Buyer beware. Price shown on the cars are inaccurate. 6 hrs later you will finally sit down with the finance department and when they break down the numbers you will be paying substantially more. Never mind the BS $500 discount coupon on the website. The sales rep will say its built into the price. In my book thats. false advertisement. The car will be priced at 20k they will not honor the $500 coupon then say the total financed is 30k due to fee after fee after fee. Look at the breakdown. How can you charge transfer fees when the price shown on the sticker shows transfer fees included? The car fax even shows the transfer fees being initially paid. Why does the new buyer have to pay additional fees for something already paid for from the previous seller.(I took my business elsewhere. Check out deluxe auto in linden nj. The cars are amazing). On top of that I heard from other customers that they have been waiting months for the registration/plates from the dealership. The excuse is its the dmv fault. My neighbors purchased cars within the past 30 days from other dealerships and they already have there tags. Stop blaming COVID for everything when other deal ships are working just fine

WIN-WIN SITUATION!! This was hands down the best auto dealership weve ever dealt with. High class from the roof to pavement! Car shopping can be an arduous task for people of color as we have experienced time and time again with dealerships in NJ, however, this trip was quite different. We were immediately greeted with great enthusiasm and treated with respect. Hallelujah! Our needs were easily met between the informed suggestions from our sales rep and the vast variety of high quality vehicles there were to choose from! Even coming to financing terms was not as painful or lonely as its been for us in the past. Danny hurdled thru every hoop and then some to find us satisfactory financing terms. These guys DEFINITELY know what theyre doing and if youre any bit smarter than a rock then youll let them work out a fantastic deal for you too! Terrible Experience…Me and my girlfriend drove there for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler with 101k Miles for $13,988 we went to look at it & it was missing the back seat we didn’t think it was a big deal cause a seat is about $300 so we test drove it we liked it . When we sat down with the salesman it went from the price that brought us there to $18,577.75 with fees of “Reconditioning Charge” $2895, “Doc Fee” of $699.75, and a Delivery/Destination of $995 which wasn’t including the State tax + Dmv Fee. So as we are deciding to leave a supposedly manager comes out of no where and convinced us that he will do the best price for us that he just wants to sell the car & we agree on $16,000 Flat. We are putting $7,000 down & Have excellent credit score . They come back with a deal saying $482 for 48 months which adds up to $23,136.. and one for $582 for 36 months . So basically don’t waste your time the price you see online is no where near the price you will actually pay .

Avoid them even more than you would do the plague or a COVID party. I recently did a purchase - no test drive, the car was in worse shape than advertised. The little I financed, they did with their prefered vendor. The vent was broken and not working and since I wasnt allowed to test drive couldnt see. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I gave 1 star because there is not an option for no stars. My Aunt purchased a vehicle from them in cash. She asked and was repeatedly told the vehicle was not flooded or involved in the storm at all. She bought the vehicle and drove off the lot. She didn’t even make it home. My Aunt could of lost her life. The mechanic looked over it and clearly seen the vehicle had been in a flood. Don’t buy your car from here!! They won’t take responsibility for this

Called last Friday to begin the process on a vehicle I found thru TrueCar. Finally spoke to sales manager Raphael Torres on MONDAY, after calling back a few times. He took me on a virtual tour of the vehicle so at least it was on the lot. Told me he would email all financials minus shipping (I’m in MO)that evening. NOTHING. Tuesday, tried to reach him all day. No response and always “with a customer.” Still absolutely NOTHING by email. TODAY, (Wed), I call at 9:30 when they open. Told to call back in half an hour “when everyone gets in.” HUH? So, I Call BACK at 10:45 just to give them some leeway (like they need it)and ask for Raphael…he’s NOT available (of course) and they’ll give him the message. (Mind you, Raphael did the virtual tour on Monday with his personal cell phone and I’ve already left him one message on THAT number this morning). Call back again in another hour and now he’s with a customer (of course). Called back in ANOTHER hour and guess what? HE’s GONE FOR THE DAY (2pm local time). Steaming, I called back YET AGAIN to speak to the GENERAL MANAGER. The response as to my name and to what it’s regarding??? “HE’S ON THE PHONE, I’LL GIVE HIM THE MESSAGE.”QUALITY Auto Center?.. Think it should be SHYSTER…P.S. They lured me in with a decent price only to find $600 doc fee and $2800 reconditioning fee. And not even including tax and licensing fees! MY LORD, what was I THINKING?????????????PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

