I always come here for any needs! Even as simple as air in my tires! They have always done it free! Which is amazing! They have been nothing but kind to me! They are definitely all about there customers! You know mom and pop shops you go there because you get family friendly service! Well that is exactly what you get here!

Car X has always been great. FYI They have new management now. As soon as i called, Bo (the current management) got me in for oil change and new wipers right then. So convenient! He made it clear to me what service i was receiving and the cost i would be paying before i paid. I mayve paid a couple dollars extra compared to Wal-Mart but so worth it. In exchange for trust, convenience, a healthy vehicle & still affordable! 😁The only downside is no more TV in the waiting room & my daughter is driving me nuts! No pun intended! &&& they dnt have a changing table. But we made do... 💖

Bo and his staff were amazing! I purchased a car and just after delivery it would not start. After getting a jump I called Car-X and Bo was understanding of my plight, had me come right over, got me in and out quickly. Took excellent care of my daughters new car, I couldnt be happier! We will bring our vehicles here from now on!

First time I used Car X on Jefferson, I had a great experience. Chuck was great and was in an out, even though they were busy.Second time I used car x...completely different company. I called this past Friday to see if I could have an oil change appointment for the following Tuesday. Whomever I talked to says it would be no problem. I asked if I could drop my keys off, since I have to work at 6 am and would pick my car up after 2 pm when I got off work. The person I spoke to said that would be no problem. Just leave your name and number with the keys. I then asked my car would be done when I got off work, and I was told it would. So, I dropped keys off and went to work. Fast forward 8 hours later, I arrive to get my car and am told that they haven’t even started it yet. I informed the guy at the desk that I called the part Friday to have it scheduled for Tuesday and was told it would be done when I got off work. The guys response was “well no one schedule an appointment for it”. That’s all he said...no apology...nothing. This place has changed drastically since chuck left. Needless to say, I won’t be using car x services any longer.

I stopped at this auto shop on the way to work one day to get a plug in my tire. Never heard of the business name before so i didnt know what to expect really. When I entered I was greeted by a guy named Sam, he was truly a pleasure to do business with. Since I was treated so well, I asked him for a quote on four cooper stt pro tires. All it took was two days, and my tires were mounted and look fantastic. I told Sam that I had such a great experience that I am going to tell all my friends, family, and co workers about how great the customer service, how quick they worked, and the low prices were to me.I will definitely come back again if needed, and i will be requesting to speak with Sam!Thanks Sam and Car-X

Friendly, no nonsense, sincere attitudes is what I experienced from a general manager and one other employee.I will definitely be coming back here when needed. Just had some work done and so far so good.

Towed my car to get brakes and rotors done for the 299$ price. Everything goes fine until they call me about my A/C which I already knew was broken. So I get to the store to pay for my brakes and it’s 457$ decided to check the A/C and charge me an extra 130$ for a service I didn’t request. Highway robbery and thieves. Do not recommend anyone going here unless you want to waste your money and time.

They are rude and dismissive, for one thing. Every interaction with them has me half desperate just to get a shred out of any worker beyond the unintelligible grunts and rolled eyes.They did a front-end realignment on my mitsubishi, and a day later I was on the side of the road with a chunk of my car melted against my tire. No answer when I called the shop. I called another Car X shop and was told they had no info and would do nothing. This morning, I barely finished explaining my situation before the man on the phone said I cant see it til Tuesday. That was it. No conversation, no apology.Oh, and they told me it was ok to drive with a transmission leak indefinitely.These people dont care about you or your vehicle. Move on

Ive been searching for somewhere to take my car for general maintenance since we moved here 2 years ago. I called ahead to make an appointment because the tires my car requires are not typically kept in stock. They made sure the tires were there and ready. When I came to the shop with my 2 young kids, the employee was kind and engaging and made a point to chat with myself and the kids. Excellent service and customer service!

