I had a flat tire on my way home from work. I called in advance and they were able to see me within the same day and have my out the door within a couple hours! After my exhaust dropped while I was leaving VA to get home to Pittsburgh on Labor Day, the team here got me in right away, took care of my care quickly, and got me back on the road safely. I was even invited back to look at my car during the diagnostic--I learned so much and felt very empowered in making decisions. I have NEVER had that type of experience with a mechanic. I just think the price of tires are high compared to other companies (I received two quotes from other companies and they were both $50 less. Additionally, other tire websites offered a cheaper price for the same tire, but I went with this company to get it done faster). I accepted the price and I rated you all a 3. Not a bad rating to me!They did what I asked, but I agree with the other comments about how they are a bit overpriced. I overpaid for a tire (probably about $50 over) and was aware of it because they were able to replace it for me within a reasonable amount of time compared to other locations I called that same day. I guess you can say I paid for the convenience and not just for the tire. However, for those who aren’t pressed for time, just do your research before agreeing to the amount they are asking for.I’ve been here more than once and the customer service has been decent and the wait time has never been too long. It’s not the worst spot in my opinion when you have no where else to go, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best place either.As of now, nothing on my car has fell apart because of them yet. I had just gotten my belongings and 2 kids (4 and 4 months) loaded up to take a road trip from DC to the Hampton Roads. What you can likely imagine would be a hard trip was even further complicated when I turned on the car and saw that one tire had dropped to 17psi. I drove to the nearest gas station and tried to add air to the tire but the pump was broken and leaked more air instead. I gave these guys a call and they said they’d be able to fit me in relatively quickly. Upon arrival, my car was taken back almost immediately. Less than 15 minutes later, my car was back and all 4 tires had been attended. They even informed me that I would likely be needing to replace my front tires soon (likely true because I’ve had them for about 3 years 😅). They were quick, friendly, and even kept my hiding place a secret while my 4yo and I played hide and seek to pass the time; even though they were waiting to tell me my car was ready. The true icing was being waved off when I reached for my wallet to cover the service! What I expected to be a ruined day stuck at a service shop replacing tires and being upsold was quicker than the time I wasted trying to add the air with a broken pump. I would highly recommend this place for both the friendly staff and the quick service

I heard that someone at store got COVID, thats ok, still in pandemic and anyone can get it. But I want to know the safety at store. The manager said the guy is taking a vacation... why did he lie. instead of that he should tell that the store was disinfected and people who were close contact were tested and negative.

If you ever need any alignment work done on your vehicle do not go anywhere else. Mr. Tire is the only place to go. They fixed an alignment botch job from NTB that could of cost my family and I our lives. Huge shout out to the team at Mr. Tire in Springfield, VA. On my road adventure last week from Baltimore to the Outer Banks, I got a flat tire on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Was recommended to go to Mr Tire, and from start to finish, they were amazing! Price was reasonable and the level of service was fantastic! They had me in and out in about 90 mins and back on the road to the OBX! Last Minute tire change ... Life saver. I visited various locations but non could or wanted to service my car. Here the staff didnt hesitated and jumped into accion even though they were about to close!

I purchased tires from here. So I go back regularly to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Despite having a reservation, it almost always takes 90 minutes.A previous time I went I got the suspicion that they had not rotated my tires, because they are old and I noticed what they look like.On my last visit I marked a tire so I could check afterwards if they had been rotated. And sure enough they had not. I asked them to please rotate my tires, and that is the last time I will be going to this establishment.

First the tires are very overpriced, go to Costco or Walmart and save money. Second my backup camera (I had installed myself) stopped working after the tire and oil change. Overall a bad, expensive and now to be time consuming experience.

Well I told the guy at the front I would have to give 2 weeks minimum before posting the review to see if the tire was fixed. For the last couple of months one of my tires was slowly going flat. They was able to patch up the tire from a previous patch that wasn’t sealed correctly. Good service

Ok get this. I called before getting there scheduled an appointment on the phone and they told me the oil change is $35. I go there, they charge me $74.Plus, there were two screws that blew my tire after I left here. I am not saying they did that, but I am saying there weren’t two screws in my tire before I was serviced here. Unfortunately I had to change my perfectly great tire as well. Blew another $125 on top.

Cannot really recommend. In my recent experience, I came in for a simple tire repair due to a nail puncture. I was quoted over $50 for the repair, and a 1-1/2 hour wait. I was told that Mr. Tire does an “inside repair”, which is why the high cost. The technician then told me that the tire was not repairable due to the location of the nail puncture. I disagreed and went to a traditional service station. Since I did not actually conduct any business, I will give 3 stars for taking a look at the tire and quoting me a price. Ultimately, the repair was done in less than 10 minutes for $15 in the traditional manner at an Exxon service station. I feel like Mr. Tire only wanted to sell me a new tire. I personally won’t come back.

