I brought my zephyr here to get worked on. Talk about breaking promise after promise. It took weeks when realistically it shouldnt have taken nearly that long to build a carburetor. I kept getting told it would be ready day after day. I finally got it back and it runs but not like it used to. Steve will see how much money he can get out of you and one of the guys working there smelled of alcohol. Very very unprofessional

Had an appointment to come in when they opened. I was told that they open at 8 am. I got to the shop 5 min until 8. So I waited for them to open. At 840 am the first mechanic showed up and looked at me said Who are you & What you want? I told him I had an appointment at 8 and he mumbled something under his breath and unlocked the door, walked in, slammed it shut & locked it back. Needlessly to say, I left. Went next door to the shop just to the west of this place (on the same side of the street), and my truck was taken care right then. Without an appointment too.

Very very rude! I called to set up an appointment to get my SUV fixed. I was to call them thru the people I bought my car through. Didnt even get the mans name who answered. Dont care to even know it. I told him I was told to call him and tell him what was wrong with my SUV and set up an appointment. He cut me off half way through my senetence and said I dont need to know whats wrong with it I cant fix it over the phone. I let that comment pass thought maybe he was having a bad day.... Well after that I said well I need to set up an appointment then. He said when can you bring it in. I started to tell him it wont run so I cant bring it to him and that the place I brought it from was going to set up a tow when she talked to him. Well AGAIN I was cut off in the middle of my sentence. He was like well I cant bring my tools to you...and I am not your secretary on setting up a tow. At this point I was DONE! I told him to stop being mean to me I had done nothing wrong I was just doing what the car lot had told me to do. He fumbled all over himself no no im not being mean. I said yes you are and I do Not deserve this. The he said well I have 6 people standing here and you just randomly call me.... Well yes I called to set up an appointment to get my SUV fixed. I then told him I was done being talked to like dumb trash and hung up on him. Most un-professional man I have ever spoken to. Way to run a business Sir! Will not get my business or that of anyone I know!

At 115,000 miles I went to get my timing belt changed. A month after spending over $1,000.00 for this I took it back for the head gasket leaking antifreeze. I figured they did such a great job changing the timing it pushed antifreeze out through the seals. Paid over a grand again for that and maybe a radiator. My car had the same engine knocking ever since, figured it was the pistons. Just paid a good ol boy $700.00 for a timing belt and pump change with 189,600. That guy told me I had it looked like I had original parts on the timing belt and tensioner. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company.

Had my transmission replaced twice at this establishment. Both times were within three months of each other. They kept my car for well over a month both times as well. Not very impressed especially now that my transmission is going out for the third time. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
