This place is the best! I called and got right in with no appointment needed. The owner/manager was super friendly and attentive. Said we can get you fixed up in 15 minutes!I actually sat in the car and watched them fix my chipped windshield. After it was complete, I asked the gentleman who completed the job where to pay, he motioned over to the office, but as I started to walk over to the office, the owner/manager said “Oh, no—I am not going to charge you anything! It was a pleasure just to be able to look at your car! It’s beautiful”. I could not believe it! How kind and considerate!The owner/manager gave me a couple of business cards, and I sure will tell everyone about this place! P.S. They did an excellent job hiding the chip, and I am so grateful I do not have to worry about it splintering across the windshield.Highly recommend this place! Plus, they beat any other price I have ever received—even if it wasn’t free!

They fixed my leaking glass and was able to do it cheaper than what they quoted me. The guy I spoke with and the lady at the counter were pleasant. Would recommend to anyone with auto glass needs.

Took 6 months to replace window trim that they broke.I went to Auto Glass Now to repair my front driver side window. After the service they informed me that they had broken a piece of window trim and they would replace it. They admitted their mistake and offered to fix it, cool. I called in a week, no part. I called after another week, still no part and said they would reorder it, talking about supply lines being messed up, the piece is coming from overseas, I get it. After that call I figured that they would be proactive. They obviously know I want it fixed right? Nope. They were not proactive, my mistake trusting them.5 months later I call asking about the piece, they dont have it. Now I begin to harp on them about the piece of trim, the piece was there in a week and a half. During the fix Chris says, You stopped calling so we forgot about you. Which leads me to believe they did not buy the piece in the first place and was hoping I would forget. I didnt forget, and will never utilize this business again.

This plus answer phone fast and gave me info I was looking for. They got my glass business.Update finally got my truck in to get windshield replaced. Call ahead and was told to come on in. Arrived approximately 11.30 am and was told it would take about your and a half. Around about 1.30pm still waiting and needed to use restroom. I had noticed the lady ate the deck had gone into restroom and shortly come out afterwards. I had been there since 11.30 and needed to take a leak bad so I asked if I could use restroom and was advised it was out of order. To figure. It around 2.30 my truck was nearing complete after asking how much longer so I wait. Paid bill and left. Returned back to Fordland and raised hood to check why windshield cowling was loose and shaking in the wind. I found the mounting post of cowling broken .I guess tech didnt feel they should tell me up front. I have black windshield tar adhesive all over my outer windshield area, and black hand prints all over the grab handle inside along with the Rt pillar gouged at edges along bottom. I spoke to manager over phone and advised him about the cowling before seeing adhesive all over my truck and he advised they would relook at it and make it good with a used part or what ever it would take to repair. May issue is this. I love in Fordland and its a business truck.These issues should have never been allowed to leave the shop.It was shotty attention to detail and sure not going to put used parts on its when it has all that replace just two years ago from a local body shop . The glass appears done correctly but issues around it are very disturbing . Sorry but I will not go back.Not a happy customer .

Super fair pricing (Half to cost of Safelite), with great workmanship on my 2018 F150 Lariat. It was the drivers window that was cracked. So they dont just do Windshields!!!!!!

Superb and uses Essex American oem adhesives and runs a perfect round bead 3/8 tall allowing for proper sealing and expansion and contractions not causing stress cracks like when idiots push the windshield down too far causing metal to touch the glass .Springfields best quality installation hands down, bigger companies cant keep workers and theyre quality ruins cars, seriously.

Had a cracked windshield so took vehicle to AGN they replaced the windshield & though it was nice to have a crack free view its not worth it when we now have water pouring into the floorboard when it rains .. VERY UNHAPPY

I rarely leave reviews like this, but after getting home from having my wife’s windshield replaced earlier in the day I noticed a ton of issues.When I left I thought I noticed some glass shards on the dash, but I couldn’t really tell. Then the sun hit the dash and exposed a ton of glass shards all over the dash, on the vents and on the door panels.Then I noticed how the black glue that holds the windshield in was smeared on the plastic piece between the hood and windshield and it was even covering the vin on the dash, so now it’s covered and you can’t read it!And speaking of the plastic panel between the hood and the windshield. It was broke in two separate places. One of the pieces was pit back with the glue that holds the windshield. Seriously?My wife has called and will be going back up to see if these issues will be fixed.The staff was friendly, but at the end of the day this was just a rushed, unprofessional installation.I would recommend paying extra to avoid this type of headache.

