Ive had 2 experiences with this store, both negative. Upon arriving in the store I was not greeted, asked if I needed anything, nothing. Totally ignored by the 2 staff members there who sat at the counter as if they did not see me. Interestingly, a gentleman comes in soon after me and he is sweetly greeted and asked if he needed any help. After waiting my turn I ask a few questions which were curtly answered. The women I spoke with had no knowledge of what I was looking for, asked for a birdcage veil and she showed me veils for a childs christening. Ugh, so frustrating. My second experience was a phone call, at first it began great. The woman I spoke with this times was way more knowledgeable about the questions I presented. In closing our conversation I asked where they were located, her reply was that they were located in the mall. I was pleasantly surprised due to my previous experience and happy that the store would be easily accessible. I then say, oh you guys are that newer dress shop in the mall, right? Her flat, kind of rude reply, we are not new Hmm, sorry for asking a question that apparently got under Thor skin. Our mall doesnt have very many stores and I would consider it to be newer since it is! Lol whatever, lost my business! Ill go to a real dress shop where the people offer their services rather than turn their customers off by being rude or short with them. Good luck if you do choose to go there. There are some very beautiful things in there but the staff definitely make it a challenge
