Evan my service rep was outstanding along with the mechanic, they saved me money on parts I didnt need. The mechanic went over everything with me, which I wasnt expecting. I will definitely go back when needed. And I highly recommend them for all your auto needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Devin (salesman) and Angel in finance. I went in not knowing what i wanted and they both helped me tremendously. I got into a vehicle i love at the price i also loved.

The attendant handled everything perfectly, confirmed what service was needed, and went over everything after the service was completed. Also showed me how to access something in the vehicle’s menu.

The moment I stepped on the lot at Green Volkswagen Audi, I was welcomed, treated well and had every question answered. I was fortunate to work with Ron Turner. I’m an Army guy, and he’s a prior Marine. Personalities meshed immediately, Ron had every answer about the vehicle I was interested in. There were zero games, straight to the point of here’s what you will pay, why you pay it, and what each charge meant. We negotiated a little, ended up meeting halfway, just how a good negotiation should be. Everybody won, I put a brand new car in the garage, and hopefully put some commission in a fellow Veterans pocket. Highly recommend Green Volkswagen Audi and especially Ron Turner.

The worst service I have ever had with any dealership. If you get conned into buying a vehicle from them, atleast avoid purchasing any type of warranty because there is no point in having a warranty if it takes 2 months to actually get an appointment. I went in for a check engine light and an oil change. They did not diagnose the check engine light (told me I could come back in a month for that) but changed my oil for a $100 and it was a quart low after they serviced it. Just the worst. Avoid at all costs.

Update: Its December 27th. Nothing to report.Update: Its November 10th. I havent heard a word from Green since my last edit over a month ago. Theyve had the car since the end of August. Dont worry Ill let you all know if they ever fix it and what the bill is.This shop cant fix a car in a timely manner. I was on the waiting list for a week and they have had the car for a month, still waiting. Just last week I was working on a couple of snow blowers. By the afternoon I had determined that the carburetors on both snow blowers needed to be replaced. I ordered them that afternoon from Amazon. The carburetors were delivered before noon the next day . For Volkswagen to say they cant get parts in a timely manner for their most famous engine the TDI Diesel is like Chevrolet saying they cant get parts for a 350 and is an excuse without value, Covid or not.

Very nice on the inside. Free drinks. Nice waiting room. However they damaged two of my rims when I had tires put on. Thats a $400 repair bill to have them repainted. Of course they didnt tell me they damaged them, so I had to find out later on my own (the parking lot was dark when they finished).

Never pressured, even though our inability to initially make up our mind had to be frustrating for our salesman, Zach Kelley. Car we picked (2019 Volkswagen Beetle) was spotless when we picked it up. Zach even had it on the show room floor with a big red bow on the hood. My wife was very pleased, as was I. Id recommend Green Volkswagen and Zach Kelley to anyone.

Usually dont like car dealers. I always feel like they are trying to cheat me. Bought a used Audi from Green Audi. Felt like I got a fair price on the trade in, fair price on the new car and process was relatively painless. A year after I bought it, the oil light went on and brought it in. They fit me in on the spot and it simply had too much oil. They took out the extra oil. No charge and 20 min wait.

I took my car to Green for an issue with my car hard starting. After taking it there a total of 4 times for the same issue, they had not figured it out. One of the times I took it in, I asked for a loaner, and they said loaners had to be booked a week in advance... they ended up giving me a loaner the next day, so I gave them an extra star for that. I ended up taking my car to a private garage in Springfield, and they were able to fix my issue in half a day (for those of you wondering, my low pressure fuel pump needed replacing). I would not recommend Green service to anyone looking to get their car fixed in a timely, or correct manner.

They are great when they are trying to sell you something, but youll be out of luck if something goes wrong. Bought a brand new VW Jetta in 2017 that broke down with less than 40,000 miles. Had to pay to tow it to the dealership so that they could tell me it would be more than 2 weeks before they got to it. I asked for a loaner and they treated me like an idiot for asking. So much for that famous customer care they are so proud of.

My favorite place for auto purchases. Excellent service, very helpful personnel. Comfortable, clean waiting area. Complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies and popcorn. TV and internet connections.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have brought my car here several times for issues with my car, first being an oil light that kept coming on. The people at Green told me it was bad oil, I left and had to bring it back atleast 1 more time for that issue which is still not fixed and Im going to have to take it somewhere else to actually get it fixed!! Next was my tire alignment that was WAY off they were supposed to fix my alignment, I got the car back and it was worse than before my car was almost undriveable it was so unstable!! I took it back they looked at it and told me it was ok. IT IS MOST CERTAINLY NOT OK. But I thought maybe since my tires were wore so badly from being out of alignment that was the cause, so I bought new tires. MY CAR IS STILL NOT RITE it is dangerous to drive. If I hit a bump the car is all over the place but they told me at GREEN it was fine!! I have had to take my car back for everything I have taken it in to have worked on at Green and nothing they have worked on is correct yet!! I would have gotten further and had more fun burning all the money that I have given Green Volkswagen instead of giving it to them for doing NOTHING. I will never be back they by far must have the worst mechanics working on cars I have ever heard of, and that is just my story I have heard so many more after talking to people about my issues!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ANY GREEN DEALERSHIP FOR ANY KIND OF WORK THEY WILL NOT FIX YOUR PROBLEM AND YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP BRINGING IT BACK IN FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING AGAIN!!!!
