Oh my goodness THANK YALL SO MUCH. Chevy was telling me I had a repair I needed for 1500! Went here for a second opinion and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it but did tell me if I notice anything they will take another look! Y’all just saved me so much money thank you Courtney and Tom!!! Definitely trust Tom with all your car needs! He’s awesome!

This time around I needed a water pump, a serpentine belt, and my a/c recharged. Price was comparable! Tom did an excellent job as always, and his daughter Courtney is fabulous! So helpful and to the point.

I’ve been a customer here for 7+ years. It’s a great shop. I’ve taken 4 different vehicles here and have been happy with the service and work done on all of them. The hardest part of choosing a shop is finding mechanics who are honest, reliable and willing to stand behind their repairs. These guys are exactly that. I’ve had a few occasions over the years where things needed to be adjusted or redone and I’ve never been charged or told they aren’t responsible. Lastly their shop rate and book time is reasonable. Quality work at a quality price.

Never have I ever written a review before, but man after I had my 2003 Mitsubishi Montero’s AC serviced here I had to leave a review. Tom and his crew were absolutely amazing. I am pretty familiar with the auto world as I work out of a shop in bend on Mitsubishi’s. We could not get the air conditioning to work and after diagnostic realized that we did not have the ability to replace and flush the system for particulates.Tom not only replaced the compressor with a Denco compressor (OEM spec) that are not easy to find. They went through and thoroughly flushed the system multiple times. For the price I really couldn’t ask for more. It’s hard to find shops that will go the extra mile these days. But Tom and his shop went and proved that wrong. I know where I will be taking my Montero from here on out for servicing. Highly recommend!

This is such a great automotive repair shop. They got me in the same day to fix my car. Customer service was wonderful. She really cheered me up when I was having such a bad day then the car issue on top of it. The mechanic went above and beyond. I will go back there in the future when needed.

Solid locally owned auto shop. The owner is on site near every day. Called over the holidays, they got me in quickly, managed to get the inspection done early and relayed the issues to me. Go here if you want to deal with an honest mechanic who charges more than fair prices.

These guys are fantastic! Ive been jerked around and ripped off by other shops before, but everyone at ASE is so upfront and straightforward. Theyve helped me out on so many occasions, and they are so incredibly friendly. Talents that other shops have forgotten about. Our first time walking in the shop, Tom treated my mother and I like any other customer. Him and all his team made us feel welcome and understood, like we were already family and not another cash account. Their work is also quick but without losing quality. My family and I appreciate the team at ASE, for everything they do for us.

For starters, the best thing about this place is how friendly the staff is and how they can diagnose your car for free. They have your best interest in mind and can always fit you in for an appointment. The prices are fair and the services they offer are more than just oil changes and tire changes. I will continue coming here because I have had nothing but positive experiences.

I have a great appreciation for a shop that doesnt try to treat me like an idiot. Happy to say I didnt get the female treatment that several other shops have tried. They took care of me quickly and at an awesome price! Will definitely be going back!

While the staff was friendly when I brought my truck in, they seemed to stop looking for the cause of the issue (engine not turning over) once they found any sort of problem. I ended up paying almost $1000 just to have to bring my truck back in the next day, with the same issue, and they quoted me another thousand dollars to fix the issue again. I will not be bring my vehicle back here, nor will I recommend them to anyone. There are better shops in town.

I have used ASE since I have moved to this area and have found Tom and his staff to be excellent people to work with. When I have had a dealer check over my vehicle and give details of repairs needed Tom checked every one of those items and saw that some things needed attended to but found other things that were not a problem and the things that he has repaired has always been very fare price.. I wont hesitate to refer ASE to other people.

This is by far the best repair service shop I have used. There service is top notch. One time I went in with a weird noise and it was something very small and they just fixed it and they charged me zero. My Car has over 200,000 miles on it, is American made. I trust Auto Express and refer all my friends.

Just got the call about my car.... and nothing! I took it in for a tune up and to check on a rattle when I accelerated that was causing me anxiety. They said the heat shield on the exhaust was loose, causing the rattle and that was it. Everything else was fine on the car. No phony repairs. Nothing.Ive been using Auto Service Express for about 6 years and theyve always been great. That I can remember, I have them fix an oil leak and had my serpentine belt fall off on the way to work (they had that fixed the same day).As a female, I have never felt that they were taking advantage of me for a lack of car knowledge. I would highly recommend Auto Service Express to everyone.