Came to the shop with a nail on one of my tires, they honored their warranty and fixed it right away. While I waited I had a chance to quote new tires for my other vehicle and learned a lot in the process. Thank you guys for the great service and professionalism.

We hit a pothole on 95 on the way home from my daughters checkup at INOVA and blew out the front tire. I pulled in to this place and he gave me a quote for the two tires I needed, recommended an excellent sushi place while we waited! They had us in and out and he even checked my oil for me before my 3 hour drive home. This is what service is about. Taking care of your customers!

This place is a absolutely rip off. Be careful here they like to rip off people who do not have proper knowledge of vehicle repair. I was quoted $96 for a tire repair due to a nail (no side wall issue). They dont do inside repair either. I went to Liberty Gas station and they did it for $25. Do not go here.

While traveling to Disney World with my family, two of my camper tires blew out on 95. Checked around the area and found a Mr Tire 6413 Backlick Rd, Springfield, VA 22150. They were wonderful!!!!! They were so professional! We made it safely to Disney World because of them. I can not thank them enough.

My experience wasn’t terrible, but I’m not sure if I’d return here. They were nice and respectful. However, I made an appointment ahead of time, yet it still took 2 hours for them to just fix my tire and change my oil. No one was at the counter to ask about time, no one told me ahead of time it would be long enough that staying might be an issue. At the hour time of waiting I went to just stand by the door so someone would notice that I’ve been here for so long, and asked if I needed to call someone to pick me up and come back later, then they tell me they can’t fix it because the tread is bad and need to change be the entire thing. Fine, whatever, but why did that need an hour? Then they said it would be another 30 minutes before that was done. They also proceeded to tell me like a dozen other things wrong with my car. I appreciate it, and if you hadn’t wasted 2 hours of my time I’d let you, but I didn’t have all to have them work more on problems that didn’t need immediate attention. They did a good job but it’s not worth my time to be here for my entire Sunday without warning. There’s no excuse for the amount of time it took

Excellent customer service, Came in with my car being towed due to engine failure... they were going to charge $150 for diagnostics until they realized I needed a new engine. Instead they charged me nothing... they took care of my problem in a timely manner, gave me suggestions for possible solutions, and helped me out without expecting anything in return.

I had a great experience at this place. Came in needing an oil change but was on a tight budget. Turns out my car only takes synthetic oil which was too expensive for me. Rolando was awesome, he checked my oil, topped it off for me so I could drive until after Christmas, and filled my windshield fluid even though I hadnt even mentioned it. Amazing service!!!! While pulling our camper from PA to FL, on I95 outside of D.C., we began hearing a vibration. This was late on a Friday night. (Come to find out, after having a flat tire on our truck repaired the week prior to our trip, our lug nuts became loose.) We nearly lost our wheel (3 lugs left) and thankfully we were able to pull into a strip mall parking area overnight. Saturday morning we began calling garages. After the 4th call, Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers assured us they could fix our problem in one day, on a Saturday. We ended up needing a new 20 chrome rim - which they were able to procure! They had us on our way by 3 p.m. that day! They even drove my husband back and forth from where we had dropped our camper off prior to our truck being towed. The staff was incredible! We highly recommend this business! They go above and beyond normal customer service!

I am a first time customer with Mr. Tire. I took my car in for an oil change and got new tires. The over all process was very easy and quick. I took my car in on a Sunday morning and it was finished and ready for pick up by the afternoon! Prices seem fair. I did not feel like I was being cheated or over charged. The staff did a thorough job of explaining everything to me and we’re very helpful with any questions that I had. They did not recommend or force any additional (and unnecessary) services on me.

Ive been going here recently for oil changes and tire replacements because of how quick they are. I went today to get the oil changed, tire leak plugged, and also a tire rotation and paid for all of the services. This evening i noticed the tire pressure was low which indicates they either didnt plug the leak properly or didnt do it at all. The reason for the one star review is that they didnt rotate the tires even though they charged me for it!

I had a tire start losing air rapidly and had to get it repaired on the fly. I tried a nearby tire shop and they told me it would be a 3-4 hr wait, so I called Mr. Tire. They told me to come on by, and had me in and out the door in a little over an hour. Great customer service and a fair price for the repair. I would recommend this location to anyone needing service, they’ll take care of you.

I have been coming to this Mr. Tire for a while. Its out of the way for me, but I know they wont take advantage. They always do a good job, and it never takes all day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They promptly notified me when additional issues were discovered and worked with me to get them addressed. The tires are a good quality and the price was fair. The best thing, however, was that the mechanic took the time to re-stow my spare tire and even put the jack away. This was above and beyond what I expected.

Very friendly staff who took the time to explain everything being done to complete the replacement, balance, and alignment of all 4 of my tires. They even coordinated an emissions test for me next door, so that it could be completed within 20 minutes after the tire job was finished.