He made the sale happen.The follow up after the sale has been disappointing - from disconnected calls and no call backs - service department, tags and registration… I live over an hour away so I have to call as to eliminate wasted time. TERRIBLE, What a waste of time, I arrive after constant text messages coordinating my visit,I arrive, the person was not there 9, another sales person help me with the car, he said I will come back Im going to get the car, after a little while he come back ant told me, Oh sorry we already sold the car two days ago on the weekend. after I leaved the dealer, I received a new email saying, thank you for your visit and I hope you like the car you saw, with all the advertising of the car they did not have, It is like a joke .Never again to that place.

So so disappointing.. I can see the reason why they got so many bad reviews: Because they lack integrity.They scheduled me to look at a vehicle in their lot. Drove all the way from Washington DC. Upon getting to NJ Just 22 Go**amn minutes to their Lot... Some guy name Gary called me telling me rubbish that the car is sold, that I shouldnt bother coming., Despite knowing that he scheduled me to come all the way from DC to look at that car. We scheduled for 1700, he called me at 1640 when am 20-22min from them. That i should turn around. How heartless can you be?!Few days later the same car they claimed was sold is still online and on their website now $6000 more than the asking price they initially told me. So, the vehicles was not sold, they just wanted to inflate the price. Why not be transparent all the way rather than wasting peoples time.No decency, morals or integrity whatsoever; Shameless people. Wasted my time, wasted my money for fuel, and that NJ ridiculous tolls etc. SMHNever again will I have anything to do with them nor recommend them to anyone, EVEN my enemy I wont recommend to them.Such an inconsiderate sets of people.

Emailed Sam & voytek several times trying to get plates for the Cadillac XTS I purchased July 27th, which expired august 27th. It is now October 8th. Still no plates, and no response. Initiating a charge back $1500 which was down payment. Definitely not at all pleased, happy and will not recommend.

Stay far away. I reached out on a specific car on a Wednesday night and was told it was available. Made the appointment for the following day was told the car was sold earlier that day... That very same car is still showing as available 6 weeks later. Bait and switch. Thousands of dollars in extra reconditioning and other hidden fees to lure you in with a low price youll never actually pay. Lots of games. I nearly walked out several times in the process. I ultimately bought a vehicle anyway and now Im chasing them trying to get my registration... Nearly 3 weeks after the temp plates expired and I cant drive it anywhere. And as a bonus, it turns out that most of the signal lights arent working just days after I bought it. The whole place is a scam. Start to finish. Seriously. Go elsewhere. I wish I had.

