I was on and out in ten minutes it was a minor issue. However Tim and his son are the best. They are extremely honest, helpful and to the point, they know what they are doing.

Ive been taking my car there for several years..this place could have taken advantage of me several times but they went out of their way to save me money..quality work!

This place initially seemed good but I soon found out I was wrong. I way overpaid for my starter, it cost me like $540 and I couldnt believe it cost so much . Only good thing was they finished it that day but it still took them 2 labor hours to do it.On top of this my wife returned like a week later for an oil change but she isnt free until like 3:30, and the guy told her he only takes cars after 3. She told him her schedule was tight and he flat out said he couldnt help her rudely. Even the other customer there seemed surprised.I noticed other folks with bad reviews are Latino or some minority, my wife is from Mexico so I am not sure if the guy is discriminatory or not but something to consider.

Just relocating here had no idea where to go thankful to have found this place! Friendly helpful and fair prices!! Wont go anywhere else!

Me and my family have been comming here since the 80s, Timmy is the owner and a great guy to deal with, his Daughter and his son also work here and are great too. I have all my vehicles serviced here, they are always fair with me, and very honest and some times when there is some simple problem with one of my vehicles they do not even charge me. I have done a lot of mechanical work on many vehicles that I have owned over the years here, including electrical problems, and I also buy all my tires here for my vehicles as the service is great, it is very convenient for me ( as I work just across the street) and the tires seem to me to last a little longer then some other places i have dealt with in the past. If i could give no stars i would. This guy is mean and condescending .I was referred by a mechanic that worked there, we thought i needed electrical work. I needed a starter, i agreed to work, waited a full day, paid an average price .2 months later, it screeches and cracks and doesnt start unless i leave the key forward in the ignition for 5 min......the starter is faulty, after 2 people that work on cars confirmed.I called he was very nice, i made an appt on my only day off, and arranged for a car $$ ...im in Westfield.He said we dont drop people off ourside downtown Spfld...really?I drop off 9 am. 6 hrs. No callI call. On hold 10 min. He informs me its fine...really? Its not fine sir.Long story short, i was hung up on, after being told your car will be outside with the key... donot bother coming inside... click.Horrible experience. Dont be a fool.

Needed two tires replaced, they had the best deal in the area, even more so with their online 5% discount, so I took it in. Everything went smoothly and they even cleaned all 4 wheels, which I thought was a nice touch.

I moved here eight years ago and freaked about finding a mechanic who would treat me right, given that Im a single female who knows nothing about cars.I had a brake issue and took it to another shop that told me I needed a whole brake job, including calipers. Someone at work recommended I get a second opinion from Tim at Tyre Track, which I did. He told me I just needed brake pads, did the work, and charged me according. I have been using Tyre Track for all my automotive needs ever since with excellent, honest results. Just this week my car was leaking oil so I had it towed in. They did all the diagnostic testing and couldnt find a leak. Tim instructed me to keep a close eye on the car and bring it in frequently so they can check the oil and only charged me for the new oil.I will never take my vehicles anywhere else as I know Im in honest, competent hands at Tyre Trak.
