Jeff and his crew did an AMAZING job reupholstering my boyfriend’s grandfather’s chair. Reasonable prices and super friendly people. Highly recommend!

I honestly hate giving bad reviews, but me and my husband walked in (which felt uncomfortable on its own), we walked around for around 10 minutes and found a table we liked, and never saw anyone. Not one employee, no noises, nothing. I didnt see anywhere, where there was a bell or anything like that to get someones attention (but I could have missed it), so we just left.

I so wish there was a way to give a higher rating! I spoke with Jeff yesterday about needing a mattress and box spring set for my cousin in assisted living. The need was urgent as he had been hospitalized and was returning to his apartment in a couple days and had to have a new bed. Jeff made it happen...yesterday! You went about and beyond anything I expected. I am so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. Loved hearing about your Dad, Jim Miller, starting the company and how you are carrying on the tradition. Thank you so much for everything! I cant recommend Jim Miller Furniture enough!

I wish I could give them less than one star. Shop elsewhere!! Their furniture is poor quality and customer service is horrible. The screws were coming out of the bottom of the couches that I purchased and the leather was peeling. Theres no quality control for their products. One side of the couch has 2 screws, the other has 3.

I really love this store Jeff Miller went out of his way to help us to get our furniture. And had it delivered to us for free. He is a real down to earth person. I highly recommend that you visit his store. Me personally I’ll be buying all my furniture there. So go check him out.

Easy location to go to from Springfield. They had what we were looking for and delivered it the same day. Prices were very competitive with larger places.