If you are looking for a honest car dealer than Quality Auto Center of Springfield is not it. Went there 9/13/21 to check out a white 2015 Toyota Camry SE.Had one sales guy start helping me out, when it was time for a test drive he switched me to another sales person. That sales person told me he needed to come on the test drive cause of insurance. Ended up having a quick pre determined test drive up the highway and back. I felt rushed in what i feel is a very important process when making a decision purchasing a car. As i was doing my checkup i noticed that the radio touchscreen was unresponsive in certain zones. I googled it and its a common problem with the stock radio units. I wouldnt have minded if i was told that before looking at the car. I also noticed a couple small chips that started rusting on the hood of the car. Again it just needed a touchup and maybe they just missed seeing the chips with rust. When i told the sales person about those 2 issues, he told me is this what you do when buying a used car?Find every little thing and complain about it. He went to say that if he was buying this car he would just change out the factory unit and say that the small rusted chiped paint on the hood is not a big deal. Pretty much trying to make me feel like im asking for to much. Car was priced around $14900 with 61000 miles.Pretty good price for a Camry Se. Just be aware when going to Quality Auto Center of Springfield. Inspect the cars well,cause they wont tell you if there are any problems with the car. Even if they are small, but to me dropping $14900 without taxes and fees is alot of cash. So yeah i do want my touchscreen to function properly or at least be told about the issue and rust on a car no matter how small if not addressed can be a serious issue. The price listed for the vehicle online did not include an additional $3300+ in unlisted fees that I needed to wrestle out of them on the phone (approx $700 for the dealer/paperwork and approx $2600 for pre-cert 180 point checkup). After fees were finally disclosed Dominic told me that he would need to run my credit before we could even begin to discuss/negotiate the actual price. 3 hours later Mike called, no negotations, just a full price with the full fees. Vehicle listed at 18,450, with 4k down, auto loan at 2% should be $253/month. THEY WANTED $410 per month!!!!!! Shady, unprofessional, wasted hours of my time and ran my credit for no reason (i made clear in the first call i wasnt paying those fees).Be careful, this seems like the type of place that preys on those who are not aware.Bought so many used cars over the years, NEVER in my life has there been anything close to a $3300 fee on top of the listed price.*EDIT: I am seeing that they RAN A HARD CREDIT CHECK on me THREE TIMES before the above. And FOUR MORE TIMES after I already told them no. SEVEN HARD CREDIT CHECKS SO FAR IN ONE DAY FROM ONE COMPANY. I HAVE NOT MADE A SINGLE CALL TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP YET. Im on hold now trying to get them to stop. Seems that wasting my day with false advertising and hours of delay isnt enough for them. Whoever heard of vindictive credit checks being run? Great Car. Great Salesperson. Shady Management. Poor administrative process. As someone who works in the industry, I would not purchase from them again or recommend buying from them.This is a book but worth reading if you are considering purchasing from Quality Auto Center of Springfield so you can be prepared. I will begin by saying that I am a Finance Manager for a group of car dealerships in Vermont. I know how this SHOULD work.I purchased a 2017 Maserati Ghibli in September 2020 from Quality Auto Center of Springfield and was less than impressed. I love the car and my salesperson (Akeem) was phenomenal. I was very impressed with him and I do not regret buying this vehicle. However, the trade appraisal and administrative process was less than stellar.I was trading a 2015 Jaguar XF in excellent condition. Prior to trading, I had my own dealership do a formal trade appraisal so I could know what I could realistically get for it. With that in mind I had it brought to a Jaguar dealership to take care of a check engine light ($216 fix) and to look over the car. They gave it a clean bill of health. I then had my local mechanic do a State Inspection and put a fresh sticker so QAC would know I was trading a mechanically sound car.Quality Auto agreed to my asking number for the trade and we made a deal. However, when I arrived after a 6-hour drive, they claimed the car needed a new supercharger and offered me $4,000 below what was agreed upon. Without any formal diagnostics to back their claim, they said their mechanic “could hear it”. B**S**. Three separate mechanics inspect my car within the two-weeks prior (including Jaguar certified) No way NONE of them noticed a bad supercharger. We re-negotiated the trade and came to an agreement. I wasn’t happy but after driving that far, I was committed.Next, the Finance Manager inserted GAP Protection into the contract without my knowledge or consent. I’m a Finance Manager… Did he really think I wouldn’t look over the contract? It’s what I do for a living. He DID NOT offer me any extended warranties (which I actually would have purchased) instead simply inserted GAP at the maximum profit margin without my knowledge and tried to get away with it by pointing to the amount financed and told me to sign. When I told him to remove it he said he would but then raise the price of the car so the bottom line would be the same with or without it. This is shady and not the way to do business nor is this the way I present bank contracts with my customers. I expected more, especially from a fellow Finance Manager, than to try to pull something that shady with someone who does your job for a living.My biggest issue has been them paying off my trade. The industry standard for paying off a trade is within 10 days. Months went by and my trade was still not paid off and the car was still in my name. I couldn’t get anybody from QAC to call or email me back. They continued to make my payments but did not pay it off. In my years of experience in the industry, dealerships that make the customer’s payments but don’t pay off trades are typically not financially sound and are struggling with cash flow. This is not the proper process and it’s just generally shady.Finally, after nearly 4 months their title clerk returned my calls and said they haven’t paid off my trade because they haven’t been able to get a copy of the title from my bank to prove I don’t have a second lien they aren’t aware of. Where do I start with THIS excuse?!?! I’ve done this for years. I have literally NEVER seen a surprise second lien. It’s nonsense. They claim nobody from my bank was getting back to them and asked me to get them a copy of the title. I called my bank and within 48 hours they had sent a copy of the title to QAC. I was able to get the title with ONE phone call in less than an hour, when they claimed they couldn’t get it done in 4 months.The cars they sell are quality. The way they do business is not.

