple visible imperfections. The rust and scratch work was excellent. The clear coat has a lot of visible dust particles embedded in it - its where the work falls short. Im not sure if its a lack of a proper paint booth or lack of skill on the part of the painter but it was disappointing. To be fair, the dust particles imperfections wouldnt be noticeable to most people but it still shows a lack of quality control.I asked them if the dust particle imperfections were normal (knowing they werent) and they said they were and recommended I get the car wet-sanded and polished at another shop. I think that responsibility should be theirs as they did the work. Getting a wet-sand as polish after a $2,150 paint job is potentially another $900-$1,000. My sister got her car done at Macco in West Springfield a month before mine and hers didnt show the same dust particle imperfections. They also didnt hesitate to take her car back when she did highlight some imperfections.Overall, it was an affordable paint job but it was 3 out of 5 stars. Maaco in West Springfield (whom Ive done work with as well) is annoying to deal with it as theyre very salesy and more expensive, but I think Id rather go to them as their work is better quality.

This auto body was good they took my car right in i didnt have to wait for a bring in date the staff is very nice and cool its a family owned business which i like my sonata came back perfect and looking nice it took a while for the work to get done but u cant rush things like this the only thing i hated was the dust in my car and on my rugs that took me 2 hours to clean and polish i would take my car there again the work is perfect.☺☺👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

This guys are amazing at their work! I just bought a used honda accord that had some very noticeable front bumper damage. After getting quoted at a few shops in the area i ended up at mass collision. From the moment i spoke to Gabriel i felt like he was a very fair and honest person. Gave me a very fair and reasonable estimate and i decided to go forward with the work.. i ended up getting my vehicle back even earlier than promised and i almost could not recognize my car if it wasnt for the license plate on it. These guys are very good at what they do and they stand by their word. I cant recommend these guys enough!!.. they just gained a new customer for life since i just found out they do everything when it comes to auto repair! !

I was very satisfied with the job they did the time frame for the job was spot on . And the quality was great to thank you .

Went in for an estimateon new bumper. Guy came out took numbers of side of door said $100 to buy the bumper writes out estimate for rest says $321 I looked around seemed to be the best price. Stopped gave $100 to get bumper was told once they have it they would need the car. My wife left car off for a full day went back to pick up she asked if everything was all set the guy says I guess so. They pant the bumper says ready to be put on car takes about 45 min just come in. sat waiting for over 1/2 before they even touched the car. When done they bring out and the color is so far of it is rediculous says its are fault because we didnt leave them the car. ( When we did) Guy tells wife I will buff the car out it will make it better. He tells her she can leave and they will work on it. I go by the shop it is sitting outside it was not being worked on wife had to rent a car for work.. owner said he would repaint and have ready for tomorrow but didnt kniw what to do my wife left ( as she was told to by his employee) come back the next day looks better but now says we owe him $100 more because his guy messed up on the estimate.. owner was real about it he wanted us to pay but if we didnt he would get out of his employee I said well we had to rent a car so I will pay 1/2 of the mistake he handed me the keys and said your all set.. Owner seems to be trying but his guys are helping the situation and obviously dont talk to each other..

They did an amazing job on my truck after some petty thieves stole it and damaged it. Do recommend!!

Had work done on my vehicle and waited a week. What awaited me was terrible experience and disappointing. I wouldnt recommend this establishment unless you want to get Robbed. Google doesnt have negative ratings just stars,I rate them - 5
