DO NOT USE SERVICE! I bought my car in 2019 from Elite. I went for “b1 service.” They wanted to charge $500 for oil change, tire rotation, new cabin filters, and wiper blades plus $300 to flush the brakes and radiator. Almost $800! My car only has 15,000 miles.I went to Hazelrig Automotive and they charged me $80 for oil change, tire rotation and they flushed my cabin filters (didn’t need new ones). I had bought new wiper blades from Oreillys a few months ago for $40 and they installed for free. My brakes or radiator didn’t need to be flushed.I expect better from a dealership where I bought my car. I love my car but will not buy another Mercedes. They only want to cheat their customers.
I was not impressed with their service. Window still not working properly and gave me my car with engine light on after my schedule A maintenance. My daughter was even more disappointed. Both of her car repairs were not fixed. Left frustrated 😩
My car has been there for 6 WEEKS. I have had to call for information, NO calls have come from them. They may do well on routine maintenance As for repairs, I will go elsewhere. Absolutely poor customer service or concern to not keep a customer informed or even call.

Brad Clark was awesome! I expressed interest in one of the pre-owned vehicles that was posted on Auto Trader. On his own accord (without me asking) within 30 minutes, Brad had taken a two minute video walk-around of the vehicle and emailed it to me. Since I was an out of state buyer, the video allowed me to decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle. After that, Brad s communication was responsive and proactive, so much so that upon my arrival a few days later, the transaction was very smooth. I was in, out, and on my way with my beautiful vehicle in less than 30 minutes!!
We came in for an oil change on our Mercedes I cant express how wonderful everyone was here. The rate for the oil change was very reasonable. I didnt expect them to wash and clean the car too (we have been so busy and didnt have time). We will definitely be back for any service needs we have with our vehicle.

My car was done they don’t contact you, you have to contact them. When I go to pick it up no one is there to help you. Waiting 30 min for someone to just hand my keys for me to go. Worst service. They do not care at all. I go ask for help and they said you have to wait. Wait for who? The guy sitting in his office? He check the person before me out and went to go sit.

I started as a customer of Elite 1997. I have bought multiple MB vehicles over the years. What keeps me going back is the service department. Yes the sales department is great. The service department is off the charts when it comes to customer service, friendliness, reliability. I have developed a friendship over the years with Jason, Ted, Clyde and the master mechanic John who always works on my vehicles. I have total trust in them to do what needs to be done at a fair price. I’ve never felt like I’ve been taken advantage of.
We bought a used vehicle there just last month with an As Is no warranty agreement. The mechanical inspection must have somehow been overlooked... within a day the brakes werent working well. I took it back for them to take a look and they put on new brakes and rotors FOR FREE... something they didnt have to do. They have earned my trust, I will be buying from there again in the future.

Recently just went in to look for a car for my mom and my mom was unsure of what car to get Nate was super patient with the whole experience let my take the car to see if it could go up our driveway because it’s very steep and after all the time being there I even started to for a car I found one that I love. Nate was also patience answering the questions and found a great payment plan and just like that my mom and I both walked out with 2 Mercedes bens what a great experience would definitely recommend. No sure if I’m going to trade my car anytime soon but if I did I would go back to Elite Mercedes

My 2008 Mercedes S550 has 237,000 miles and has been serviced by Raymond and Roger and it looks and rides like a brand new car thanks to their expert diagnostics performed for maximum performance, comfort and gas mileage. There is absolutely no better shop anywhere to have your Mercedes Serviced. Unlike a dealership their price and labor charged for the maintenance of my vehicle is an honest and reasonable cost for services rendered. Tell them that Mr. Bradley sent you in and you will see why I am so happy getting my vehicle serviced at this establishment. They meet and treat you and your car on a First Class basis. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!
Kenton, in sales, called me when a car he thought would be a good fit for me came in. He was so right to do so. They worked with me on the price. Ive had the car for nearly two years now. Love it. The service team has been great too. The staff at Elite Mercedes is top notch. And the cars, well, I cant say enough good things about mine, and the Mercedes line in general.
I originally had a decent experience but two weeks after buying the GLA I received another contract in the mail because they made a mistake on the original. So, I now have expired tags and Im unable to make a payment as Mercedes finance has yet to get a contract from them. Ive reached out to the finance folks to help me but havent received a call or anything. The salesman hasnt been much help either. So, I have a car I cant legally drive that I have no way of making a payment. They could use some help on the customer service side. Positive note is the 2021 GLA 250 is a great vehicle.
I love this dealership! Their team has ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me...especially Clay Holt! He was highly recommended to me and the reason I came to this dealership. Being from Southeast Missouri, it would honestly make more sense for me to go to Saint Louis, Memphis or even Marion, Illinois. Clay and the rest of the team at Elite are why I drive that extra hour!

Just bought my 6th Mercedes from this great Group and each and every experience has been excellent. They do all the scheduled maintenance to a standard of excellence and assist with drop offs, assistance in understanding new car features (the head up display on the 2020 GLE 350 is an example), and shuttle trips to the airport if a scheduled maintenance coincides with a flight out of the area. They are the best of the best.

