Boone is the man! I had been searching for a brandywine 2016-2018 Toyota Land Cruiser for many, many months. I saw one pop up at this dealer but me being in Albuquerque New Mexico, I couldnt just go take a look at it. Im the type of person that will travel anywhere in the country to buy the right vehicle, just to make sure its exactly what I want and in great shape. Ive done that many times and actually walked away even after traveling very far. Sometimes even overnight.With COVID and quarantine rules in NM, I couldnt readily do that this time. So I reached out to this dealer and spoke with Boone on the phone. I was definitely hesitant as spending over $60k on a sight unseen vehicle is very nerve racking. I asked Boone to take as many photos as possible and to please show me any damage/wear, no matter how minor. He quickly responded with many photos of extremely minor wear items and helped build my confidence. I usually buy cars with cash, but because of the high price tag on this truck, I had to finance. Boone worked helped me get all the paperwork in order that my bank would need.We finished all the paperwork on a Thursday, and by that evening he called me to let me know he found a shipper heading my way. In less than 24 hours, the truck pulled up and had my new Land Cruiser on it. I was excited but very nervous at the same time. Up to this point, I had trusted that Boone wasnt withholding any information from me. I spent the first hour of having the truck inspecting everything to ensure there was no hidden damage or repairs. The truck was damn near immaculate, just as Boone had described.In this day and age, its rare to find such an honest used car dealership. Im glad I found them though. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle, no matter how far away you live.

My wife and I bought a vehicle from Midwest Auto Source in January. We drove up from St. Louis to purchase the vehicle and Boone worked with us via phone and email. He helped us get the vehicle inspected by an independent source so there were no suprises when we got there. We have been happy with the vehicle so far. We had procrastinated the registration and COVID hit so that deterred us from getting it registered then. When we finally decided it was time to register the vehicle, we couldnt find the title. I emailed Boone and he notified me that the title was lost. It took a while for the replacement title but Boone was incredibly responsive and reasonable. I was worried about penalties but he sent me a form with the title that changed the sale date, so I did not get penalized. I went to the third layer of hell today and got it registered. Now we officially own the vehicle!

Boone and Matt are probably the most down to earth, honest and good hearted people. My wife and I have been doing business with them since they first opened up shop. We highly recommend them!

I’m 100% satisfied with the high mileage and well priced truck I bought from Midwest Auto Source. I also appreciated their no nonsense, efficient, and up-front approach to doing business. I just needed something inexpensive for occasional work and farm use. Normally I wouldn’t think of such a purchase without a paying for a pre-purchase inspection, but being from out of town I didn’t have time. Midwest referred me to the shop that did the MO safety inspection on the truck, Don’s Auto Air. They were also helpful, informative, and up-front. So I went with it. Due to the truck’s age and mileage, after getting it back home my mechanic did a thorough check and found no problems. The belts, hoses, breaks, fluids, etc. all look good.I had a glitch with the DMV due to my error. I called Midwest to see if they could help me resolve it. They immediately faxed to the DMV what was needed. Thanks Midwest Auto Source for a great buying experience and not selling junk...even for an inexpensive work truck.

I am a 16 yo kid who went to this place to try and buy a ridgeline. Test drove the vehicle, got back but had to leave to go to basketball practice. The person we were dealing with, Boone, said that the vehicle will still be there and was mine if I wanted it. My practice lasted for an hour. After practice, we called them back and they said that someone was there looking at it who drove there from two hours away. What was funny was that, while I was there, another worker, Matt, said that those same people hadn’t left yet. So the people who hadn’t left made a two hour drive in an hour. This company has no integrity, and I never plan on dealing with them again. My only hope is that I can deter other people from this dishonest dealership.
