Very hostile work environment. They hired a family member of mine and NEVER properly trained her. The lady that she replaced literally wrote down WRONG instructions on what to do, and Stephanie, was always rude and hateful towards her. When my family member asked for help, she was always bullied about asking for help and talked about amongst the office staff.The disrespect for someone willing to go above and beyond after being thrown into a position that she was not properly trained on is absolutely disgusting and horrifying.i do not recommend working for this company nor any staffing agency helping them hire. THEY DO NOT TRAIN YOU CORRECTLY and will fault you for it.

I sent over an email to get some Quotes on August 27th. I have followed up multiple times to see if they have the quotes ready and the response each time is not yet and still working on it. As of September 30th I still have not received the quotes. I guess they do not want my business.

Wanted to buy clearance merchandise in clearance room, but it wasnt on clearance, then to find out some of the merchandise that wa as clearance was getting ready to be marked up and sold as new. No a good standard

What drew me in to do business was Jill...when I called needing price on lumber she was so helpful...so nice her tone of voice was so cheery..then when we showed up it contued when she rang up order..then at pick up area the guy that helped us even though didnt get his name walked up to us with a smile as well and super nice...this local business has it going on with customer service from the beginning to the end 😀