I ONLY GAVE THIS PLACE ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO WAS NOT AN OPTION!! I’ll have to agree when Chuck was in there this location was great. But unfortunately, he was NOT there during my last appointment and my service was TERRIBLE! I took my car in for a brake inspection and to have the front calipers replaced. (FYI... the rear calipers were done previously...AT THEIR LOCATION) The guy at the front counter was the worse! This experience was bad from the first conversation (when I scheduled the appointment) until I picked up my car. The front counter guy was NOT helpful at all and, in my opinion, they did absolutely nothing to my vehicle since they were not able to “duplicate the issue”. The reason I strongly believe nothing was done to my car is because 1) I received no paperwork stating the brake inspection was done and 2) the guy called me when my vehicle was “ready” and stated they could not duplicate the issue, but at my last visit I was told my calipers were in pretty bad shape (front and rear)...which I already knew hence one of the reasons for my appointment. He was adamant the front ones were replaced at the last visit. I told him they were NOT it was the back...and at that point it was evident no brake inspection had even been completed because if it had been, they would have clearly seen the difference in the condition of the front and rear calipers. Hell, I was able to see the difference just by looking at them and I’m far from a mechanic! This was a complete WASTE OF MY TIME. This is NOT the true definition of quality work and I’m feeling like my safety and my family’s safety was jeopardized. I won’t be going back to this location until they clean house! I’m sure it won’t matter anyway since they’re NOT really doing any work. 🙄 There’s probably not even a record of my visit since again ... I didn’t receive any paperwork showing the inspection was completed nor did I receive a price estimate for the calipers. By then, it didn’t even matter to me...because I knew I wouldn’t allow them to even change my windshield wipers let alone my brakes. 👎 to Car-X on Jefferson! My service was very bad and I hope the owner responds because even though this post was long, it’s the compacted version of the story. 🙄👎😡🙅‍♀️

Do not go here, as soon as I walked in it was instant attitude from the big guy that sits at the front desk. They tried to overcharge me. I went in for first, an inspection, then oil change and brakes.Waited about an hour and he called me back saying I needed all my inter & outer tie rods done, my whole brake system, and whatever else... and it was only gonna cost over $1200+... like are you kidding me?So when I said no for the $1000+ fix, they threw my tires on my car and were MORE than happy to get me out of the store....Took it to T & C auto and they said all I needed was one inner tie rod, brake pads, and that’s they’d only charge $300-400. He also stated the two outer ones had obviously recently been replaced.....So you guys lied to me. And tried to charge me a ridiculous, UNREALISTIC price all because I have a newer car & assumed I had money.This place sucks guys.

I bought a set of tires from Tire Rack. This CarX was listed as a recommended installer. I had just bought new rims as well so all I needed was mounting and balancing so bringing in the car was not necessary (its a miata and is not driven in the winter). A day after putting them on the car and sitting in the garage, one tire went flat. So, I took it back to CarX to remount it. Leak fixed. Finally got some good weather to go for the first drive of the year. Once on the highway I thought the car was going to shake to pieces. Im currently at another shop having all four tires rebalanced. So much time and money lost. While I appreciate the number of good reviews for this location, I personally would not trust CarX to service my cars. P.S. My wife had an oil change here once and they only put five quarts into a six quart engine.

Great Services And Professional

Had to get my radiator replaced in my mini van. These guys were honest, friendly and fast! I didnt have alternative transportation so I had to wait in the shop. They cut their estimated time down by two hours because they were able to get one guy to focus on it all day because I had to wait in the shop. I researched the cost of parts because I was thinking of doing it myself. The price for the parts was dead on if not cheaper and I would have easily charged a lot more in labor if I did it myself for someone else. It also would have taken me all weekend because Im inexperienced and I would have spent a fortune on tools. I will be back if I need anything else done to my vehicles. The price for an oil change is nearly as cheap as it would be for me to do my own like I usually do.

On 11/7/2018 i was told by the manager at the time if i left a good 5 star google review by the time i picked up the vehicle, he would discount my oi l change to $10.00.JOKES ON ME because that $10 oil change caused my cars motor to lock up and because i didnt know my engine was locked and i changed my oil they are not fixing their mistake. DONT USE THEM!!!!

Ive been dealing with these guys for a long time. Pricing is a nice hit (plus I get a handy discount for working for a local insurance company) ...and these guys really get the job done and usually gets to it within a reasonable shop time. I continue coming to this shop. The new manager, BO, is very friendly and is a people person. I enjoy speaking with him especially knowing my tenure with the company is well over 10 years. If my car doesn’t go to Landmark it goes here.

This place is great, went here with a flashing check engine light and they took care of me quickly and got me back on my trip.

Brought my car in for two different reasons, the looked it over and it was over my budget to repair the car. They took the time to explain what needed to be done today what I can do next week and what I could do in 3 weeks. I have never felt so comfortable with a repair shop.

This is the only place I will get my car repaired or just get general maintenance. Joe is very professional and always lets me know in advance what I will need to plan on getting replaced in the future.