This was our first experience of buying a car without driving it first. We saw a car we really liked on cars.com. It was about four hours drive from our home so we contacted Elite Mercedes by email. We were contacted right away by RETH KIM. He was very kind, helpful and professional. We never met him in person, but trusted him and his company and the car report and pictures and all of the information available. The car was delivered yesterday and it was just beautiful! More beautiful than the pictures. It had been driven to us, but when we got it ....it was spotless and clean inside and out and full of gas!!! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this car! We love everything about it. Worst service I’ve experienced in a lifetime, I brought my car to them twice after they told me they fixed it, and the problem persisted. They are never available by phone no matter the time I call, and they were disrespectful when I finally managed to get a hold of them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
Its sad that this is the only place to take a Mercedes around her . Took in for an oil leak and now severe transmission issues and very rough shifting. Anyone here seems to be ONLY interested in money and not service. Such a disease to the name.

I live near Chicago and was in Hollister for a family reunion when I started feeling a bad vibration while driving my GL550. I took the car to a local tire shop on a Friday afternoon and was told that one of my tires was breaking apart. The tires are an uncommon size so that shop could not get them for me until Monday. I needed to be back home for work on Monday morning. So late in the afternoon on a Friday, I called the closest Mercedes service center which was at Elite. Ted answered and he was kind enough to take the time to make calls to try to get me the tires I needed so that I could drive home on Sunday. He was able to locate a set in the right size and scheduled me for Saturday. I dropped the car off in the morning. Ted gave me great suggestions of things to do with my family in the area while my car was being serviced. I picked the car up, with its new tires and was on my way. Ted was exceptionally helpful throughout the process and truly went out of his way to take care of me when I was in a real bind. I cannot say enough about him and his fantastic service. It was greatly appreciated. If I lived closer, I’d call Ted every time I needed service.
This place made me feel like home. I called in for fuel filter and they spent 20 minuets on the phone to make sure I get the right 1 because I was 4 hours away. And they cleared the confusion between models. The parts & service left the item in the show room for after hours pick up. I arrived later and they allowed to use their garage to replace the filter. Only because it was too cold and dark on their lot.They understood that the filter was faulty and I needed to pull it & make sure I got the right 1. So, I did and they permitted me to finish the job inside the garage. Wonderful people to deal with. Exceptional service.
I cant imagine that we would do business here in the future.We have had a few issues come up on a vehicle we purchased a year ago. Bought the extended warranty so that it would cover such things but good luck trying to get anyone to call you back to take care of it.I have called 4 times and left voicemails with Clay in service and have yet to hear anything back. I even called and left a voicemail with the service manager. Nothing......

Very Disappointed in this dealership. I was trying to purchase the 2017 C43 AMG they had in their lot. I had my uncle trying to buy this for my cousin. He was really interested in it. Just the interest rate wasnt to his preference. We went to a bank got it approved at the interest rate he wanted. We call up Rob and he said he sold the car on Friday. Why didnt you tell me? He stated he called me and he never did. Im very disappointed. Sadly I did not leave a deposit because he never requested it but I should have insisted. We saw the car the way it looks by via Facetime and all of our time just went to the drain for nothing. I live in NJ and so does my family. Dont make a deal if you cant honor it. Rob, THANK YOU FOR WASTING OUR TIME.

I had never purchased a Mercedes before and was a little apprehensive. Jordan Sportsmen sat me down and we talked like men over a spread of fine cheeses and a glass of 76 Chateau Latour, he set my mind at ease. We found our selves talking about the Vietnam War, Politics of the time, How religion has changed over the years but still stayed the same. Jordan shared some Haikus that he has written for his book. I know come late June i will be standing in line to get my hands on a copy for my collection. At the end of the day I had a great car, made a new friend, and dare I say became a better person. Thank you Jordan I wish I could do more than just a little Review! Next time the cigars are on me.
I have a GLE 350 and a SLK 350. I did not buy either of them from Elite but have had service done there. They treat you like you have been a lifetime customer. Im on my way in this morning for a recall. Im sure the experience will be just as good as always. Excellent service!

Worst customer service ever, never call back for follow up, bad attitude and irresponsible!I have been to this location few times now, every time they promise to call back for follow up and they never did. Few months ago I have my car there for service and they need to order some part for me and it’s gonna take a month, so they said they gonna give me a call when the part arrive, I waited for a month and a half so I called back and ask, and guess what? The part has been there for over 2 weeks already and they never call!Also I called to ask for some warranty information I have purchased with my car, they ask me “you don’t even know what kind of warranty you brought from us?” What kind of attitude is that? If I remember after a year or two I wouldn’t even have to call you guys!!If Youre buying a luxury car, of course you’re expecting to get a better service, but sorry guys not gonna happened from this location!

Dealer lied, said the needed my social security number and birthdate to by a car, even though it was a cash purchase. They said it was for OFAC, which I now learned only need your name! I got suspicious when I was asked to fill out a finance document. I told them I was paying cash, but they said they dont run it or use it for that, which was also a lie. Treating customers this way is unacceptable!
Worst customer service. I brought my car in to just have more air pumped in the tires and nobody greeted me, they were all Sitting, watching something on the iPad or just talking on the phone very loud. So I approached one of the guys and asked them to correct my tire pressure. He said, “just leave the keys on the table.” So rude and lazy! Im glad I’m already in the process of buying a new car but from BMW and trading this one in so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. This situation just reminds on why I keep wanting to get rid of my Mercedes. They are rude EVERYTIME I come in. They judge you too. Like if it’s your day off and wearing active clothing, they’d rather be nicer to people in heels or suits or that looks older (looks like they’ll spend more money) this happens every time I come on my day off, I don’t have any other day to come in because I work. The last time I had to wait 3 hours so no... im not skipping work to just bring my car in so they’ll be nice to me. The only nice person is Shawn in the parts department. He doesn’t judge and pretty much is always happy, I’m going to miss that when I trade in my car for a BMW.
