Archer Floors installed luxury vinyl plank in my hallway. A number of pieces were cut too short so the green underlayment shows. Archer wanted $400 to fix their mistake!

Archer flooring did a great carpet job at our home. They are all very professional and the installers were early to the job each day and made sure to call with any questions. Highly recommend!

These folks were great in helping me get custom sized area rugs for my house. They had the binding placed and stored the extra carpet until I figured out the additional sizes that I wanted. Very satisfied. Will use this company again.

They lack customer service/communication. Took us two weeks to get a quote. Went somewhere else and got a quote and carpet picked the same day we called them. Archer was just a pain. To top it off they quoted us a grand more than the place we chose to turn to. No regrets not using Archer. Could go into detail with what a hassle it was to get ahold of them. Scheduling a second measurement because nothing came of the first then having them call to let us know nobody was coming out to our house after we had been waiting on them because they had our quote after all.

Was referred by Jerrys Home Improvement in Eugene. When I was finally able to make an appointment which was between 1pm-2pm no one showed up. The receptionist called me at 2:30pm to tell me that the person had a really big job ahead of mine and was running very late, and I live clear across town so it would be awhile. I left work for this appointment and had no desire to reschedule. If my time wasnt important now, I dont see why it would be in the future. They obviously knew before 2 he was running late because the job was soooooooo big, yet couldnt call me until he was 30 minutes late?? That is horrible customer service. Professionalism seems to be going down the drain along with every other value.

They had good carpet and a wide selection they treated me like I was family, because I am! Lol!!!
