I had no problems with the purchase, ordering or delivery time. Everything I was told was acuarate and to the point. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the upholstered bed I purchased with my mattress was installed incorrectly and 2 attachment bolts were cross threaded and the headboard is not fully attached so the whole bed wobbles. Sleep number said they would send me 2 new bolts and have a technician come out to install as if a new bolt will fix a cross threaded female.Update: sleep number did get everything fixed and installed the correct way. I’ve updated the stars to 3 because the techs that came out were very helpful but only a 3 because of the error to begin with. The original installers never should have left it the way it was. Bed is fantastic
After 25 years I replaced my Temperpedic with a new Sleep Number bed.. It was a fantastic decision and the adjustable pillow was just what l was looking for also
Tina was a wealth of information and patience while we made up our minds on our brand new Smart Bed. She showed us every option...a few options multiple times...she also helped us put together the perfect bed to fit our wants and needs. Although we worked with Tina, every employee in the store was extremely kind to us and our children. This will be my first stop for all future bed purchases.
The salespeople are great no pressure, help you out with finding your sleep number and let you try out different beds. Let the beds speak for themselves. We purchased one with no pressure I would recommend these salespeople to anyone.
Walked in 5 minutes before closing just interested in pricing. We were met at the door saying they close in 5 minutes. No hi, hello, oh come in quick we only have 5 minutes left.....pretty much a just get out greeting. For being interested in like $4k beds, would have expected some sort of customer service somewhat decent.
I absolutely love my bed! I spoke to Ben on the phone. I felt so comfortable and at ease while making my purchase.He answered all of my questions and provided me with all of the amazing things my bed is capable of. I explained about my back issues. Ben was able to suggest what may help. I could tell the difference after one night of sleep. I was treated like a valuable customer. My bed was delivered promptly on the day and time he gave me. The gentleman that set my bed up were extremely friendly, and professional. Ben also explained the reward program. I was able to get a new set of sheets. I highly recommend this store and Ben for your next sleep experience. Thank you for working the front lines to make sure we all quarantine in comfort😊!!!
We really had a great experience so far and salesperson were nice. Anxious to have our bed delivered and that it will workout alright. Downfall is that we have to wait so long for bed to be delivered, over 6 weeks.

Came in on a weekend night when they were short staffed. Tina was extremely helpful and absolutely amazing when it came to helping us find a mattress while being the only associate and helping out another couple. We waited over an hour and decided to come back later (which ended up with us losing out on the deal they had going on). We ended up buying the mattress later even without the deal since we absolutely loved it so we had a scheduled delivery date. Come delivery date and we never got our mattress. When I called the store they said it was put down for that date, but customer service was showing they only had 3 weeks out on delivery dates. The person I spoke to at the store said they’d figure out what happened and I asked that once he did, if he could have the manager call me. Over a week goes by and I haven’t gotten any information about my delivery. I called the following week and left a voicemail hours before they closed. Still no call and had to call myself again the following day. I was explained it was rare for my mattress to take this long and there’s nothing they can do about it. Also, a few excuses as to why they never contacted me. At that point I just wanted to cancel my order which they can’t even personally do since I paid cash and customer service has to handle refunds. It’s such a shame that this store has such great reviews about taking care of customers, and yet I was completely let down and extremely disappointed because it made it seem that all they cared about was getting my money and nothing else.

Buyer beware - we’ve had our bed less than 2 yrs and the air chamber is already having issues. The quality is not what I’d expect for such an expensive product. To top it off, they’re making me pay for the tech to come get it fixed. Will not be recommending this company.
Service was excellent but the price of the beds were way out there if you can afford a small new car then you can afford this bed. Check out my other reviews to see were I purchased my bed from. The place that I recently made a purchase from was astronomically lower in price but still has great quality.

For Memorial Day, I had 5 bed stores picked out to shop for a new mattress. The Sleep Number Store was closest, so I walked in and was greeted by the nicest sales lady ever! I told her exactly what I was looking for, and then we began to find my sleep number. It was not even close to what I expected! What I discovered was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced! Plus, I’m in a wheelchair, So not only does the bed make it easy for me to transfer in, the movement of the frame puts me in positions that actually allow me to sleep! Best purchase ever! Glad I didn’t have to waste the rest of my day at those other stores!