Set my appointment for 3:30. Show up about about 5 mins late and they still were not ready for me. I didn’t think anything much of it and waited in line. After 30 mins I asked when I would be taken care of. They informed me that I was next, after the next car went in I asked the same question again. They told me I was next again and said it’d be about 45 mins. I told them I set my appointment for 3:30 and already waited nearly 45 mins. She just laughed and said I was next in line. This was very annoying.

Chris was so great in helping me! Got me in first thing in the morning after my driver door window got busted out. He helped me with rates and his team did an amazing job fixing my window within the hour and making it as convenient as possible! Very fair and honest place. Would recommend to anyone!

Very disappointed with the guys I spoke with over the phone. I’ve done business with them for the past few years pretty happy with them until today. The person I spoke to was very rude and hanged up the phone on me. I missed an appointment I had with them and was looking to reschedule another one. I also never received a call from them to let me know of my missed appointment. They also never informed that there is a charge for bringing the window out to them cause I would have payed for the window in advance so they wouldn’t have to return it. I attempted to call back with the same person answering trying to figure resolve the issue but was told that he will never do business with me again. It seems there customer service had gone to trash, very very disappointed.

I dont do a lot of reviews but I feel I need to do on on this place. They are very disrespectful and have no problem racially profiling people. They will not notify you if they have overbooked. Very unprofessional the 3 people that were there on Monday March 29th 2021 are a disgrace as employees. I will never recommend them.

Made appointment, showed up a little early. A walk-in after me was taken before me, reason “theirs is a 15 minute job”. So what’s the purpose of an appointment? Especially since they hadn’t even looked at mine, so how did they know it would take longer? Needless to say I left

Whoever the man that works the counter is needs to be trained in customer service. Interrupted me on multiple occasions. Even rolled his eyes at me because I started to become upset that he did not have my windshield today, because he did not understand our conversation from the previous day, because he interrupted me while I was trying to explain when I could make it in today.

I had a tiny chip in my windshield and due to a miscommunication on my part, he thought I was coming and I showed up right before 5 (I got off work a little early to get my chip filled), and he took care of me quickly and efficiently AND respectfully. I called auto Glass Now LLC on Friday to get the price to repair my windshield, I was told the price would be $ 229.00 including taxes, I went ahead an schedule my appointment for today, upon paying for my repair I was charged $278.50.I called Chris Robinson the manager of Auto Glass Now LLC to resolved the situation and for a refund, Chris the manager of this establishment said to me on Friday we had a sale. I was never informed of a sales price nor was there anything listed of the website of a sale. With everything going on in 2020 despite the Pandemic businesses like Auto Glass Now LLC is comfortable with ripping customers off. Chris the manager had no remorse for the rip off, I will never used this business again.

Took my 1996 van in, with old plastic window seals. They replaced them with new rubber seals and a new windshield. It came out great and didnt take long at all. The employees were professional and did great work. I recommend them to anyone needing any auto glass or seal work.

They confirmed my appointment by phone. They were courteous, friendly, professional. The new windshield had a flaw, but they knew it before they installed it, so asked if I would mind waiting will another windshield was delivered. They told me it would be a short wait, and it was, so I was happy. The work didnt take long, even with the delay, only about an hour. We had what was a busted drivers door glass. Took it to Auto Glass Now in Springfield, MO. Turned out to be the regulator. Had everything replace and cleaned up area and back on the road in about an hour and a half. Super impressed. They were friendly, professional and quick. Should there be any, they will be our GO TO place for all future glass problems.

I bought my car back in April 28th, 2018 and it had a cracked windshield, back home it was gonna cost me over $300 and when I came down to visit my parents they did a great job replacing my whole windshield for only $180! It looks very shiny and they absolutely did a fantastic job!

I called Auto Glass Now for a quote for a windshield replacement. They were able to get me Into the shop and replace my windshield the same day. From the time of my Intial phone call to me leaving the shop with a new windshield was roughly 2.5 hrs. Staff was easy to deal with, and quality of work was great. Price was outstanding. We were really impressed with the speed and quality of service. We were able to get same day service and the price was better than the competitors. I missed it the first time driving by, but I wasnt looking for the bright yellow building and signs. You wont miss it if you know what youre looking for!
