It was by far the easiest, most straightforward car purchase Ive ever made.I contacted Kyle initially about a different car, and after our discussion, he offered to try to find the exact car I was looking for. When I contacted Kyle for the first time he was super friendly! I was unsure which vehicle I wanted to purchase since I was going back and forth between a sedan and suv. He let me drive as many of his vehicles that I wanted and gave me great insight of each one. I really enjoyed talking to him as he acts more like your friend that cares vs a salesman. He takes great care of his vehicles and you can see the passion he has for his business. I’m self-employed and have my own business myself so he took every step possible to get me approved and went above and beyond for me. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have even found the love for my bmw wagon that I purchased from him. He put brand new tires/wheels on it for me and they look amazing. He also gave me a great value on my trade in and is super fair with everything he does. Anyone I know that is in the market for a bmw will be purchasing from him for now on. This is the place to be when buying a bmw. Such an amazing experience.

Extremely helpful..

I purchased an 08 BMW 335i convertible in September 2019. The buying process was completely stress-free and even enjoyable which is unlike any other car buying experience I’ve ever had. Kyle is passionate and knowledgeable about BMWs.There was one hiccup but Kyle really impressed me with how he handled it. About 3 weeks after having the car I found oil in the coolant reservoir. Obviously that shouldn’t be there. I brought it to a local BMW shop and they said the oil filter housing gasket was leaking. They also found the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced.Fortunately Kyle sold me a nearly bumper-to-bumper warranty which covered most of the thermostat and water pump but did not cover the oil leak.Needless to say, I was very disheartened at his point and thought I had been scammed. I wrote Kyle a strongly worded letter (sorry Kyle!) but to my surprise and delight received a call from him almost immediately. He was completely unaware of the issues and eager to help me get them resolved. He offered to advocate for me with the warranty company and said he’d help make it right at whatever shop was convenient for me.I ended up going with the shop he recommended (Zima). He met me there at a time convenient for me and had brought me a loaner car (3 series wagon - absolute joy to drive) so that my wife wouldn’t be inconvenienced since we live almost an hour away. Zima concurred with the issues previously identified and made it a priority to fix over their other jobs.At the end of the day Kyle stepped up and made the situation right. I paid very little out of pocket to have the issues resolved (some extra preventative maintenance worth every penny for the peace of mind). I truly don’t believe Kyle had any prior knowledge of the problems. There were no warning lights or indicators on. There was no oil leaking into the driveway or garage. It was an interior leak and common for the N52 engines apparently.I was also well aware that I had purchased an 11-year-old BMW with almost 90k miles. Kyle could have resisted helping by reminding me of that fact and that I signed an “as-is” sale agreement, but he didn’t. He did what was right and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to do business with him. I look forward to calling on him in the future when the Mrs. is ready to upgrade to an X5.Finally, my e93 has been running like a charm ever since. Many thanks to Emperia Auto for making a dream come true and turning an unfortunate issue into a shining example of your outstanding customer service!
