This place is amazing. Hands down will be a customer as long as theyre open. He really took his time explaining everything to me. The cost was a great price. I was so fed up with my Buick and he made everything so much easier. I guess TNT is a great name since hes Da Bomb!

This guy is -THE- best. I had to change my break pads and rotors and it was going to set me back over $600 at the first place I went to. Someone recommended I contact TNT and he got me in that day (which is rare since he’s typically booked up weeks/months in advance). He even drove me home and picked me up to take me back to the shop, and charged me a fraction of the price. I recommend him to everyone I know because he’s that good and he values his customers.

Great place, saved me quite a bit of money

Have been going to Jerel for 5 years with a Prius and Subaru Outback. Went initially for a second opinion on a $1200 estimate which turned out needing only $200 worth of work. He kept that Prius going without issues at all to 250k miles until I traded for the Subaru. Gives options and doesn’t pressure me into stuff but doesn’t get irritated when I ask questions or ask for something weird. I don’t know anything about auto mechanic work so its great to have someone tell me the truth and not recommend unnecessary repairs. His schedule is like noon-late at night which is great for a working person. he is happy to drop me in town and pick me up as we are a 1 vehicle household. He’s easy to get ahold of and schedule. He is a small shop so expect that you can’t always have something done immediately. I’m ok waiting a day because I know the work will be right. That said I’ve rarely had to wait more than 24 hrs for routine maintenance. When people ask about a mechanic I always recommend Jerel at Tnt.

I brought my car in here needing an engine repair. Took him a month to get the car back to me. Fair price. Bad work. Check engine light kept coming on. Took it to dealership. Turns out he didnt put it back together right. Found numerous problems with the work. One problem would have been catastrophic for my engine had I not addressed problem immediately. Didnt put sleeves back on cams. Had a faulty spark plug causing misfiring. Air leaks in air intake hose that he replaced.Cost another bunch of money. Plus, not to mention more time without a car. Very dissapointed with business.I couldnt wait another month to hopefully have him go back and fix something that he already messed up, even though,He stands by his work, and there was a warranty. I had no idea of whether or not it would get fixed right the second time, probably not. Also, gave me a cash price quote and a card price quote. Brought him the cash and he still charged me card price quote. Very shotty work. Bad mechanic and shady businessman. In response to the owners response. You never offered any loaner vehicles. You were trying to charge me for the exhaust repair, that you caused during the repair. Keep it real. I dont know of any shop that takes a month to get a repair done. If it took you that long to diagnose and get parts, then you obviously dont know what you are doing or you just dont care about your customers, or both.This was very personal to me and had it been my hard earned money, I would have dealt with this in another manner. You cost me double in the end, with alot of time. The way you procrastinated on my job and blew me off every time I called to check on it, which was alot, unfortunately, because it took so long. Is just one reason I called you a shady businessman. The other is that you collected my money even though you didnt do the job correctly. Trying to explain a check engine light away to me, that it might take awhile for the computer to learn it has a new part. If I had the means, I would have sued. I might have considered bringing it back to you had I not had such an ordeal the first time. Anyhow, I hope this helps other consumers. Steer clear of this place if youre smart. If you dont think this could happen to you, well, I was even referred here by a friend, who is a close friend of his. If that tells you anything. If you want to make it right. Own up to your mistakes and give a full refund. Ill remove my review.

The transmission went out in my car. I panicked and didn’t know what to do about getting to work and such for a long period of time. TNT found a replacement and had me back on the road in no time. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
