An honest business that gets the job done. I just bought a used car and brought in it for all the repairs it needed. Mr. Choi recommended what to fix first and what can wait so I dont have to drop a lot of money on the car. Definitely a shop that I would return and recommend to my friends and family.

I have been searching for an honest and reliable mechanic for the past year. My search has ended, today I discovered Nam’s Auto Service in Springfield around the corner from the Newington Costco. I drove past Nam’s after I got my tires rotated and balanced at Costco. For my 2016 Honda CRV, I went into the shop to see if they could fit me in for a scheduled coolant flush. Lucky for me, Mr. Choi was able to accommodate me.I quietly stand in the corner to observe Mr. Choi while he works. His attention to details was amazing. I just requested a coolant flush, but he went through his entire checklist. He checked the tires pressure, brakes, fluid levels and even the air filter. I didn’t inform him that I had an oil change a week ago at the Honda dealership. I also changed the air filter this morning. Talk about honesty and integrity, he could have given me a list of unnecessary jobs on my car. He passed my test with flying colors. Mr. Choi the owner/mechanic is courteous and caring to his customers. His prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Great service at a great price. I bring my car here all the time. Choi the mechanic is always on time and on point and he very polite. So far they get the job done on the same day depending on the job you need done or how busy they are, but so far so good. They are also willing to work with you if other competitors prices are too high. Thank you Nams auto

Charged $95 to replace a backup bulb.After playing with it and waisting as much time as they could they come up with $95.Don’t trust these people.

Air conditioning lost refrigerant while I was travelling interstate. Found Nams after suggestion from gas station nearby. Nams quickly found the problem and replaced an o ring, resolving the problem. These people are friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

The owner is true gentleman. It was a chance encounter as I got a flat tire and then jack collapsed, trapping my tyre beneath axle. He was in park nearby and came to help us. He got it all fixed in 2 minutes and we were on our way. Thank you! You saved the day!