Worst place I have ever been to!! I got my A/C work on and they didnt do it wright and didnt replace the parts that need to be replace. I went back to tell them about my A/C is not working wright its blowing hot air and they reply back that its to hot outside and its not going to blow cold air. My A/C condenser was so clogged with metal shavings that made my A/C not work. that cost me more money at a different auto repair shop. now on a hot day its blowing super cold. I will never go back there ever again!!

These guys are amazing. I had a major issue with a previous mechanic, who tried to work on my car without authorization, and caused me major issues. After finding Tom and the staff at ASE theough my sister and brother in law, they were amazing with the arrangements they made, referred me to the exact place to have this looked at, and worked with me on cost. I have had repairs done on my vehicles with this business a few times. Nice owners, and they are pretty cheap, compared to most auto shops. However, I dropped my van off the morning of January 13th, for a diagnosis and quote. The price was very reasonable for the work that would need done. Upon picking up my van a few hours later, the first thing I noticed was a golf ball size dent in the driver side door. Not a door ding, but a good size dent. Mind you, the driver side sliding door has not opened since I purchased the vehicle in August. Its a mechanical problem, that I have decided to wait on at this time. Well, the door magically opened when I picked it up, and you would have to use blunt force to get that door from being jammed. The owner came out, and try to say that it could possibly be from another door hitting it. Really? By far a door ding. We all know what those look like! On the other hand, he proceeds to say, at least you got your door open now! Real funny... Bottom line, the shop wasnt even supposed to touch my door. Much less, try to fix it themselves. Quite disappointed. I was there for sway bar, and bushings. Not a dented vehicle. Not a real smart thing to do when you have quite a few loyal customers. They all denied any wrong doing. Would never tell me, how did they get that door to even open? Now I have to get the dent fixed, and find another shop that at least takes pride in their work, not throw somebody else under the bus routine. Did you really think I wouldnt notice that? Come on. Sad. Coming from a long line of family owned car dealerships in California, this is just appalling. I understand you dont want to lose your job, however, your pride should mean something to you!

I have been going to Tom for over 7 years now. I wont trust anyone else with my cars. He is reasonable, tells me what needs to be done and does not push products or services that I dont need or want.When my clutch was going out he refereed me to who would be able to fix it at the best price. I really appreciated the honesty. He could of fixed it but the parts and labor would cost more for him than it would of for The Clutch Doctor.The best thing though is Tom saved my engagement ring, which fell through one of the vents on the dash board. I have been so grateful for all the professionalism and honesty that his shop has shown me.

We love this place! My family only comes here for maintiance on our vehicles. They are very honest which is hard to find in a maintiance shop! And the prices are great. Many times they have helped my husband with questions when he has done work himself on our vehicles. This place is our go to!

Dont go here unless you want to be robbed blind!!! I talked to a few people I know and they said I got ripped off. I had to pay around $800 for putting in a water pump and the people I talked with said where they take their car they would have done it for half the price. 😠 It shows on the receipt they replaced the timing belt along with the water pump, but they didnt just the water pump.

Ive been taking both my vehicles there now for sometime. Fair prices and good quality auto repair.

This place is ran by over-aggressive thieves and incompetent pacifists.My daughter is 17 years old. She took her car here to have the brakes looked at. They drove it and supposedly told her what was wrong with it. They said she needed brake pads. She had the work done for $100. A week later I was driving her car and realized the brakes are still grinding and push all the way to the floor. I went back to the shop to see if they would guarantee their work, if they would take another look at it because they didnt fix her brakes.I fist spoke to the incompetent front desk girl, then I spoke to the owner who was aggressive and defensive. He was pacing the floor and yelling that I was accusing him of not doing the work. He was twisting my words and he was so worked up that I was actually afraid he was going to loose his temper. He acted like a drug addict that needed a fix. He refused to take another look at it or make the brakes safe to drive. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This was the WORST service I have ever had in my life.
