Very polite, fast, and good prices! A new windshield for my honda civic only took a couple of hours and was around $260ish with tax! These guys are local and family owned, and shop for all their stuff locally too. Nice little place with nice people😁

They repaired my window. It cost 200 for tinted glass...fine. They broke the casing that holds the window switch and refused to fix it. They tried to say it was already broken before they touched it. LIES. Dont go here.

At first, they were all so friendly, price was on the cheaper end, its all good.. i drive all the way there 25 minute trip one way, the windshield they have has a big scratch and they ordered new from cinncinatti.. thanks for not calling me ahead of time..rescheduled for them to come to my place next day, no extra charge, ok you won my business back.. weather was bad out, appointment cancelled, noone at fault. Rescheduled for today, they dont show up, they dont call, and worse off, when i finally get ahold of them, they have a line of excuses... hmm.. im very dissapointed at this point. They dont offer, but i tell them the only way theyll keep my business is a discount.. so they offer 10$ off, proceeding to tell me they wont make any money! Not my problem, you lost a customer!!! Ill never go to them again, dont care if it only cost 100$, waist of time, gas, caused stress, and i even had to cancel a doctor appointment.. the only reason i gave two stars, is because they were so nice in the beginning.. such a bummer they disnt follow through