Tina stayed in contact with me the entire hectic month of April with all that was going on around us, she worked hard to make sure my wife and I were comfortable enough to start finding out how A Sleep Number Bed would benefit us. My health and lack there of sleep is very important, so to have technology on our side in 2020 to possibly help me reach goals by getting a great nights rest finally I am more than on board to give the I8 a 100 night trial. But I know already this bed will be more comfortable and will help me sleep more than what I was use to with my previous bed. We stopped in looking at beds was an sleep number for 2 hours the salesman was great explained every detail of the bed Davison quotes and the beds are very comfortable so comfortable we decide to get one
No longer recommending Sleep Number$. After 3 years my $10,000 bed loses air overnight. 20 year warranty but what is not clear is that if something goes wrong I have to pay % of the cost of parts and pay a tech to come repair who can’t come for 3 weeks! I’m out $233.31 and no bed with a 6 month pregnant wife. Total BS warranty if parts go bad every 3 years and you still have to pay! Pretty comfortable but not $10,000 and more $$$ every 3 years comfortable.
I ordered a bed calling sleep number directly. I waited 4 weeks for my bed to be shipped. Out of desperation I called this store. They figured out they ordered me an over priced air mattress and that it had not even been shipped yet. So I canceled my original order and reordered through the store. I got a great price and they even got a setup date 8 days later. NEVER GO THROUGH CUSTOMER SOUPORT always go to the store.
Ive had the bed a year and a half. One of the air chambers already needs replaced, and the frame is already bending. Had a service apt scheduled for 2/17 to replace an air chamber (which they made me pay for by the way) and replace the frame. Ive been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, and now am being told that Im being rescheduled for 3/17. This is ridiculous. When you pay $5k for a bed, you dont expect to begin having problems within a year and a half, and when problems do arise, you certainly dont expect to have to wait 2 months to get them resolved. I will never shop with Sleep Number again, and would recommend taking your money elsewhere. Apparently price doesnt always mean quality in product or service.
Very professional, courteous and likable. Went above and beyond on service and sell. When I came in I already researched what i wanted on bed and frame, this being my third sleep number bed. Still I was informed by the ladies of all new things they offered plus all accessories, even found out my new sleep number. He explained about the changes made to Sleep Number Beds since our last purchase. He showed us the next step up in beds. Hunter asked alot of questions to help us find our new bed. He let us explore the beds and answered all our questions. Now we are excited to receive our new bed!

Sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gabby took the time to explain all aspects and features of the different models. She was also patient with us as we worked through the process. The beds really do sell themselves, once youve taken the time to try them out. Best of all, there was no pressure to buy, never even a question about our interest in purchasing. They let the product sell itself.
The sales associate that helped me was wonderful. However, the store was quite busy and she was having to divide her attention between several customers at once. I give HER a FIVE STAR rating, but the store needs more associates, it was clear, especially on a busy time where youre having a half price sale!! Im pleased except for having to spend a much longer time there than was necessary because she was swamped with customers.

The staff were all very informative. Bed/mattress shopping is my least favorite thing to shop for. Terry took the time to answer any and all questions we had, he helped us discover our sleep numbers, and gave us the time we needed to decide which size mattress would be the best fit for our backs and our budget. Not a high pressure sales deal, like some other companies.

Ms. Fisher was very informative with all my questions concerning the Sleep Number bed and delivery process. Seriously the bed sells itself. The only bad thing is waiting for the bed to be delivered. I definitely recomend the Sleep Number bed to anyone who has trouble sleeping with or without pain.
The manager helped me select a bed and she was great. Very helpful and answered all of my questions. As for the bed, Ive had it for a little over two months now and Ive never slept better. I highly recommend going in to test out the beds and to find out your sleep number.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Didnt hover around while we looked around and tried out the different beds, but was there when we had a question. My only problem was that a few days later I called back and for some reason got cut off (thats not the problem). I tried to call back and it went to an answering machine. I dont have a problem leaving a message, but no one ever called me back. It has been three working days since then and still no call back. A little disappointing.

It was a big day for the store and a lot of people were buying during their Labor Day sale including us. The iLE was on sale 50% off. We bought one and are anxious to get it in October. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and fast to get to people and assist them in trying out the beds. The computers however were not prepared for all the activity. Needless to say we didn’t even get our receipt for our bed until two days later, but that wasn’t the staffs fault and they were working hard to get us taken care of. All and all a good experience and we will be back. Thanks to Tina, Gabby and staff for everything.
Most upset with Sleep Number service. When I ordered the mattress for my motorhome, I was told that setup and delivery were not available from their Springfield,MO store and that service was not available. The next day I contacted Camping World and they had the mattress I wanted in stock and was $300.00 cheaper. When I called the 800 number the store gave me to cancel the order which I did I was told it would take 8-10 business days to have my credit card charge deducted from my account but it only took 2 days to charge my account. A business that I owned did credit card charges and a charge or a credit was done immediatly. I have yet to get our new mattress but I am not impressed with their service!!!