This was definitely a long day ! I came to quality motors for a 2015 Kia Sorento, 93000 miles. It ended up looking completely different then the pictures online. The CREAM seats had orange stains and the windshield had a nasty crack. They took off $5700 the total price. After I left the dealership and within 3 minutes the motor powered down multiple times.I got back to the dealership and Levan and Sam made it right and made sure I left with a car! I ended up leaving with a 2015 GMC Acadia, 61000 miles great condition. Slightly higher car payment but it ended up balancing out perfectly. I got more then the original deal I came for.I was worried but it was worth it.

Buying a car with Dominick is the best I highly recommendREVISED: So after inspecting my sales contract a little closer I realize that the car was priced almost $8000 more than what we had discused prior to purchase agreement. A $1500 gap insurance fee was added when they already knew I planned on paying off the full amount once I got home.( I didnt need it ) I was rushing to get out of there (my mistake) I was told that my car came with a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty, when in fact they charged me $3500 for a service contract nobody even mentioned to me! I contacted Quality Auto Center of Springfield asked to speak to the sales manager and after being put on hold for 30+ minutes I hung up and called again only to be told that he had left for the day. After speaking to Dominick my sales guy, he wrote down my concerns and said I should be receiving a call back from the sales Manager. I really hope this is all just a misunderstanting and they make it right.Im hoping It does not turn out to be that Quality Auto is just a bunch of crooks! I will update with how they approach this problem. At this time I am giving them 1 star only because i cannot post with anything less.Revised; So after meeting with Sam the General Manager he tried his best to make things right. I can say they worked with me and Im walking out of here feeling a little better.

I bought my sons car in cash and in the first week I noticed that there was an oil leak and a problem with the water pump that was leaking all the water from the radiator and the car was heating up making it impossible to use the car.I made contact with several people in this store (sales team, management team, maintenance manager... I will not divulge their names and unfortunately for 4 weeks I did not have an answer. I had to take the car to change the water pump at an Audi mechanic close to home because we couldn’t drive the vehicle with this problem. I continue with the leak and unfortunately with the bill for the water pump concert to pay.What Im most interested in is that even having made this claim within the 30 day warranty I didnt have an answer!I bought this car as a gift for my son who until now I have not been able to enjoy the moment.Sad I do not recommend this place to anyone.

BEWARE! If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Was informed that the advertised price did not include a Reconditioning Fee of $2400! Who knows what else they would have thrown in. Conversation ended. Stay. Away.

This is the best dealership in the area! The best quality of cars, perfect service, repairs within minutes (it took them about 15 minutes to repair my car 🙉)! Highly recommend it to everybody! We are very satisfied and will come back in the future for sure!

It has been 3 months since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and I have called them over 15 times about my registration and it is always a new excuse, I have went out of my way to get them everything they say they need and still nothing... What is even more sad is they never call me to give me an update I have to call them every single time and then they always have an excuse as to why they still do not have my registration and plates in... absolutely ridiculous! Would not recommend to anyone...

This car buying experience was initially fine but after meeeomg there assistance with warranty/service issues they where rude; u professional, argumentative and everything else negative across the board Maria especially and they never want to put a supervisor on the line to help you I literally have to go there anytime I have a question or need anything and talk to 5 people to resolve anything. I will never do business with them again !!!

Stay Away!Bait and switch dealership!We made an appt and drove 2 hours . Test drove the car and then our salesperson said he would be a min to help another customer. We waited an hour before he came back to us. The car we wanted was priced at $29,800. We offered $29,000 and he said ok. Came back with the final price breakdown / $38,500!!!That excluded taxes!!! The extra money was for their FEES!! we told them that is not a fair/ maybe even illegal business practice! So we got back in our car and drove 2 hours back home- very upset over their bait and switch practices! They claim they put their cars through 120 point check . The car we wanted needed an alignment and tires. When brought to their attention they said their shop must have missed it?!Poor service- and deceptive business practices!Stay away!
